Amerai assolutamente questa proprietà unica immersa in un tranquillo cul de sac a Playa Langosta! Casa Salita è delimitata da una riserva nazionale, quindi ti godrai la sensazione di essere nella giungla mentre sei a soli due isolati dalla spiaggia! C'è una piscina privata, rancho e un patio avvolgente fuori dalla casa principale, perfetto per rilassarsi nel pomeriggio / sera e godersi le vaste aree del giardino. La privacy e la tranquillità degli spazi esterni di Casa Salita non sono secondi a nessuno! Che si tratti di rilassarsi a bordo piscina o rilassarsi su un'amaca nel patio, la serenità di questa proprietà non può essere battuta!

Villa was lovely, hosts were extremely responsive. Place was well located for Tamarindo, a short walk from Playa Langosta, but nice and separate from the busier downtown Tamarindo. Had lots and lots of towels which is always helpful for a big group!Would stay again!

The outdoor space adds so much to the experience. We very much enjoyed cooking meals in the outdoor kitchen, seeing monkeys in the trees above the pool in the mornings and evenings. The staff were incredible, very prompt and helpful at any request. The house is a 7 min walk from two different beaches, Langosta beach was our favourite, especially the natural pools of sea water for the kids to play in safely. We also enjoyed a short walk to get ice cream many nights. Very nice and safe location. 10/10 recommend families stay here.

Family Reunion Getaway in Playa Langusto

This was a well furnished, spacious home for our family of 8 to spend a very relaxing and fun vacation together. Great communication and support from the staff of the rental and excellent location near less crowded beaches and only a mile from Tamarindo!

Wonderful Property

We had an amazing stay. The house was very comfortable for the 8 of us and the neighborhood was quiet, fun, and convenient to Tamarindo. Communication with the property manager was very responsive and made planning easy. We opted for the daily breakfast and golf carts - which I would definitely recommend. Would love to come back and stay again.

Great Family property

Fantastic property for families with young children. Located close to the beach and close to town. Our kids loved the pool and all the beach toys. Plenty of space and an extremely accommodating host. We forgot a pool floatie for one of our kids and he found something in town that worked and brought it to us. I forgot my laptop and he lent me his for an hour. I cannot overstate how kind and helpful the host, Jason, was. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for a getaway!

Perfect spot for a getaway for a family or group of friends! The house was comfortable, super clean and had everything we needed. Next to the pool is a covered outdoor space with a large table, fans and a bathroom. Just beyond that is a lovely 1 bedroom casita that extended the living space. We were a party of 6 friends and never felt crowded. Our group spent a lot of time poolside, which was a nice reprieve from the heat. Location was great and easy to walk to beach or town. We rented a golf cart and that was a great way to get around. Jason and Lindsey are super hosts and helped us with so many details of our trip. They are quick to respond and full of great recommendations. It was my first trip to Costa Rica but definitely not my last.

Excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Salitas in Playa Langosta. The casa was in an excellent location for getting to the beaches and into Tamarindo. It was a short walk to the beach to see the gorgeous sunset. The Langosta Supermarket was also a short walk away if you needed supplies. The four bedrooms plus the one in the casita were just right for our family of ten. After a morning at the beach, we enjoyed cooling off in the swimming pool or just lounging around the pool. The outside kitchen with BBQ, fridge, sink and large table was perfect for family dinners. Several beach chairs and boogie boards were availble for our use as well as a washer and dryer. The grounds were always clean and the pool & outdoor kitchen area were cleaned daily. The staff were excellent, very friendly and willing to answer any of your questions or help you book tours. An excellent place to stay.

Wonderful month at Casa Salitas!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this home. The layout was great - we especially appreciated the fence around the porch and gated access to the pool with our two toddlers. The outdoor space was perfect - we were there in the dry season so the shaded dining space and sunshade over the pool were very welcome! The house has two bedrooms downstairs and a bedroom plus loft upstairs. Our three year old loved her lofted area. There was enough space for visitors to stay (for one week we had 4 adults and 4 kids under 4). The kitchen was well stocked - rice cooker, juicer, blender, etc. And the newer washer/dryer worked perfectly.Location is good - easy walk to Langosta, the small supermarket, and several restaurants. The 8 minute walk to Tamarindo beach on toddler legs quickly turned into 20 - but this was nothing a rented stroller didn't fix! We had multiple mornings that we could watch the howler monkeys travel all the way around the house since it borders the jungle. It was lovely in the dry season and must be truly magical when there is more green!The property management team was absolutely top notch. No minor request went unanswered at any time. They were a huge asset.This was a great stay and we loved getting to know the neighborhood and appreciated our home away from home for 4 weeks! Would absolutely return.

