Visto su Lakefront Bargain Hunt di HGTV: Renovation (Stagione 2, episodio 10 "Making Memories on Lake Martin")

Sei pronto per un po 'di calcio ???Siamo a soli 40 minuti dallo stadio Jordan Hare. Sedersi attorno alla nostra firepit sarà il luogo perfetto dove trascorrere le prossime notti autunnali, guardando le foglie che cambiano colore sugli alberi e si riflettono sul lago.

Non ci sono PASSI sulla nostra proprietà dentro o fuori. È su 1. 3 acri in una baia tranquilla perfetta per il kayak e il nuoto, ma a pochi minuti dalla grande acqua e dal varo di una barca a DARE Park.

Per i bambini c'è un trampolino elastico, una zona di spiaggia sabbiosa completa di giocattoli e abbiamo due kayak per i giovani, 1 kayak per adulti e uno stand up paddleboard. Questi sono disponibili per tutti. Il deposito cauzionale verrà restituito in base alle condizioni della casa ma anche alle condizioni di questi articoli.

All'interno, troverete una pianta aperta con vista sul lago e sul cortile dalla maggior parte delle camere. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e una culla. Quando ti svegli la mattina, la prima cosa che vedrai è il lago che brilla fuori dalla tua finestra. Nel bagno principale troverete una vasca da bagno. C'è anche una grande doccia con soffione a pioggia e doppio lavabo.

Dall'altro lato della casa ci sono altre tre camere da letto e un bagno. La camera degli ospiti (Shore Thang) ha un letto matrimoniale con vista sul lago. È decorato a tema nautico.

La camera a castello è decorata a tema "Lost Boys" con adorabili letti a castello in barca e un tepee.

La stanza delle ragazze è decorata con un tema a sirena e ha un divano letto doppio con doppio rotelle e un futon che si piega in un letto full size.

La cucina ha posti a sedere sull'isola e un tavolo da pranzo. All'esterno, troverete un enorme backporch con una grande sezione per sonnecchiare e godersi la brezza del lago. Non dimenticare la nostra luce per canoa e il suo laghetto per pesci.

A wonderful week

Our stay at this peaceful retreat was bittersweet, as it marked the end of our plains era. We chose to spend a week at the lake for graduati on. The was the perfect location, fordrives into Auburn. Publix ca graduation.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed as a group of 10 and had plenty of room. Beautifully House with amazing covered back area with couch and dining table, so nice to have on this rainy weekend. Kids loved jumping off the dock and all the kayaks (5) and canoe (1) that were there. House is in a small nook of the lake so it feels like the kids have their own little pool safely away from boats. They were in the water all day and loved it. Fire pit was very nice as well. Great communication with owner that allowed us late check out. Would definitely come back!

Great time at Lake Martin!

We had a wonderful week at Lake Martin and thoroughly enjoyed the home. Our daughter was recovering from a sports injury, so the easy access from the car to both the house and lake was a major factor in choosing this property; something that's not always common at the lake. The house was clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. We experienced one minor issue overnight, but the host responded promptly and resolved everything the next day. The lake view from the house is amazing, and we loved having the dock for our boat rental. We also appreciated the convenient location near restaurants, groceries, and marinas. It was fun looking through the before-and-after renovation photos. It is hard to believe it's the same house! The owners made excellent decisions with their updates.

Great family weekend on the Lake

Excellent lake house in a quiet area

We really enjoyed our week long stay, the house is located in quiet location. Our kids could swim right off the dock with no worries of boat traffic, perfect place for paddel boarding, and kayaking, property was well kept and clean. Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

Family vacation

Great Mother's Day Getaway

We had three generations of ladies from our family on our traditional getaway. This property was perfect for us! It had beautiful outside areas and a great view of the water. It provided room for everyone to have separate activities and be together. We would stay again!

Lake house

This property was great for our four kids. The sandy beach area was great. The rooms were big and allowed for a comfortable stay. The owners were great to work with. I hope to stay again soon.

Peaceful lake getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful and comfortable home. The host was very easy to communicate with and neighbors are friendly! Perfect yard and access to lake via private beach and dock. We will definitely be back!

Lake Martin Trip

It was exactly what was described. Easy to drop the boat at the. Oat launch and navigate to the house. We had a fabulous time. The setting was very peaceful! Everyone enjoyed the property and would definitely come back.

Quaint and Quiet

This was the perfect house for our little group. The outdoor area was the perfect spot to relax after a day in the water and the huge yard allowed the kids to run. Huge bonus there were no stairs to climb. The neighbors all seemed very nice and we really enjoyed all the neighborhood pups.

Great get away for a fun filled weekend on the lake

We had absolutely everything we needed to make my family’s stay perfect. From keeping the kids entertained while we pack the boat for the day. The play ground and trampoline was a blast for them. And the gorgeous back porch and great views to enjoy breakfast and dinner. Ease of access to the boat dock made it easy to load and unload. We will definitely stay again.

The best

This is our second time to stay here. We absolutely love this place. We used the kayak and paddle board and brought our owe paddle board. We so enjoyed our time here that we are already picking a week to come next year. The owners are the best. Due to the storm Debby we could not drive back to Florida. We contacted the owner Cheryl and she didn’t hesitate to allow us to stay another night and even said we could stay longer than that if we needed. Such a blessing. Thank

Great place!

We loved this property, the location on the lake was close to town and the marina, which was convenient since we brought a boat. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard! I only deducted a star from the accuracy of the listing because the beach has worn away a bit and could use some more sand. I have a toddler that enjoys playing in the sand, so I wish there was more of a beach area. We also did not see a gas grill, only charcoal, so prepare for that if you’re going to cook. Other than that, we loved this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake!! :)

New Year Get-A-Way

We stayed for the weekend for a new years get away and had a great time. Even though it was too cold to swim, the property was great for the kids to run around and play. The play set was a nice bonus! The home was great to house both our families and we loved the open concept so we could all be together. The power went out at one point (no fault of anyone or owner) and the owner/manager reached out to check on us. Would recommend and would def stay again!

Great Stay on Lake Martin

After 9 years of family trips to the lake at the same property that is no longer available, we had to find a new home. This vacation rental proved to be a perfect replacement. It's location on the lake at the end of finger provided calm waters for kids (and adults) to play in the swim area on the property. There are 2 waverunner docks that were a nice extra so we didn't have to fool with tieing up every time. There is a marina a 5-10 ride that has 24 hour fuel pumps. Dadeville is a 10 minute drive for shopping. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away. By the boat ramp is a park with a huge beach area with perfectly calm water, flush toilets, picnic areas (covered and uncovered) with grills and a very nice play area for children. The home was well stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The owner's were very responsive to messages and communication through all aspects of the rental period, both before and during our stay. The space was comfortable, everything worked as it should. I would say you can't go wrong with this vacation rental.

Auburn Football Weekend with Family

Was a great place for our family weekend and auburn football game. Plenty of space , well stocked , and great lake view. Cheryl was excellent to work with!
