Beautiful place to stay and great accommodations. The views from the huge balcony were phenomenal All the workers were very friendly and professional and the breakfast at the cafe was delicious. We hope to be returning soon

Beautiful views from every room

We enjoyed a much needed 2 week vacation in this lovely condo. The unit was clean and comfortable and the amenities at Maison Sur Mer are fantastic!

A wonderful condo—loved everything about the space, the balcony, the view. The beach access was easy and the beach never became crowded. Great pool. Great setting all around. We hope to return!

Girls get away

We had an amazing time! We just relaxed and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. We loved the condo and it was everything it said it was.

Awesome place to stay!

The condo was beautiful! Clean elegant place to call home for a week! Only steps to the beach or pool! It has everything you need waiting for you! Great area, very quiet and safe! It's only minutes from all kinds of restaurants. AWESOME!

For such a nice place the beds were not good. Beds need upgraded to something decent as well as the bedroom furniture.

LOVED our stay!!

This is my 6th visit to the Maisons and this is by far the best condo I have ever stayed in! The 200 degree view made you feel like you were on the beach without physically being on the beach. The view you get of the sunrise over the pier is something not to be missed! Fantastic location, close to Kroger, the outlets, barefoot landing, and local restaurants. Julie was also very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

20th floor excellence

The moment you walk in the condo you see the view! Huge balcony with a variety of chairs. Indoor comfort is also great! Clean, comfortable, great view on the beach. A very relaxing week. Easy communication and easy check in. All info was provided in a timely manner.

Almost perfect

We loved the property, the view, identified things to help future guests. The front desk employees at times were rude, even today, after 8 days, she had an attitude. I told her about a spill on the floor in the elevator (that we did not cause) and when we needed to move the car to the lower level, she had an attitude.

Trudy, Thank you for your honest review. The Maisons is a complex that prides itself on security and safety; however, rudeness is not acceptable. I have brought the concern to management and they assured a "retraining" of associates. Come again, loved having you!

Comfortable Unit

The unit was comfortable and set up well for two couples allowing some privacy. Beautiful view and access to beach! It was a bit dated (i.e stains on carpet and decor) and we were surprised the unit didn’t have very many bath and/or kitchen towels and the quality was not the best. Not well equipped compared to other condos we have rented. No pool/beach towels available. No trash bags. Beds were very comfortable. The building was under renovation, which wasn’t brought to our attention beforehand. Hard to move through lobby, but will be beautiful when done. The Ocean Club was great! The building and location overall was peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.

Glad you enjoyed the condo. The owner is working to get some upgrades to the condo. This condo is so well liked and rented so often it is difficult get contractors in. But all in process to make your stay even better next time. Towels supplied are enough for each guests stay, there is a full washer and dryer in the unit which is great for laundry as needed. Paper products and trash bags are only supplied to start your stay this is stated in the arrival/departure details and pool towels are not supplied also stated in advance details. Finally the lobby remodel has taken longer than expected but things need to be upgraded and security has done as much as possible to not make it an inconvenience for guests. Just like the condo complexes have to be upgraded and coordination takes time. Thank you.

My wife and I rented this beautiful condo with another couple for a week. Communication with the rental company from the time that we booked until we arrived at the condo was excellent. Any questions that we had were answered very quickly. The condo was exactly as it looks in the photos. It was extremely clean and furnished nicely. We were impressed with the views from the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo was great for two couples. It was extremely quiet in the condo. There were four elevators and they were very fast. The pool is quite big with lots of lounge chairs around it. The building houses two restaurants and a bar, which was wonderful! The beach itself is very clean. There are beach chairs and beach toys in the condo. We highly recommend this condo!

Super vacances dans un super endroit. Très propre et confortable. J’ai eu super service. Le seul point que je pourrais dire c’est que nous avions seulement une serviette de bain par personne. J’en aurais pris plus afin de moins faire de lavage

Wonderful views!

This property was so very nice! It was extremely clean, which in my experience is unusual for a VRBO property. The views are incredible on the 20th floor. The views extend from the Apache Campground to the Apache Pier to the beach. Beautiful! The condo is very well maintained. Although satisfactory, I think the guest bathroom could use a new shower head and an overall update. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom and guest bedroom should be replaced. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!