Great property and location, exactly what we were looking for

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. The location was perfect for us, a little bit outside of Tamarindo but still near the beach, restaurants and other services we enjoyed exploring. The space was perfect for our family trip, and with kids, having the (gated) pool was absolutely perfect! The space was comfortable and clean. Being at the end of the road and backing up to the jungle, the property provided some amazing experiences with a family of monkeys that came through the nearby tree's daily, iguanas, birds and more. We enjoyed having the outside kitchen area, refrigerator and barbecue area for many lunches and dinner. While the house and location were phenomenal, the real highlight was the amazing staff. From the concierge to the property manager to the grounds keeper who came daily, everyone worked really hard to make sure we had everything we needed for an amazing trip. We were so appreciative of the staff, I just cannot say enough about how thoughtful and communicative they were, just really outstanding. They really made us feel cared for during our stay. We would all recommend this property and the staff without any reservations and would stay again if we ever came back.

Was decent but pictures were misleading

The check-in process was easy and the location was perfect. Wilmer, the groundskeeper was very nice and helpful. However, the pictures on the listing did not match the actual condition of the house. Pictures look like they are from when the house was sparkling clean and first staged. Even though the house had been cleaned by the crew, it still had caked on gunk everywhere, that I actually ended up cleaning myself. The best part of the house was the pool and backyard area. We broke two of the kitchen glasses which I gladly paid for, but then we were also accused of breaking the door and scratching the glass in the shower, which I didn’t appreciate. I took pictures of everything when we first got in the house to have proof of the obvious wear and tear that was there upon our arrival.

Hi Hillary - Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review as we take customer feedback very seriously in order to always keep improving our services for future guests. As the owner of the property management company I did want to clarify a few things: 1. the Photos that were taken of the house were note staged and is exactly how the house should always look before every check in. Unfortunately we had quite a bit of staff out due to covid right before your stay and were running on a skeleton crew and with some new hires that had not been fully trained. As soon as we were notified that the house was not to your liking our property supervisor Mariana arrived right away with a cleaning crew so I am not sure as to why you mentioned that you had to clean the house yourself as we made it our top priority to have the house to your liking as soon as we were notified. We did apologize for a few missed spots but remedied the situation immediately and to the best of our ability. I would also like to ask your understanding and possibly put yourself in our position as if we were hired to manage your personal house. We have a protocol promise to our owner clients to inspect the property before and immediately after each guests checkout and notify both the owners and guests of any noteworthy issues that may have happened. Which is exactly what we did and never accused anyone of anything we simply stated that these issues were not there before your arrival (as we have video from the inspection before ) however they were there after your checkout. This is the least favorite part of our job however the reason we have a job is to keep the best interest of the property and our owner clients interest at heart. I believe my staff and I handled this the most respectful and professional way possible and I am sorry if you were offended or defensive feeling you had been the accused. That simply was not the case. We hope you had safe travels home and enjoyed the pura vida life here in CR.

Wonderful in all ways.

Great place with lots of room inside and out. A backyard paradise with the pool, cabana and tropical wildlife viewing . Private and relaxing. The porches are so nice to sit out on in the morning s and evenings. The beaches were stunning to walk to and the local grocery store, a short walk. The staff assisting us were amazing and so helpful. Fantastic place and holiday. Thank you kindly.

Loved it!

Great stay. First, Lindsey and Jason were helpful answering all our questions and had some great tour and restaurant advice. Loved the style of the house, and the grounds were amazing, with so much outdoor space and a very refreshing pool. Saw monkeys and lots of wildlife. The casita was nice and private, and the main house had plenty of space for our party with 3 bedrooms and the loft. Beds and linens were very comfy. Loved the privacy and quiet of the location, yet could still walk to a few restaurants and the beach. Easy enough to get to Tamarindo (about a mile away) for everything else. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay

Loved it - we had a great time at Casa Salita! Beautiful house and so much great outdoor space, including the pool, the covered patio around the house, and the lush green spaces. We saw monkeys, iguanas and lots of other wildlife! The house was very comfortable with enough rooms for all of us, and the location is great - close enough to Tamarindo to get there easily but far enough away that it is very quiet and peaceful. There is also easy access to the beach at both Langosta and Tamarindo. Lindsey and Jason were easy to communicate with and had lots of great local restaurant and tours tips. Would definitely stay again!
