Questa splendida camera da letto più den (seconda camera da letto), due condominio bagno completo si trova nello sviluppo resort principale di Seapointe Village situato su una spiaggia privata. Non c'è paragone con questa posizione da nessuna parte nel New Jersey e nella maggior parte della costa nord-orientale. La proprietà è una gated community ed è magnificamente mantenuta con splendidi giardini, cascate d'acqua, fontane, buche per il fuoco della famiglia, tennis, basket e un parco giochi per bambini piccoli. Ci sono quattro piscine all'aperto più una piscina coperta. Ci sono diverse aree piscina per bambini. La piscina coperta ha una grande vasca idromassaggio e ci sono quattro vasche idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni esterne. C'è un centro fitness e una piccola sauna e bagno turco anche.
Da un lato della proprietà è una riserva naturale con percorsi naturalistici. Dall'altro lato della proprietà è un hotel di fascia alta con ristorante e casual / divertente bar sulla spiaggia per famiglie. C'è un gelato, mini golf, noleggio biciclette, pizza, un negozio di alimentari e negozio di liquori a pochi passi. L'affascinante città storica di Cape May è a 10 minuti di auto e il Wildwood Boardwalk è a 5-10 minuti di auto.
L'unità stessa è perfettamente pulita e aggiornata con una cucina nuova di zecca con ripiani in quarzo. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno annesso. La tana ha un letto a castello con un materasso full size sul fondo e un gemello in cima. Il secondo bagno ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il divano si apre su un letto matrimoniale. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino sul balcone con una vetta abbastanza buona dell'oceano, guardando le barche a vela e i para sailer che passano. Oppure puoi guardare sotto e guardare le famiglie che si divertono nella famosa piscina a bolle, o che scendono dallo scivolo o nuotano sotto il ponte. Le griglie a gas si trovano in più punti all'interno dello sviluppo.

First experience was a great experience

Wonderful property for kids. Really enjoyed the activity set up for kids to meet up with newly made friends to play pick up basketball or pickleball. Beach was very easy to get to which was convenient as well. Personally, the owner of our unit was great which really helped us prepare for the trip and enjoy it. Highly recommend.

We Will Be Back

Great week in Wildwood with husband and two kids!!! Hadn’t been here in years. Close to Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor and Avalon. Lots to do!!! This property was just as pictured and described. Extremely clean. Absolutely no issues. Seamless arrival and departure. Owner was extremely responsive! We will be back!!!

Great Vacation Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the host was a pleasure to work with. Condo development is very nice with close proximity to pools, the beach, and ICONA right next door. Condo itself was very clean and exactly what we were hoping for. We will return.

Best Vaca EVER!!

We feel so fortunate to have found Seapointe Village...it had everything you could want for a family vacation. The condo was perfection and was overlooking multiple pools..from the private beach to the multiple fire pits and indoor pools we were in heaven!!

What a wonderful mini vacation!

We just loved the resort, the condo and the area. Maryellen was wonderful to work with and she made the entire process so easy. We will definitely be coming back to Diamond Beach again.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation

Seapointe Village is a lovely location and this particular condo was bright and beautifully appointed with everything for a great stay. The host is most friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this destination.

Nice Get Away

We really enjoyed our time in this space. It was enough room for my husband and I with our two young children. The centre court pool was a major hot with our kids and so was the boardwalk. Would highly recommend!

Resort vibe

It was a beautiful condo, very updated, decorated nicely and clean. It has a beautiful view overlooking all the pools and at night the pools are lit up different colors which our son loved! We gad a great family week vacation here! Highly recommend!

Perfection by the sea!

Everything about this listing is exactly as advertised. Awesome location! Walking distance to beach/restaurants/shops and only steps to the pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better host than Maryellen. I only wish I could give her more stars. We will definitely be returning.

Beach trip with grand daughters

Enjoyed our stay at the condo, convenient location to beach, grocery, restaurant, mini golf. Pool closed a little early at 7:30 for summer. Great family fun and memories!

Best stay EVER

This was a 50th birthday gift for 2 family members. We had an amazing time and the host was extremely kind and communicated above and beyond our expectations!! The unit was everything that was promised and then some!! The property was beautiful and very relaxing! We will be returning!! Great place for all ages!

Beautiful place

The owner of our unit a nd Seapointe village resort.....Top notch. A+ Impressed with the entire process, the interaction with the owner, the ease of the rental, the complex is amazing. The easy access to the beach the grille on the beach is awesome The resort feeling with lively flowers and landscaping. The pool availability was terrific. Having 4 pools to hang out for all ages. We enjoyed our stay 💯% . Would visit again.

Relaxing, perfect beach condo

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Maryellen was wonderful to work with, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. The condo was perfect - it was clean and cozy and had plenty of space for me, my husband and my baby. Sea Pointe village is gorgeous and we can’t say enough about the facilities. The pools are wonderful for kids, and the grills and fire pits around the property were so nice. It’s really easy to walk to the beach, and the beach is gorgeous!! We’d highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Property

Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the area. Condo was close to everything we wanted to do…boardwalk, Cape May, restaurants, mini golf, the beach, Dance Competition. The property was beautiful including the grounds, the pools, the private beach. Love how the condo overlooked the center court pools which the children said were the best pools on the property. Loved how the beach had a snack shack for lunch, snacks and ice cream. Security on the property was impeccable…felt very safe. The owner was incredible to communicate with, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay at Cape May

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The condo was clean, well appointed and had a super location! It's located in Seapointe Village at Diamond Beach which has it's own beach and multiple pools. It's also very convenient to Cape May by going over the causeway which ends by the Lobster House. The landscaping for Seapointe Village was gorgeous! We felt very safe as there were security people constantly patrolling in their golf carts. Pride of ownership in this community surely showed. The view from the third floor balcony was great as we overlooked a complex of pools and we could also see the ocean if we turned to the left. The owner was very accessible if we had questions and their decorating was great. The kids' pools near us were closed as it was off season but we were able to swim in another large pool and enjoy the hot tubs by the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation!

Seapointe is great and the condo was very nice, clean, roomy with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extras, i.e beach towels, blankets, bath towels and pillows. The only slight issue for me was being in Centre Court it was my first time in that building. Access was not always easy, lots of walking and any short cuts had steps that made it difficult for the beach cart. I was vacationing with friends who where staying in NB so getting back and forth to the NB beach area was a long walk. Again no one’s fault it was my poor planning. I would definitely stay again as long as I knew the rest of our friends where going to be closer.

Exactly as advertised; the perfect stay!

Location can't be beat for the beach! The apartment is large, clean, and bright, and everything you need is within reach - bath and pool towels provided, televisions and comfy beds, beach/pool passes and a full kitchen. I have VERY tall (5'7") 11 year olds, one might have to sleep on the sofa bed next year because the twin bed has been a little tight for them, but it is comfortable and well made. Maryellen was so communicative, and everything was as advertised. Easy clean up instructions and overall five stars across the board! The only negative is the other renters camping out at the beautiful pools and claiming every chair before the pool even technically opens - but that's not the fault of the apartment. We will be renting From Maryellen again - what a beautiful place!!
