I can't in good conscience recommend this property or the property management company, Vacasa. We had an issue with the property on arrival. We called the after hours number and reported the issues. The after hours manager informed us that the Property Manager would contact us the following morning. The Property Manager never contacted me.
The shower had black mold. The walls and baseboards were gross.
The king bed was clean and comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub sprayed water clear across the bedroom when the jets were engaged.
The kitchen was clean. The microwave door was broken.
The electrical plugs in all of the rooms were a fire hazard. Cords would not stay plugged in to the outlet no matter which outlet we tried to use. There were cords and cables hanging across the walls, within child's reach, in the living room and bedroom. One of the lamps in the bedroom was broken.
The outside of the building was very dated, the paint was chipping on the railing, appeared that it had not been cleaned in years.
Both pools were clean and maintained.
The wifi is the only thing I can give a 5 star on.
We visit Pigeon Forge every 2 years and I can say we will not be book through this company or property again.
