Una bella proprietà rurale con viste incantevoli. La fauna selvatica abbonda, spazi all'aperto, cieli notturni brillanti, mattine nebbiose, molte attrazioni locali.

La proprietà era originariamente la Charity Creek Cattery & Kennels, ma non è stata utilizzata per molti anni. Per noi la proprietà è diventata un luogo da condividere con la famiglia e gli amici. È vicino a molte attrazioni locali ma ha la serenità della vita rurale.

Accesso ospite
Il bungalow separato che era il "Gatteria" è stato completamente sventrato e rinfrescato con amore e attenzione e ora offre sistemazioni tranquille e spaziose vicino a tutte le altre strutture principali; bagno e servizi igienici si trovano nella casa principale (a circa 30 m di distanza). C'è una Cabana aperta che ha un barbecue, frigo bar, acqua corrente, bicchieri / stoviglie / posate e, naturalmente, avrai accesso alla piscina, al Fernery (un posto tranquillo per sedersi) e tutti i luoghi circostanti per passeggiare .

Altre cose da notare
Ci sono molti parcheggi, le roulotte sono benvenute e saremo felici di aiutarti con altre cose di cui potresti aver bisogno.

NB: è indispensabile che ci dia un ETA accurato il giorno del vostro arrivo. È una grande proprietà e qualcuno deve essere a portata di mano quando arrivi per mostrarti dove parcheggiare, a quali aree puoi accedere e dove si trovano luci, acqua e servizi.

Se ti piacciono i cavalli e vuoi BYO, sentiti libero. C'è molto spazio per l'equitazione. No Crofton qui!

Peaceful country property

The property is very peaceful and relaxing. The bungalow is farm rustic, clean and comfy. The open outdoor kitchen is very well stocked and it is a lovely place to sit at night and have dinner or early breakfast with the birds. The fresh eggs were also very appreciated! You are a ways on country roads from most things so bring what you need with you and relax. Sandy and Rossi are great hosts. TV is DVD only which was fine for us. Note: the bathroom is only divided by a partial wall which does not offer a lot of privacy (depending on who is staying and your comfort level this is fine) however, there is spare another bathroom in the house that Sandy is happy for you to use. Thanks for making us feel welcome (even Bailey our big boof head Bernese)!

Hostess Sandy was lovely and no job was too much trouble for her to enhance our stay. Clean and comfortable and entertainment supplied by Rossi the Kelpie

Really enjoyed our stay at charity creek retreat the kids especially.Sandy and Rossi thank you.

Nestled in the beautiful hills you find a real bush retreat.Sandy is a wonderful woman who makes you feel like family.Rossi her amazing kelpie brings a lot of energy and entertainment for all.highly recommend.

Enchanting

My children and I spent three magical nights at Charity Creek. We loved the pool, and enjoyed relaxing, cooking and eating in the Cabana, whilst taking in the beautiful views. The night sky is breathtaking and must be seen to be believed. The children enjoyed exploring the beautiful gardens and bush walks, helping to feed the chickens and playing with a much beloved puppy. Sandy is a generous, kind and attentive host, accomodating us at short notice, and making us feel welcome and at home on arrival. We were sorry to leave are already planning our next stay at this special retreat. Thank you Sandy!

Great break away from it all!

Fantastic spot to get away from it all. We loved it despite a lot of rain! The cabana is a beautiful place to cook and chill out and enjoy the bush views (BBQ and attached burner plus fridge with freezer compartment). Really appreciated use of the pool. Sandie was a great host. Very helpful and great to chat with, but we felt that we had our own space . Our little boy loved the egg collecting and gecko spotting ( and we appreciated the lovely surprise breakfast ). Thank you Sandie! The accommodation is comfortable, with three beds and a sofa and TV for watching DVDs. WiFi available, but we didn't find it reliable. We had mobile reception at the property though. Our dog had a ball with Rossi the kelpie, but we had to separate them occasionally as Rossie is as bouncy and full on as a 9month kelpie usually is and ours wanted a break. Great stay. We are missing the froggy night noises!

Dog Friendly Country Retreat

My son & I were in the area for Mountain Biking and wanted somewhere out of the city. For us the property was brilliant and just as described. Sandy was an excellent host as was her communication prior to our visit. We brought our two dogs, they loved the house yard (didn't get to explore further due to the weather) and Sandy was wonderful keeping an eye on them while we were riding Kiwarrak True country hospitality, it was a pleasure to stay there. We will be returning.

Originally form Adelaide in South Australia, Sandy lived on Sydney’s Northern Beaches until 2012, when she relocated to NSW’s beautiful Mid-North Coast on a rural property at picturesque Charity Creek. Sandy held a position on the Board of Directors at the Manning Valley Race Club and contributes in many ways to the local community.

Close enough to townships & villages to not go without anything, but far enough away to feel like you're secluded.

Charity Creek Retreat is a working farm, with a small herd of cattle at various times, so there is always something happening, but you can be left alone to explore the property or surrounding countryside or relax & read a book, sun-bake, have a swim, cook up a storm, play a board game, sleep in, or take a nap.

The choice is yours, but you will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated & re-invigorated.
