Everything about this stay was 10 out of 10. Comfortable the pool and hot tub was a great place to relax and the location was perfect walking to the beach we will definitely be back

Very Convenient to everything. Host was quick to help when needed. Washer and Dryer were very overstated. Air Conditioner was good until it wasn't. The pool was great and it was close to everything. Walk to beach!

Close to the beach with plenty of supplies. Including chairs and a wagon for the beach. It was spacious and we enjoyed our stay!

A Wonderful Stay with plenty of room a very short distance from the beach

Room was clean and it was a nice space for our family and small dogs. The beach is pet friendly, but no animals are allowed in the pool area. The mattresses are very firm, but we got used to them after a couple nights. There are no seasonings or grilling tools, but the grills are very nice and the covered area is nice at the pool. The beach is a very short walk away so this is also nice. There is a beach wagon provided in the room and several of the bag chairs are provided…not actual beach chairs, but nice to have if you didn’t bring any. There is no umbrella provided. Great Condo
This is my second time to stay at Athena Ares and it was great. It's right across the street from the beach and near lots of restaurants and bars. The condo has everything you need and is super comfortable.

Spacious, clean, and close to the beach
Our family stayed 4 days, 3 nights, at this beautiful location, right across the street from beach access. This condo has all the amenities you would need to have a gray time in SPI. Definitely recommend this location.

Beautiful condo
The area was perfect. Public beach access was so close and convenient. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Pool at complex was perfect and an awesome option on windy days. Loved our stay here, beds comfortable and pull out sleeper couch great addition .

Excellent location, well equipped property, great communication from hosts.
We visited for a family gathering for Thanksgiving and found the apartments very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. It was a shame the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy the out door space and pool, but it looked like a great place to spend time outside.

Perfect condo!
The condo was perfect in every way. Clean, updated, fantastic location! We had everything we needed and more. Also, you are just steps away from the beach access point. We will for sure stay again!

Family holiday
We rented 4 units for ourselves and the families of our three daughters. The condos were well equipped and very convenient to the beach. The pool and patio area were great for getting everyone together for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.
