Abbiamo il posto perfetto per rilassarsi, rilassarsi, grigliare, guardare la partita e visitare la nostra piscina RISCALDATA, SCHERMATA con la sua cascata rilassante. La casa principale ha un padrone spazioso con un re padrone con bagno privato con vista sul Lanai. La camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli accanto all'altro bagno. Appena fuori dal ponte della piscina si trova una Cabana privata di 400 mq con un letto king size, una zona salotto e un bagno completo per l'organizzazione di più coppie e / o ospiti extra.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. With plenty of activities to do in the area without all the hustle of typical tourist areas. The pool area is our favorite to relax in the house, of course. Very clean and comfortable property inside and outside. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. We will always return to this house year after year. Also the host of this property is nothing less than amazing. We even decided to extend our vacation by 4 extra days and the property was available, so they sent me the payment request and made the process as easy and seamless as possible. Thank you from myself and my family, fur baby included.

It was a great gathering with my Daughter who serves in the Military and lives in NY. Great time

There were some issues with a couple of things, with my husband & I being disabled. I wish check out wasn't so early & strict. It's ok though

Sebastián getaway

Absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful well kept and fully stocked! Very clean, loved the cabana. The pool area is truly a retreat and my daughter loved the sandbox! Quiet neighborhood and close to waterfront dining and much more.

Awesome Florida Stay!

Great house, location - we fished the entire week on Headwaters Lake! Also, the property manager was so helpful and responded immediately! House had everything you need for a great and comfortable stay!

Family Vacation

We went to Sebastian for a fishing trip and stayed a couple days extra. Great rental house for family vacation. The property is well furnished and maintained. I thought it was awesome.

A Great Vacation Spot!

We swam in the pool everyday. My son played in the sandbox and my dog had her backyard lot. The decorations were fun. Sebastian and Vero had a lot of great restaurants and nice people. My family had a fabulous time at this property.

House and pool were great! We had a wonderful time!!

So impressed!! Was amazed at all the detail in the backyard, the dog area, all the pavers and the wood walkway. The pool was gorgeous and being screened in was a big plus. The house was great and comfy. The detail put into everything we needed and more. Personal touch was thoughtful. Decorating was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to share.

Great property for Grandparents!

Loved the Cabana for for my wife and I. Kids and grandkids stayed in house. Perfect set up with privacy and nice neighborhood. Really enjoyed the on the spot property manager Eddie Nero. We have stayed at many vrbo’s but this property was the best equipped with anything you could need. Even had welcome snacks! 5 stars had great time in Florida!

Perfect Family Retreat

This 3 bedroom property was above and beyond expectations. Very well appointed with everything you will need. We appreciated so many things that were clearly labeled and explained to make our stay smooth. Two washers and dryers made pool towels at the ready that were also stocked for us. A kids paradise with a sandbox, toys and trucks galore. We had fun in the pool playing catch with the balls and toys that were just waiting for us. If a beach day is in order there are chairs and even bugs spray and sunscreen. Seriously the best VRBO experience!

Wonderful vacation home

This is the second time my husband, kids and my parents and myself stayed. We absolutely love it. Eddie is amazing and communication was always fantastic. The home is clean and the pool area is a dream. Hope to stay a 3rd time!

Communication with the home owner was easy. Beautiful rental.

House was easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood! Everything was as the listing stated. House had everything we needed. There was even a little welcome package of snacks waiting for us!! Will definitely stay again!!

Never wanted to leave this paradise!

The place was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 dogs. The fenced yard was ideal for letting the dogs out and we never wanted to leave the pool!! Gail was a fantastic host, checking in and had everything one might need. We definitely hope we will be back, perhaps a new yearly tradition was just begun.

Amazing property

I really enjoyed my stay here, first off this home has everything that you could possibly think off to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All of my guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. Pots, pans, dishes, personal items and pool gear was readily available making our stay that much more convenient. I’ve stayed in many vacation properties and this was by far the most equipped. Job well done, will be staying again.

Great Gathering Place and CLEAN!!!

We had a fantastic time with family in this clean and well appointed home. Having a pool and fun Tikki bar was such a great addition. We brought our dog, the home has a special dog yard and a blanket to cover the couch with - SMART!!! The beds are very comfortable and the separate casita was perfect for those who want to sleep in a bit. This location has a grocery nearby and easy access to beaches and riverfront restaurants. We will definitely rent this house again next time! ** Eddie is very helpful and accommodating!!!
