Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for Mardi Gras - right in the middle of everything but on the quiet side of the street. Sound proofing was great - no outside road/people noise in the bedrooms. Check in and out was smooth with great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property right off Bourbon

The property was just as described and pictured, just about a block off Bourbon Street. We were very impressed by how clean the entire place was! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the property owner was amazing

Met all our families needs

Everything was clean and exactly as described. We were there for a wedding at the Cathedral and reception at Galatoires and the location was perfect. Would recommend this property.

Great location and nice and quiet at the end of the night, perfect stay for Bourbon St goers!

A+++ location, especially since it was sooooo hot, it was nice to be able to come back to the VRBO, and cool off, re-energize and get back out to the fun!

So Convenient

Half block off Bourbon and the Old Absinthe Bar. Didn’t need a car, took a couple of Ubers and made it fine. Not much of a place to cook, but with restaurants all around, it wasn’t that big a problem.I

A great spot

A very nice place to stay in the French Quarter. Half a block off of Bourbon St but not noisy at all and it was safe. Very walkable to all parts of the FQ, Riverfront, Frenchman Street. Nice amenities- tv’s, coffee maker, blow dryer, nice fridge. One did need a chest of drawers or a closet for clothes. More bars of soap needed too. It was perfect for our weekend stay

Great place close to everything.

Went for an Eagles-Saints football game and to celebrate birthday and anniversary with the family. Everyone was comfortable. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Everything was within walking distance. Even though it was 1/2 block from Bourbon St. There were no noise issues. We will be back!

Great location!

I attended the Essence Fest this year and this place was hidden but in the middle of everything. Short walking distance to Caesars Casino and Convention Center. Half a block from Bourbon St. The place itself was clean and sleeps 7 comfortably. There was an air mattress provided as well. I would definitely stay there again. Lastly, the owner was very responsive.

Location!

You cannot beat this location. It’s 1/2 a block from Bourbon street but surprisingly not loud at all. The space is amazing for a group. If you plan to drive, there isn’t parking on site but lots of paid parking garages. Overall, cannot recommend enough if you plan to be a tourist in NOLA.

Perfect location

This property is just half a block off Burbon St. Easy walk to anywhere in the French Quarter. Wonderful restaurants right out the front door. Lots of room for everyone. Manager was there to let us in at 3:00 am in the morning. Would recommend to all.

We are a group of ER staff that absolutely love NOLA. I have continuously rented from the same renter 5x now. The units are clean, modern, filled with amenities. All you will need for a home. The location could not be more perfect. Gerald is kind, helpful, accomidating and so quick to respond to questions. I will always seek out this building of units.

The property was just as described and spacious. Our hostess was helpful and accessible. A lot of amenities were included with the apartment. Location was good but got pretty noisy.

The beds comfortable. Much within walking distance. Liked access from street. Outside noise was very low. Luggage racks would have been nice.

Outstanding size and more square footage than expected

Location is king in this town, and this property is about as good as it gets, convenient to everything on Bourbon Street as well as the waterfront. I was pleasantly surprised how big the inside was, and felt very, very roomy. A combination lock for the door versus old-fashioned key would be the one thing I wish it had, but certainly not a dealbreaker. The property was well appointed, clean, Wi-Fi, and TV worked well also.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of the French Quarter

Just steps away from Bourbon St. in the FQ, this apartment was a spacious, clean and peaceful oasis for our group of 6. Despite the ground floor setting and central location, we were surprised how quiet the apartment was at night, allowing for restful sleep. Communication and key exchange with the property manager was easy. Overall I highly recommend this property

Comfortable & Great Location

First time in NOLA with girlfriends. Easy walk to everything in French Quarter. The unit was clean and spacious; just as the pictures show. Bedrooms are in the back of the unit so the noise from Bourbon St isn't too bad. Larry was responsive and accommodating. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay and I would book here again.
