Una cornice a "A" divertente ed elegante in una tranquilla insenatura all'estremità nord del lago Sinclair. Godrete sicuramente di una vacanza indimenticabile e piacevole nella nostra casa sul lago completamente arredata. La nostra futura casa di riposo è la tua casa per una vacanza tanto necessaria. La nostra casa ha quattro camere da letto e tre bagni e mezzo. Ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali. Ci sono un totale di tre letti matrimoniali, tre letti singoli e due divani. Goditi la vista dell'acqua dal nostro ponte di livello principale o dal nostro patio coperto di livello inferiore. Il livello superiore è una camera da letto principale privata con bagno e riscaldamento e aria condizionata separati. Il livello principale ha una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno aggiuntivi. C'è anche un mezzo bagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice per questo uso. Cucina completamente attrezzata con sala da pranzo aperta - soggiorno con splendida vista sul lago. Il soffitto a volta con ampie vetrate offre una vista favolosa sul lago. Lo spazio abitativo di livello inferiore della nostra casa ha due camere da letto aggiuntive. Una allestita come una "camera a castello" con tre letti singoli. C'è un bagno completo anche a questo livello. Lo spazio abitativo principale è aperto e ha una barra bagnata per intrattenere. Un arredamento divertente e colorato ti aspetta. Un ottimo posto per intrattenere la famiglia e gli amici.

Facile passeggiata fino alla fine del nostro molo privato. Nuota e pesca direttamente dal molo e goditi una splendida vista sul lago. Porta la tua barca o moto d'acqua e approfitta della rampa della barca alla fine della nostra baia.

Un breve viaggio di sette miglia a Crooked Creek Marina o al Dollar General per rifornimenti extra. Il Crooked Creek Grill è un nuovo ristorante nel porto turistico per il tuo divertimento.

Eatonton, Greensboro e Milledgeville sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto.

Perfect Lake Getaway

The property was just as pictured! Plenty of space for the whole family with a beautiful lakefront view. We rented a boat overnight and docked it at the house so we could have a nice sunset cruise followed by a fun day on the lake. The owners responded promptly to any questions we had. Hope we will be able to return some day!

Wonderful Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful 4 days at The Pink Dog. Great kitchen, very roomy, downstairs was great for watching movies at night and the dogs loved the yard. A little piece of tranquility on the lake.

Family get together

2 grandmothers, 2 moms, and 5 kids ranging from 1 yr-15yr. Property was great and house was so welcoming. We had a lovely weekend just swimming off the dock and visiting.

Best Weekend for a graduation celebration

We rented this property for my daughter’s graduation. It was perfect for family and friends to come and mingle and celebrate. The layout of the house was great! The owner was very helpful with questions and the dogs also had the best time. Will most definitely rent again!

Great for family gatherings!

We had SO much fun on our stay at The Pink Dog!! For anyone wanting to bring a boat, this house is a great location, just a few houses down from a boat ramp. The marina was a 15 minute ride. The water felt great even in the end of September and we had a blast tubing around the area and checking out the local rope swing! It has a beautiful view from the porch with your morning coffee and is a great set up for extended families. Thanks so much Rick and Paula!

Annual Framily Lake Vacation

We have been coming to Lake Sinclair for many years, but for the last five consecutively. This area of the lake and this property is our favorite! We love the privacy of the cove, but the easy access to the rest of the lake. The kids can swim and paddleboard right off of the dock without fear of large wakes or watercraft interfering with their activities. We always enjoy this property. It is spacious and enjoyable.

Weekend to Remember

Lake Sinclair was a destination for celebrating our Daughter’s college graduation and this home was the perfect choice. The hosts actually contributed to our celebratIon by adding the cutest decorations, such a thoughtful touch. The home is better than pictures show! The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. The entire house was really cute, well appointed with everything you need to just hang out and enjoy time with family and friends. We hope to visit again!!

Perfect place to enjoy time away

We just returned from a 6 night stay at the Pink Dog and this property was perfect for us and our group of 8 adults and our small dogs. The house has everything you need “and more” to feel at home. The dock was large, and well maintained to dock our boat, with chairs and an umbrella to hang out, as well as floats in storage for use. The covered patio on the lower floor was so nice to enjoy, as well as the upstairs deck - plenty of room for everyone. Well shaded too. We loved our time there and made some great memories with our kids - would definitely return.

Great place for a big group with enough room to have space.

We had 10 people, 5 adults and 5 children, and had enough room without stumbling over each other. Lovely décor and each bedroom was adequately private. The setting was gorgeous and the outdoor space was awesome. The only critique would be the lack of garbage collection and a large enough place to store it. With 10 people, you seem to accumulate a lot of trash.

Fun lake house

Very well equipped. Nice decor. Plenty of room. We did have a problem with air conditioner and was without it for a couple of days. Owner did credit us a bit for the inconvenience

First Time, but not the last

We rented this property near where we have stayed in the past and we were not disappointed. It was perfect for two families. The teens took the downstairs and the adults the two master rooms. The dock area is not covered, but there is a covered porch that was perfect for sitting out a few rain showers. There was a gas and charcoal grill available for our use. We will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving 2020

We all had a wonderful time. The pictures posted are great but the home is much, much prettier in person. The thoughtful touches of games, binoculars, magazines etc.. was wonderful. We all loved the Pink Dog theme. The only thing we wanted for or needed was more time to stay there. Bob from our group summed it up nicely when he said, "now I finally understand why people want to live at the lake". Rick and Paula and their property are 5 star with us. Thank you both for helping us create wonderful memories with family.

Fun family time

We had a great time at your rental home. The set up and design were great. Kitchens and baths were clean, but could have been better. There was a lot of staining in the shower in the sinks. Nothing a little Ajax wouldn’t take care of it the house did it get a bit stuffy ceiling fans would be awesome, the dock was great. The chairs and umbrella came in handy very nice and quiet. Water was deep and clean. Thank you for having the extra floats underneath the house will definitely look into coming back.

This is a Girl Trip Lakehouse Y'all!

Perfect place for the Ladies! The house has plenty of bed options for bed divas in your group. An artist must live here because it has a very creative vibe - helped us get our craft on. The ruff room is adorable. Actually, the whole place is just one friggin cute vignette after another. We really appreciated that the cupboards had all the little ingredients your forget at home - we needed a couple of sheets of tinfoil - and thrilled we didn't have to run the store (except for TP - evidently they don't like to provide a stock of that... luckily one of our gals never travels without extra rolls). The dock is not covered and has one umbrella - so - you'll need to bring your own shade. Those tailgate or beach popups would be perfect to get you out of the sun. We erected a Big Agnes shade, so we could spend the entire day lolling by the water. As other guests have mentioned, this place is in dire need of a deep cleaning. Hate to complain, but it really is time for y'all to hire a team to come in and spend the day "spring cleaning" from top to bottom. Overall? The Pink Dog House was wonderful and we highly recommend it!

we had our kids and our grandkids we brought our boat for tubing and everyone had a blast!! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and they all caught fish!!This is our 3rd trip to your house it fits our family well..

4th of July

We had a wonderful time. Easy to get my boat in the water and to the house. Watched people shoot fireworks from the dock. Caught a catfish. Great place to stay.
