Soggiorna nella nostra casa sull'oceano situata in Pompano Road a Fripp Island, Carolina del Sud e goditi le migliori viste sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano che l'isola ha da offrire! Questa casa sulla spiaggia è stata progettata con una prospettiva panoramica dalla grande sala e camera da letto principale con una splendida vista sull'Oceano Atlantico e un comodo accesso alla spiaggia. Appena aggiornato con New Deck Furniture.

Al piano terra si trovano il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, la cucina, la camera da letto principale e il bagno e un ampio ponte avvolgente con sedie prendisole. La grande sala ha pavimenti in legno massello con mobili comodi e posti a sedere per tutti. Il layout è perfetto per intrattenere famiglie e amici!

Al piano superiore sono tre camere da letto e due bagni completi che includono un letto matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli e due letti a castello. Perfetto per i bambini!

Abbiamo anche una grande doccia esterna privata e articoli da spiaggia disponibili come kayak, galleggianti e reti da pesca.

Non sono ammessi animali domestici e abbiamo requisiti di età minima. Si prega di contattare Sharon per maggiori dettagli.

This is a great beachfront house in the original Fripp style, with quality common spaces, ample dining room seating, and a smallish but unusually well-equipped kitchen (especially with big pots perfect for Beaufort Stew). Our favorite part was the sprawling deck overlooking the dunes.

Great location on Fripp! Amazing view and accommodations!

This home was great for our extended family traveling to Fripp from Marietta, GA! We had a lovely time and the accommodations were able to handle our sizable extended family.The back deck has a wonderful gathering space with a great ocean breeze and amazing scenery! Loved it! The host was very helpful and even checked in on us during some thunderstorms - we appreciated the personal touch!

Amazing Host and Property

Excellent experience with Sharon and her property. Sharon went above and beyond to have our family enjoy our stay at her property during Hurricane Debby. The property is wonderfully placed on the beach; clean; supplied with essentials; and has a beautiful deck to watch the ocean waves, stars, sunrise, and sunset. We would definitely stay again.

Another Great family vacation on Fripp Island!

This house is perfect for two families. It has a beautiful deck and easy access to the ocean. Fripp Island is a wonderful place take your family for a vacation. Sharon is very helpful and always there to assist with any needs. I would recommend this house to anyone and we will be staying again next year!!

Great Location and very Helpful

This property was really nice with a huge deck overlooking the ocean and was perfect for playing corn hole outside. The beach walk was right there for easy access. Loved that the Master bedroom was downstairs. The lady I spoke with Sharon, was super helpful and we really appreciated the information she gave us! We will be renting this house again!

Fripp vacation review

The house was perfect for what we needed. The layout worked out perfect for our family. The back porch is really awesome in the evening when the sun is going down. If I had to put a Con about anything, it would be the walk to the beach is pretty far, especially if you have little ones. But overall, it’s a great place and a great house. We would stay there again if we go back to Fripp.

We had an amazing time at 722 Pompano!

This house is great! The view is truly beautiful and we loved spending our days looking out at the ocean. The whole experience of Fripp and getting around on a golf cart is a whole experience in itself. Sharon is so helpful and great to work with. She was extremely helpful and made our trip with 3 kids under age of 5 easy. The house is also stocked with many beach toys and gear which is so great! They also had all the baby gear making our trip much easier. Highly recommend!!

Great quiet location, but could use some TLC

The manager, Sharon, was great. The place could use a little TLC; paint, etc. The pictures are a bit blurry/outdated. We were okay with it overall because we had a number of kids staying and we weren't completely stressed. The location is awesome since it's close enough for a walk to the beach, but off the main roads and only close to a couple homes on a closed street, so it was really quiet when it mattered most.

Million dollar view, would stay again

Beautiful oceanfront sunrise. Quiet location. House had everything we needed for all meals. Spent a lot of time on the back deck. Ocean visible from living room couch and 2 queen bedrooms. Sharon is communicative and easy to work with. Great price--friends stayed back a row with no view in a smaller house for fewer days at a higher cost. Would do it again without hesitation. Thank you!!!

Beautiful view

The deck is the best spot in the house. When we were not at the beach we were enjoying the views from the deck! The house was functional for what we needed. The location is perfect. Not only is it right on the beach it is also close to the resort amenities. We were able to ride our bikes to the pool. Sharon was wonderful to work with. She was always quick to respond. The only down side is the the boardwalk to the beach has not been complete yet which made it a hike to the beach. I would also say that the house is in desperate need of some TLC. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location

The back deck cannot be beat with an unobstructed view of dunes and ocean! We spent a lot of time out there. It could be improved with better furniture, and table to eat outside, but worked as it is. The house was comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Good quality pans and silverware, which is unusual for a rental. Beds comfy too, and plenty of towels. It has high ceilings, so some cobwebs up there but overall quite clean. It is an older house so we didnt expect perfection. One bedroom is a loft with twin beds and open to dining room below, so a bit noisier than other rooms. No private bathrooms, with downstairs bthrm for bedrm and living areas, then two upstairs, next to each other and hallway doors. None of this was a problem but might be if expecting en suite options. The walk to beach is about 100 yds, past a couple of houses and down the baordwalk, pretty much like all beach access on Fripp and SC dune beaches. Our 3yo had no problems walking but did prefer to travel in the cart :) Beach was windy, and recommend a shade that is designed for wind. Most on beach had one and our umberellas got blown about. Overall, a great location and price for a low key family holiday.

