Una volta arrivato, parcheggia nel parcheggio custodito e non dovrai guidare di nuovo finché non sarai pronto per partire. Ristorante, lounge e centro conferenze sono tutti sul posto. GOLD RATED, 1 camera da letto (QUEEN), 1 bagno, condominio ski-in / ski-out. Magnifica vista sul lago di rasoi e sulle montagne dal balcone. Recentemente ristrutturato e decorato con gusto. Molto pulito e accogliente. Può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. Accesso a Internet gratuito. A / C portatile in estate. Cucina moderna con nuovi armadi in rovere. Frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Stufa e forno a grandezza naturale. Macchina per il caffè. Accogliente soggiorno con divano letto. TV a schermo piatto. Gli impianti di lavanderia a gettoni si trovano nella hall vicino agli ascensori.

Location. Location. Location.

Did I mention the location. You’re a few steps away from the top of the ballhooter lift from there you can ski left to some easier terrain ski right to head over to the Eagle lift area or you can just go straight down Ballhooter a very nice steep blue. The apartment is well stocked I was able to do all of my meals in the apartment without having to use any of the restaurants at snowshoe. Everything was clean. The Roku and Sony TV worked great. for this year, we had great snow coverage and good weather. Check-in was easy and there’s free parking in a bit in the large parking lot. Plenty of carts to get your stuff from the car up to the top. these are good people to work with. I think this will be the third year I’ve rented from this group. I highly recommend it.

Perfect for a small family

We stayed here for 3 nights with our oldest son (5) to ski. The location was absolutely perfect and the amenities were great for anyone with littles! Highly recommend!

Cozy Mountain Home

Great little place to call home while you stay up in the mountain. Great location and lots of fun activities for kids right in the lodge. Short walk to Ballhooter lift and the Split Rocks Pool. Room was sticked with everything we needed to feel at home.

I recommend changing the service cleaning!!!!

I recommend changing the cleaning service, even the towels were not provided as needed, we only had 4 large ones. It looked like someone just came in and changed the sheets. I have a cleaning service myself and if I cleaned the apartment the way it was cleaned, I would lose half of my clients!

Some issues

The location is great - easy access to slopes and restaurants in the Village. Beds (both the Queen and pullout sofa) were reasonably comfortable. Condo floors and counters were generally clean. We lucked out on the weather - great skiing. I recognize that ML is at the lower end of the rental costs at Snowshoe - but it still isn't cheap. There were three issues : first, the inner shower curtain was disgusting - covered with mold. What's the high add-on cleaning fee used for? Second - the thermostats are apparently just there for decoration. Although it was 15 degrees outside, the room was in the mid-70's, and trying to adjust the set temp didn't do any good - heat still coming out of the radiators. Only by turning heat completely off and opening the sliding outside door could we cool things off. When I complained to the desk manager at checkout, she said the temps are all controlled centrally and kept warm (she said 78, but our thermostat showed 74). Third, there was a lot of noise from the interior corridors, running until after 1 AM Thurs night. So much for the posted "quiet hours" - bring earplugs.

Loved it.

Easy access to the slopes. If you have children they have an arcade. I went back in time playing pinball! The room was clean with a nice view. I will definitely be staying here again.

Combination of factors prevented enjoyment

Unfortunately my wife’s medical condition prevented us from staying both nights as we intended. We were actually only there for about 12 hours. Compounding the health problem was our inability to turn the heat on. It became very cold with heavy winds. And with the A/C vent hose still connected to the window, there was a draft. The condo was clean & front desk polite & helpful. But the combination of the cold temps, heavy wind, draft from the A/C ventilation/exhaust & illness prevented us from enjoying our weekend and we left a day and a half earlier than planned.
