We love this property! Very close to the beach with lots of rooms and bathrooms! Perfect for a large family.

Overall a very pleasant experience.Our family of ten has stayed here previously and found the property to be in the same excellent condition as before.I would recommend this place for large groups.

Great location everything was as described. Only issues was railing on 3 floor balcony was rusted out and un safe for kids.

So glad you and your family enjoyed your stay! It’s a big house and with our beach salty air, always projects in motion to keep the home in good condition. Thank you for your feedback regarding the balcony, this matters. Rust is a big challenge at the beach and we are currently in talks with a vendor for alternative materials that can withstand the beach environment and aesthetically pleasing. We hope you’ll be our guest again soon and can check out what’s new!

Being basically new to VRBO rentals we thought the list of do's and don't's was pretty extensive. Don't know if that is common with other VRBO properties.

This beach house is great. A 2 min walk from the water, and good sets of bedrooms. The host is communicative and nice. There are instructions on everything. The property has some quirks, the Internet was practically unusable, and the beds aren't great, but overall a very solid place to have family and friends for a beach vacation.

We had a poor experience with this rental. I paid in full for the rental well before the rental start. However, I received repeated email invoices from the management company that stated that I need to "pay the full amount" (again?) or the rental could be jeopardized. I attempted to contact the management company and got no response, I only received repeated emails telling me to pay in full. This was quite stressful - nothing spoils a vacation like thinking your lodging won't be available when you arrive. I finally got through to a manager, who said they are having billing difficulties (yeah, you are) but it would be taken care of. Instead, I received even more emails telling me to "pay in full". More calls to resolve. This was a nightmare. Separately, upon arrival, there are strict instructions to keep the A/C no colder than 74 degrees - they have sensors watching us, and we will be charged a fee for any violation. We set the A/C to 74, and after an afternoon of sweltering, it was still roasting in the rental. In addition, two of the in-room air conditioners did not work; one was even disassembled. This is an expensive rental and it is unacceptable to have essential equipment in obvious disrepair. We set the A/C to a lower temp and notified mgmt that we would of course not pay the fee. This was a frustrating, stressful, and poorly managed rental.

Everything was great! There is a ton of space, lots of games and amenities, if we come back in a large group again, id love to stay at this property.