Ocean Front Fabulous

We spent a week here in mid-Season. It was well suited for our group of family and friends, we had a group of 7 adults with plenty of room to spare. The deck is simply amazing. Ocean & Dune views. Public access steps away. The walk to the beach took a few minutes but was completely suitable for our group. Our favorite way to start the day was to brew some coffee and enjoy a walk on the beach. In front of the house was never too crowded. We purchased Amenity Cards and golfed both courses on the island- twice each. Getting around on the island was so easy - plenty of rental options for golf carts, bikes, mopeds. We really enjoyed taking golf cart rides & exploring the many accesses to the beach. Each one had a unique view. The beach was huge! Enormous space to spread out and search for seashells. Back to the home, which offered amazing views from the deck, main floor & bedrooms. The home has 3 bathrooms & we were never fighting for the shower or hot water (which we never ran out of…) Wildlife galore! Deer, birds, crabs, horseshoe crabs, stingrays & dolphins just steps away. And, we spotted a couple of gigantic resident gators on the golf courses. We happened to visit as hurricane Lee was spinning up some rip tide currents in the area and the host reached out to make sure our family & friends were informed of the conditions. The host, Sharon, reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. Plenty of TVs & kitchen items!

Fripp 2024

My Family comes to Fripp every summer and we stay in different houses every year. Loved that the house was ocean front but the listing did not specify that it is no longer next to a direct beach access which was confusing and disappointing. The bathrooms need to be redone and the house was not as clean as expected. Our favorite part was the deck and the outdoor shower! We wish the deck had better furniture so we could enjoy more specifically a table to enjoy meals together! Saying all that it was what my wild and crazy family and three small children needed who spend their days outside on the beach! Sharon was amazing to work with and easy to contact. Thank you!

Beautiful view but run down and dirty

Thanksgiving week with my husband, 2 teenagers and 87 year old mother. Check in process was easy, can’t really screw that up. Bathrooms were dirty, all bathrooms. Hair in shower, floor and sink area. The kind of hair you don’t want to see if it doesn’t belong to you. My husband and I had to clean pee off all the toilet seats. Bathroom missing toilet paper but well stocked with towels. Kitchen was ok, left over food from previous guest in cabinet and hair in frig. The kitchen was well stocked, everything you would need to cook. Main living area was great, comfy coaches, great tv with many channels. Beds were comfortable and the beds lines were good. Furniture inside is very functional and nice. The view was gorgeous, no complaints. Patio furniture was in bad shape and some not even usable. Hammock “rigid” and NOT safe. Very long walk to beach. Wouldn’t want to do it everyday with beach gear. Upstairs not shown in pictures because it was very small, odd layout. Also, room with twin beds is a loft, opens up to down stairs. Two bathrooms upstairs, one very small. My main issues were how dirty the house was and the lack of timely response from manager. Second night during dinner a neighbor came over to tell us our bathroom light shines into her room and could we turn off downstairs lights. Third day a man told my son at 1:00 in the afternoon that he was to loud outside. House needs a lot of TLC! Good family time but a lot of things were not acceptable. Won’t rent again!

Wonderful

Was a wonderful place! Already talked to Sharon about booking next year! Microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker were all down but she sent maintenence in and he will be replacing all soon. Great stay and looking forward to next year!!

Nothing like being this close to the beach.

The experience was smooth and refreshing. The house is very spacious and the deck is large and accommodating. The beach access is right next to you, so getting to and from the ocean is super convenient. Wonderful home!

Excellent location

Great quiet location. Easy walk to the beach and wonderful views from large deck. House was plenty big enough for our family of 6. House does show some wear and tear and could use some updating, but we would definitely rent again!

Family Vacation

Coming back to my childhood home for a family vacation has been something I have wanted to do for a while. I’m very familiar with Fripp and wanted to find a comfortable place to stay for my family. This was the perfect location, away from the big crowds but close to the center. I spent the majority of time on the beautiful deck gazing at the water. It was the perfect get away therapy. We had a few concerns that we addressed with Sharon and she was responsive and helpful. My daughter only wished she could have brought her dog to this dog friendly beach.

Fripp Island

The house had everything that we needed for our week at Fripp Island. We could easily walk to the beach and we loved viewing the wildlife! During our stay, we also explored Hunting Island State Park, Beaufort SC, Port Royal SC, and Savannah GA. Overall, our vacation was the perfect mixture of leisure and exploration of the surrounding area.

If you are looking for just a deck view it’s great! But the challenge to have to walk as they say 2!

Not for people who can’t walk a very long ways to the beach! It’s a long walk down to the next board walk and I have never seen such a long board walk and then still a long travel to the beach!

Amazing location

This property is amazing, location is wonderful, back deck is the best part. Sharon was easy and delightful to communicate with, she was on top of everything. Super comfortable layout. The only negative is the house is in need of a deep cleaning, we lost some things under the couch and it was very dirty, the carpets upstairs stunk but we aired the room out. Due to the ocean location there is some mold/moisture issues. The bathrooms are dated but very clean. Overall it is a fabulous friend and family house with the best location!
