I asked if anything happened, you said no but your kids are crying . I then asked if you truly felt unsafe why would you be waiting in the car with your family instead of the home? You wanted to protect your car you said… I advised you to step inside because that would be the safest and I assured to you it is a safe neighborhood from my own personal families experience and other guests. We learned of a power outage on the day of your arrival, and reached out to you to alert you and asked how you’d like to proceed. You asked will there be compensation, and we said yes it will depend on the time of outage. The power was out for 3 hours, which we provided about 20% discount for that days cost. It came out to about $30 , which was sent(albeit it was late, so apologies). Again, if you felt like this was not fair, why did you ask us directly? Or when asked how you wanted to proceed, why not say cancellation .
