Proprietà top a Goodyear. Godrai degli splendidi arredi e della cura dei dettagli in ogni stanza della casa. Il cortile è stato creato per intrattenere con la piscina scintillante, il tavolo da pranzo all'aperto per 6 persone e l'area barbecue coperta. Non avrai bisogno di nulla se non di disimballare i bagagli quando arrivi!

Ti godrai il relax nella zona giorno aperta e la possibilità di conversare con la famiglia e gli amici mentre guardi i tuoi programmi preferiti sulla TV a schermo piatto. La panca sul tavolo da pranzo consente di avere un sacco di spazio per riunirsi dopo aver cucinato un pasto in stile familiare nella cucina completamente attrezzata. Se desideri rilassarti per la sera, la camera familiare di fronte è perfetta per leggere il tuo nuovo romanzo sul tuo iPad o per giocare a biliardo sul nuovissimo tavolo da biliardo.

Ogni camera è arredata con gusto e dispone di lenzuola di alta qualità per il miglior riposo notturno. Lovely home

Very nice house. Comfortable beds, quality linens and well equiped kitchen. Close to Goodyear ballpark which was important since we were there for spring training games.

Very nice home

Great place and very nice. Pool was not great since it was 65* and not heated…big bummer of the trip. House was out of the city and in a small community that was very quiet, private and nice. Bbq area was for sure a bonus and the rooms were small but good enough for sleeping in. The “office/room was a little small and would be uncomfortable for many adults that are taller than 5’8” due to the small day bed/sitting bed they had but was good for a younger more nimble 22yo. Overall I would give this property another go but would for sure be in the summer when the pool is usable and not just a thing to look at (ya we were super bummed). The host was very communicative and was very nice, check in was super simple and home was very clean and ready for us prior to our arrival.

Also, thank you for your kind words about communication and check-in—we always aim to make that part easy and stress-free. We totally understand the frustration with the pool—while pool heat is available as an add-on, we always like to note that the temperature isn’t guaranteed, especially when the weather is cooler. The best time to truly enjoy the pool is mid-summer when the desert heat makes it perfect for swimming and lounging. We also appreciate your feedback about the office/daybed setup and will definitely keep that in mind for future improvements. Quiet setting, comfortable and nice outdoor accommodations for relaxing or BBQing.

Mostly golfed, Golf Club of Estrella is a three minute drive. Other courses we played in Buckeye and Litchfield Park were about 20 minutes away. We stayed away from Phoenix traffic. Estrella has the best pizza at Taste of Italy, that was our go to restaurant that also serves pasta dishes and sandwiches.
