Ascolta e annusa l'oceano Atlantico dal nostro caratteristico appartamento appena ristrutturato che ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza a St. Augustine Beach! Appartamento privato con cucina completamente attrezzata, ampia camera da letto con letto king-size e bagno completo con cabina doccia. L'appartamento si trova in un tranquillo quartiere di fronte alla spiaggia con un facile percorso di dune a Butler Beach a pochi minuti di distanza, che è una delle spiagge più belle e poco affollate di St. Agostino ha da offrire!

Questa è la casa vacanza da sogno degli amanti della spiaggia eclettica! Il giardino tropicale ha oggetti d'arte provenienti da spiagge di tutto il mondo che sono divertenti e stravaganti, dandoti sempre qualcosa di interessante da guardare.

Questa struttura dispone di 2 appartamenti separati: un'unità al piano inferiore privata (nella foto) e un'unità al piano superiore privata. Entrambi gli appartamenti sono stati recentemente ristrutturati, hanno ingressi separati (il piano di sotto è sulla destra e il piano di sopra è sulla sinistra) e offrono tutto il necessario per godervi il vostro tempo a St. Augustine Beach! Le aree comuni sono la doccia esterna e il parcheggio. Gli appartamenti possono essere affittati separatamente o insieme dallo stesso gruppo, in base alla disponibilità.

Great place. Great Area.

Booked this for a getaway for my father. He was very impressed with the stay. Very short walk to the beach and very quiet part of the neighborhood. Will definitely be booking again, maybe for myself next time!

Great week at the beach.

Great property! Location and comfort was super! The bed was heavenly comfort and the kitchen had everything you could need. The chairs outside on the little deck were perfect for sitting outside at the end of the day with a cool beverage. We loved our stay and would be happy to return.

Spacious and attractive —

This beautifully decorated apartment is just a five minute walk from fantastic Butler’s Beach. It is also just a short drive from historic St. Augustine. By renting this property, you get the best of both worlds — beach and city.

Great location, clean and updated accommodations.

Pictures were true to actual rental. Great communication from the owners. Location was excellent. 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Boardwalk and natural path available to the beach. Pictures were representative of the actual rental. Quiet residential neighborhood. Felt very safe.

Family reunion

I was traveling to the area for a family reunion. Location was perfect. Communication with property owner and property manager was timely. House was clean, well supplied for my needs. I was in the downstairs apartment so no real outside space to hang out. I didn't know I was renting the downstairs apartment. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy, sounding like they were moving furniture around. In the future I'd rent this apartment again, but ensure I was upstairs. Wifi and streaming services worked well. Definitely would recommend to other people.

Quaint Getaway

Pretty property, strps from the beach. Historic downtown a brief drive north. Outlet mall a brief drive south. Bed was super comfortable. Upgrades throughout were beautiful! Recommendation is to bring extra towels/washcloths if you have more than one guest staying longer than 2 days. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cleanest Place Ever

We stay in 3-5 VRBO rentals a year and while we’ve never actually stayed in somewhere I’d call dirty, we’ve never stayed someone that I’d call this clean! Place was immaculate and spotless. Just a 5 minute walk from the beach and close drive to everything. I was concerned when renting about the other unit being above this one but the only time we really heard anyone above us was when the cleaners ran the vacuum, must be a thick ceiling between the two units. Was a good setup and perfect for my wife and I. Would 10/10 recommend and stay there again. The only issue we had (but was a non issue) is the folks who checked in our last day used both their cars to take up all the parking, but there is parking 15’ away on the street so not a big deal, just had to walk a few extra steps for packing up to leave the next day (after eating all the good food all week I’m sure we needed the extra steps lol) Highly recommend this place!

Our Property Manager, Betsy, will be your main point of contact. All information pertaining to your reservation and other communications (before & during your stay) will be sent through Vrbo messaging. Betsy will be readily available should you need anything during your stay. Vrbo messaging is the preferred contact method and should be used, unless an urgent matter arises during your stay requiring immediate assistance. In such event, you will find Betsy's phone number in the Welcome book.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Quiet, residential neighborhood located on the East side of A1A with friendly residents. Beachfront neighborhood with direct access to butler beach on every street. Beautiful dune meadows separate the neighborhood from the beach. You'll see an abundance of wildlife throughout the neighborhood, including gopher tortoises, rabbits, osprey and parrots.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

You'll be close enough to Historic Downtown and all the other attractions St. Augustine has to offer, but you won't have to deal with the crowds and noise. Only 3 min. walk to the beach, so you can catch the sunrise every day and easily go back & forth on long beach days. It is the widest beach in St. Augustine, so you can enjoy it no matter the tide and have plenty of space. It is also the least crowded beach b/c there are no condos or hotels; just private homes. You can catch the sunset over the Intracoastal at Frank Butler Park West (2 min. drive or 10 min. walk). Great restaurants, grocery stores and other conveniences are close by. Hiking trails and other beach accesses (i.e., Matanzas Inlet) are a short drive away. Boat, fishing and kayak rentals are available at Devils Elbow Fishing Resort located a few miles south. Bike rentals available at A1A Cycle Works just a short walk away.
