Adoriamo Myrtle Beach! È il luogo perfetto per le vacanze in famiglia! Vieni a divertirti al sole sulle nostre bellissime spiagge sabbiose e in abbondanti campi da golf.

Questo resort ha la reputazione di essere uno dei resort per famiglie più divertenti di Myrtle Beach. Offre un'ambientazione perfetta per un buon momento di relax. Rilassati dopo una giornata intera sul campo da golf o in giro per la città, oppure prendi un drink tropicale e vai in spiaggia. Goditi il calore del sole di Myrtle Beach intorno alla grande piscina con vista sull'oceano e il fiume pigro mentre ammiri la bellezza della nostra bellissima spiaggia. Abbastanza per rendere perfetta ogni vacanza.

Il resort si trova nella bellissima sezione della spiaggia conosciuta come "Golden Mile" nella parte nord di Myrtle Beach. Il condominio 2340 si trova direttamente sull'oceano al 3 ° piano con vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. Basta aprire le porte scorrevoli in vetro, sedersi sul balcone e rilassarsi con i suoni confortanti del bellissimo mare. Questo bellissimo condominio è un rifugio accogliente e romantico per coppie, che può ospitare 2 persone con un letto matrimoniale. Questo condominio è dotato di una cucina completa che include un piano cottura a 2 fuochi, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè Keurig e frigorifero full size.
Vieni dalla spiaggia per pranzo al River City Cafe (uno dei nostri preferiti) per alcuni dei migliori hamburger sulla spiaggia, situato di fronte al resort.
Forniamo lenzuola e asciugamani per il vostro soggiorno. Ci sono servizi di lavanderia all'interno dell'edificio, se necessario. Grazie per le vostre richieste e speriamo di vederti visitare la nostra bellissima spiaggia!

Fourth Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental experience was good overall. We did have our refrigerator break down for an entire day out of the 5 that were rented. We lost some food. I asked for a reimbursement but never heard from them.

Love the stay. The condo was and is perfect for couples. It has everything you need for your stay. This is our 2nd year there and going to book again for next year. The view is amazing and close to everything

The perfect couples getaway

We loved our stay and the entire process. The room had a perfect oceanfront view and was exactly as pictured. It was a beautiful family resort area and easy direct access to the beach. The parking garage was tight for trucks and SUVs but manageable and very convenient to the condo. We look forward to staying here again.

Our rooms location and view was great. However after a full day traveling via plane to arrive and not even have the bed made, walk on the floor barefoot and have black feet, no toilet paper none. I would think you could provide a little to use til we could get to the store. The building is dated and pretty gross with such a dark hallway you can’t see keypad well. Have to use your phone as a light. We loved view of the ocean but right by the pool is very noisy at night when you want to sleep. Though I received an email regarding this, I never dreamed there wouldn’t be samples to get us thru a day. Not sure what house cleaning fee is for because you are required to do most of it. Bath tub and toiled were clean just the floor was dirty. Keypad quit working and locked us out of our room for an hour….. too bad do sad attitude. The guy from maintenance was a jewel though. I would not book here ever again and am telling my friends to stay away from this complex. In spite of those things the location was perfect and we loved Myrtle beach. The beach is beautiful!

Refreshing Stay!

The place was just as it looked in photos. It was nice to be a little bit away from some of the hustle & bustle but still close enough to everything. I would recommend renting a car. The sunrises were beautiful & this was a perfect place for my husband & I to reset.

Très beau condo ! Les images reflétaient la réalité. Le lit était très confortable et en plus avec vue sur la mer. C’était tout petit, mais il ne manquait rien. C’etait parfait pour nous pour un séjour de 4 nuits. Nous y retournerions n’importe quand !

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time in Myrtle Beach Off Peak. Everything about the entire experience was fantastic. The rental agency, Ocean Breeze. was the best we have ever worked with from start to finish. They communicated with us throughout the whole process. Their customer service reps were very professional and courteous. They even checked in with us to see how things were going. The hotel, Sand Dunes, was extremely clean and all of their employees were pleasant. The room was as described and perfect for two people. It was easy to see why the unit was rated so high.

Owner Friendly

After 10 hours of driving, it is somewhat inconvenient to have to unwrap towels, sheets etc. as well as make one's own bed. Having owned a gulf front VRBO property I understand some of the challenges of an owner. However, maintenance needs to install a new towel rack over the toilet as the current one was repaired with a '"lick and a promise" and fell onto the floor after the first use. Making the mistake of forgetting slippers, my white socks were black on the soles as the floor, although appearing clean, needs to be mopped using clean water. I will hesitate to use condos that are managed by this company in the future. It is not user friendly.

Yearly getaway

The unit was clean and ready for us when we got there. The property was pretty centrally located, with fairly short drves to get anywhere and the beach was right out the back door. There is a small waterpark but it is only accessible if you book thru the resort directly. My only other issue is the fact that my refundable deposit was not returned due to damage to the refrigerator. I did not inspect the inside of the fridge for damage and did not notice anything while we were there. Afterwards, I received notification that there was damage and I was now responsible for it. I dopossible.

Anniversary get away

Reviewer Comments: This was our 33rd wedding anniversary.We thoroughly enjoyed everything about Sand Dunes.The room was just like the picture showed and very clean.The view was priceless, and we loved the amenities restaurants putt putt & pool too.The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was the bomb.We had 1 small issue with the clothes dryer as it took my money but wouldn't turn on. I tried another dryer which kept part of the money.This will not stop us from coming back.We are already talking about coming back maybe next year.

Mistake

The condo was comfortable and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The actual property itself was awful! Praying to get a parking spot in the parking garage each night after dinner, hoping the elevator would get to us so we wouldn’t have to climb stairs, carefully walking in the lobby from the constant wet floor and having to see the filthy rug outside the condo door was just too much to bear. Sand Dunes resort is not for us.

Wonderful

There is so many positives to say about this stay. We are definitely thinking about booking the same place next year. Stay a bit longer.. everything was a few minutes drive to 30 minutes which was wonderful. The room was clean and everything we were looking for..
