The house worked great for our family of 11. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Master bedroom was awesome. Our host was extremely timely on communication. The area was walking distance from big grocery store and plenty of food places. Overall experience was very good. Thank you

We had to share towels. Outdoor chairs broken. No condiments or spices for cooking. No paper plates. House was musty. No ice in freezer. Will not use again.

Christmas Vacation!

We stayed here to celebrate Christmas with family that lived in Lincoln and it was perfect for the stay! There was so much room to spread out and the kitchen was large. The neighborhood was very nice and walkable and a great location! We will definitely stay again!

House is not "Luxury" -- serious deferred maintenance issues

Disappointed. Should have listened to Kim and Ben in the prior reviews. Rotting wood at the front door. Peeling paint throughout. Dead light bulbs throughout. Mismatched everything throughout. Uncomfortable beds. Good floor plan, but pride in and care for the property needed.

Great space and location…not luxury

If you are looking for a spacious place with lots of bedrooms and a good safe location, then this fits the bill. However the title says luxury and there is nothing luxury about the home. It appears as if someone went to the goodwill for the bedding, curtains, towels and wall decor. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable, Walls need paint, outside needs paint, outside rim of kitchen sink needs re-caulking, the dryer vent needs to be cleaned out and reattached, and the front door lock needs replaced. If this place was updated I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Nebraska.

Great Place. Clean, and good sized

We traveled to Lincoln for a Speech and Debate tournament. We had 11 people staying in the house. It had plenty of beds and three bathrooms, which served us very well. The kitchen was large, with lots of counter space. The fridge was large and clean. The house was very clean, and was decorated simply, but elegantly. The host was responsive, and came by to see how we were doing right after the check-in. They had just removed some things from the garage, and he wanted to make sure we were in the house without difficulty. Great place overall. Would recommend for your larger group or family. Located in a nice neighborhood, with shopping and main access roads nearby. Neighborhood was quiet as well.

dirty --lacked kitchen utensils. broken can opener, mixer beaters, but no mixer. frustrating

Cannot believe that this place has a 4.8 rating. The garage was gross. Need a good power wash. We had 13 in our group and there is only one trash can. We physically walked trash up to a public dumpster. Saw 2 bugs walking across kitchen counter while cooking. Kitchen set up has a lot to be desired. felt everything was dirty. Broken can opener -- mixer beaters, but no mixer -- had to go purchase both items. Windows grimey. Jacuzzi tub and fireplace both shut off. FRUSTRATING STAY FOR THE PRICE WE PAID!!!

Family central

Members of our family from various parts of the country were able to stay in this spacious property with adequate parking. The location was perfect for the events we were in town for (funeral). The groupings of the bedrooms and bathrooms allow for areas of privacy for the people staying in them. The dishwasher made horrendous and loud noises when we attempted to use it - when reported, the host quickly said he would fix it. The property worked well for our stay.

FANTASTIC

Tremendous place to stay! The pictures don't do it any justice. It's a big house that's laid out perfectly! Huge upstairs and basement! It's located within walking distance to several places to eat and a very nice grocery store. Plus it's an easy Uber/Lyft ride into downtown. 10/10 experience and we will for sure stay again when our team is back in town! Kevin B

Great space

This was our second time staying at this property and it met our expectations. Our children loved the basement and all the space it gives them to play safely. Vincent is great to communicate with and the home was ready to go for us. Our only suggestion would be to restock the kitchen with more pots, pans and cooking tools. With such a large house comes many guests and there was only a few cooking items from which to choose which made preparing meals a little bit of a challenge. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to stay again in the future!

we were in Lincoln for a family wedding. This house fit our needs for our extended family. It was spacious and had the right amount of bedrooms. The kitchen could have had more dish/hand towels.

National Coaches Hall of Fame Convention

This house was excellent for multiple family members from different parts of the country to stay in same location. The hosts were very kind and helpful with all questions and instructions for check-in and check-out. It was much larger than it appeared in photos. Upon first arriva, I didn't think we would have enough room for all of the family members coming for the events. Once inside it seemed like a huge mansion where all family members had their own rooms. We ended up with 3 empty beds. It was in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood and was close to shopping and entertainment. It also was in a very easy to get to and from the downtown venues where the events were being held. It was a very clean house and garage and had plenty of space for 2 vehicles in the garage and 3 more vehicles in driveway and street. I would definitely choose this place again if staying in the Lincoln area.

Good family time

This house had plenty of space for our extended family of 15 and it served its purpose while visiting for a wedding. We struggled finding some things we needed like enough towels for everyone so we had to just keep washing them and sharing them. Responsiveness of the property manager was good and we appreciated that some kitchen towels were dropped off when we couldn’t find any. House could use some serious cleaning or fresh coat of paint to make it feel more comfortable. Furniture and decor are very outdated however it was accurately portrayed in the photos so we did not have over the top expectations. Overall we had a good time here and didn’t have any major issues.
