Coconino Estates, è PERFETTO per una fantastica vacanza in famiglia fantastica! Grandi nuove finestre in ogni stanza per godersi l'aria fresca di montagna! Goditi il tempo nel cortile privato, recintato e invitante con patio coperto, altalena, tavolo e sedie. House ha un garage annesso. Tutti i nuovi materassi, mobili, camino a gas ed elettrodomestici in una cucina completamente fornita! La lavanderia ha una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice. WIFII, Cable, TIVO e Apple TV gratuiti. Ci sono TV in tutte le camere. Master suite ha un letto king size, le altre due camere da letto hanno letti queen size. I bagni sono completamente forniti! È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in bicicletta per gli eccellenti ristoranti, negozi e il mercato degli agricoltori della comunità di Flagstaff. La nostra casa si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da Late for the Train Coffee House e da Kickstand, Urban Trail System, Thorpe Park, il nostro Duck Pond locale che è rifornito di pesce e Thorpe Ultimate Frisbee Course. Punto di atterraggio perfetto per godersi Flagstaff !!

Flagstaff Gem

This property is gorgeous and well cared for. Home was cozy, clean, has amazing windows and natural light, and a lovely yard that we spent many hours in. Pizza, burgers, coffee, and grocery store all within an easy walk. Owner was delightful and has amazing attention to detail. I will recommend this home to all of my friends and family.

Great place and great location!

We loved staying at Lanna's house in Flagstaff! Everything was clean and set up perfectly for our family. It was an easy walk or drive downtown, and perfectly situated for road trips to the Grand Canyon and other destinations. There were also great trails nearby for morning walks. Definitely would return!

Incredible property!

What a beautiful property! We spent several relaxing days in this gorgeous home. Not only was the home pristine, Lanna provided everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, close to all Flag has to offer and the price was a steal! We will be back..❤️

Great Flagstaff home

We had a fun relaxing long weekend in this beautiful home. It has been updated throughout and is tastefully de orated for a warm cozy homey atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need, beautiful backyard with pretty vegetation and comfy seating. Convenient location to downtown and not far from ski area. Owner was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Hope to come back soon!

Relaxing and functional home!

This was a very pleasant place to stay! I especially appreciated the spacious closets to unpack and hang things up. The baskets in the kitchen made it easy to see what snacks we had and the fridge was clean and roomy. The back patio was a serene spot to relax in the fresh Flagstaff air. Speaking of air... communicating with the homeowner was a breeze! ; p

Perfect mountain getaway

This house was everything and more we could have asked for. Very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the house came very well stocked with clean kitchen items and clean bedding. It was really hot when we stayed and each room had its own ac unit that made it comfortable. The owner dropped off a fan for the main room for us. Communicating with the owner was so easy and very thorough. Perfect backyard to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Cannot wait to stay here again. And we will.

Best House to Rent in Flagstaff

We rented this home in Flagstaff for a week while we were taking our girls to college at NAU. This home did not disappoint. It was close to everything we needed. The yard is amazing and immaculate..Such a charming home. We had a couple of extra requests of Lanna and she went way above and beyond to help us with our needs while staying at her property. The house is decorated perfectly and I can't tell you how much it felt like home away from home. The attention to detail from having coffee ready to go to ice in the freezer to the coziest of blankets. It was a real treat to stay here. We will be back upon visiting or girls in college. Thank you again for putting your heart into this home.

September Visit

The house was lovely. It is clean and remodeled. The sofa is comfortable, the towels are new and soft, and the bed is the most comfortable I've slept in. My teen girls loved their bedrooms with desks for remote learning during covid and big windows with pretty views. We arrived to fresh flowers on the table, a bottle of wine, and the water bottles in the fridge helped with the change in altitude. Lanna is easy to communicate with and returns messages promptly. And the location is perfect for us, near our favorite hiking trails and also close to town. And my favorite coffee, Kickstand, is within walking distance. Thank you, Lanna, we look forward to returning!

Immaculate comfortable home

We had a great stay at this property. I have never been in a cleaner home, immaculate is an accurate description. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room with the gas fireplace. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Gem in Flagstaff

Great property a very short drive from downtown. We had our original VRBO cancel the day of arrival and the owners worked with me and were able to get our family in that night! On top of making that amazing turnaround, the communication with the owner Lanna was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home Away From Home in Flagstaff

Our stay in Flagstaff was wonderful, in large part because of this comfortable and convenient home! The house was immaculate and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture both inside and out. The decor was beautiful and updated, and the backyard was landscaped and private with multiple seating areas, a propane fire pit, and a stainless steel grill. Laundry facilities and a plus-size garage were additional amenities. The three bedrooms, two baths, and open-concept living area had plenty of room for the four adults in our group. Two of the bedrooms included walk-in closets. The kitchen appliances were newer, and the cupboards were well-stocked with glass doors, which made it easy to locate items. Drawers contained helpful items such as scissors and a wine bottle opener. I've stayed in dozens of rental units, and none have been as well-appointed as this home! Reading lamps, garbage cans, and additional blankets and pillows were available in every room. Shampoo, shower gel, paper products, ice, and coffee and creamer were also thoughtfully provided. The host was professional and helpful, and encouraged communication of every need. She takes pride in her property, and was so thoughtful to our unique needs and interests! With a convenient location in a safe neighborhood, this rental is the perfect home away from home!

Best backyard view and location

The home was in a great location, close to everything. The living room back wall is all large windows looking into the gorgeous backyard. The home was clean, cozy, and decorated very well. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Away from the heat

The house was great!! Older house, creaks when you walk, but beautifully decorated. We had a great time. Patio was very comfortable and relaxing. Although, lots of misquotes so be prepared. Home owner was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends

Perfect Flagstaff Getaway

Family of 4 + my mother-in-law visiting Flagstaff. The host was incredible! Checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She also provided great recommendations for things to do. The house was clean, in great condition and well stocked! Definitely bookmarking this property for the future!
