At our company, we take upkeep and cleanliness very seriously, and our staff generally does a great job when it comes to maintaining our facility and preparing the rooms for upcoming guests, so it is strange that this happened. Please rest assured that the unit has been deep cleaned and professionally treated and sanitized after your check-out and we have addressed this with our housekeeping supervisor to make sure that this isolated incident is not repeated.
