Tipico cottage islandese di 60 m2 con vista su 10.000 m2 di terreno. Nel mezzo del cerchio d'oro. Perfetto per visitare il geyser, la caduta di Gulfoss e il parco þingvellir. La casa è anche un'ora da Reykjavík e meno di 2 ore da Vík.
La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto (camera da letto 1: letto matrimoniale 160 cm, camera da letto 2: letto matrimoniale 140 cm, camera da letto 3: 2 letti singoli 120 cm. La casa è destinata ad ospitare 6 adulti + un bambino (c'è un letto ombrello). Sono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata e perfetta per cucinare buoni pasti. Nel giardino avrete accesso alla vasca idromassaggio (per 6 persone), un barbecue, un tavolo da ping-pong e un'altalena.
Avrai bisogno di una macchina per accedere alla casa. In inverno potrebbe essere necessario un 4x4

Great, quiet place to stay

This cottage was a great place to stay while exploring the golden circle. It is in a very quiet area, away from city lights for a better chance to see the northern lights. The natural hot tub was a great place to relax in the evenings and the unique glass bubble bedroom is just amazing! It’s set up well to keep you plenty warm at night.

Very nice cottage

We stayed here with our two kids (8 and 10), and had a great time. The bubble is nice and secluded, with a comfortable bed. The kids loved the hot tub. It is located a short drive (<30 min) from a lot of cool sites, including geysir, gullfoss, hrunalaug, secret lagoon, and more. Also decent places to dine nearby. Can recommend!

Great experience

We loved this place from the first minute. Embedded in natural beauty and a noble neighbourhood, we enjoyed both the cottage, the hot pot and the bubble more than any other place during our 2+ weeks visit to Iceland. It was just great.

Heavenly Night Lights

The property was located in the perfect location to be close enough to all spots in the Golden Circle but far enough away the crowds. The bubble igloo bedroom was the perfect sanctuary to view the amazing scenery, stars and of course two nights of amazing Northern Lights

A Fantastic Gem

This property is super well-appointed and truly exceeded our expectations. Its location is very peaceful and quiet while still being central to many of the golden circle attractions. The hot pot and bubble were super cool features. The owner was very communicative. Highly recommend this property!

A nice place to stay. Clean. Cute decor. Bedrooms and bathroom are small. Good for a few nights. Needs to improve the quality of the linens and towels.

10 year anniversary trip

My husband and I visited Iceland 8 years ago during the winter and we knew we would be back one day . Fast forward a few years and we were able to bring our two adventurous young daughters to experience Iceland during the summer . We had the most magical time exploring all the wonderful attractions from the location of the house . We loved everything about the house . The girls loved playing in the loft area with their dolls and talking to us while we were making dinner . Made many memories here ! We hope to be back in another few years !

Excellent

Our group stayed 4 nights in June. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Quiet peaceful area that is perfect location for exploring the geyser, waterfalls, Frioheimar greenhouse, Farmer’s Bistro (highly recommended if you like mushrooms), Skalholt Cathedral (has a BEAUTIFUL mosaic of Jesus), Kerid Crater and so much more. The bubble was so fun! We had 24 hours of daylight but had sleep masks. It gave us a unique experience that we were really hoping for. Nearby town tad a good pizza restaurant but they’re serious about people making a reservation. Overall our stay was amazing- we’d definitely go back and highly recommend

Ideal family retreat

We are so thankful for Youri’s sharing this place with us! It was a delight for our family to stay here. The hot pot was such a treat. And the location out in the country side was so ideal - away from it all and yet so close to so many sights and adventures! We highly recommend the Farmer’s Bistro mushroom restaurant in Flúðir.

Perfect peaceful home from home

Far enough away from everywhere to feel private/isolated yet drivable to shop, restaurant, The Secret Lagoon, Geysirs, Golden Circle and longer drive to Vik. Wonderful hot tub was huge bonus. Hosts were totally wonderful and very responsive . Loved every minute and would go back. Perfect little home xxx

Fijn verblijf!

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in IJsland. Het huisje ligt op een goede locatie en er staan ook veel tips om te doen in de omschrijving. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd dus heel de omgeving verkent en bekeken, dit is naar mijn mening wel echt nodig in IJsland. Het huisje zelf en de hot tub is ook goed bevallen! Het enige wat ons een beetje tegen viel is dat de slaapkamers erg klein zijn en er geen kasten zijn, hierdoor hebben we stoelen en bankjes gebruikt om onze kleren op te leggen. We verbleven in het huisje met 4 personen.

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our time in this property, the host were very helpful and their recommendation of a 4*4 was spot on. The house was very well equipped with lots of little touches like herbs and spices. According to my kids the WiFi was good, so a good time was had by all.

Cozy Country Cabin

We loved our stay at this cabin - it is a great place to relax as well as a hub for exploring the golden triangle. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the view is amazing. The hot pot is definitely hot!

Fantastic location and property

Fantastic property - cosy, great location and well equipped. Nice touch to be able to use Netflix and Spotify on the smart tv. Hot tub was fantastic and we used it every night. Very close to various sights in the golden circle. Highly recommended and can’t wait to stay again.
