We enjoyed the two months we spent at this home. The patio was the perfect extra living space. It was shaded all day and had beautiful views of the mountain. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need for cooking.

Great place

The house was great and so was the location. We loved seeing the local wildlife - coyotes, javelinas, rabbits, quails, roadrunners, and other small birds.

First impression was poor as we drove up to see tipped over full garbage can with garbage strewn over driveway. Then we had a difficult time opening the lock box, made 2 phone calls for help, received no help but finally unlocked the box in over 105 degree heat. The interior was a good layout but the air was set at a cool 74, not as the written instructions stated. Flying insects and moths were everywhere. The refrigerator displayed a Replace Air Filter message, not feeling good about using it. The master bathroom showed 3 broken floor tiles. We did enjoy the quiet location and the garage. As seniors it seems unwise to expect us to walk the full garbage can along a sandy, rocky road in over 100 degrees especially when the prior renters failed to do so. Cleaning crew should have corrected this prior to our check in.

Sorry to hear of the trouble you had at your recent visit, Roger. We were not aware of the garbage issue, it was likely blown over in the storm that occurred before your arrival. Our apologies that we didn't have a chance to visit the property after the storm. We certainly would have come out to clean it up if you'd let us know. With regards to your trouble with the lockbox, we didn't have any messages from you either on our voicemail or through the VRBO app we would have happily helped if you needed some help with the lockbox.

The host was great. Very responsive and thorough. The property was very nice. Could not ask for a better view of the Superstions from the back patio. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house with my teenage grandkids. We love the secluded location, and the many fun and interesting things to explore nearby. The three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the open floor plan for the living spaces make it the perfect house for a group. Thank you!! I hope to be back again next year!

Short AZ stay

Nice house close to Superstition mountains. Easy access to hiking and close to town. Short drive to neighboring Mesa. Great trip.

There was a lot of paperwork associated with our stay. I understand this is the way they do business but it was more than I’m used to. In addition to their usual paperwork, we had some redo’s to re-sign because the home’s address was wrong on one bit of communication, and secondly, the rental dates were wrong in the first leasing agreement. So my advice here is read your paperwork and double check everything as a prudent person should do anyway. The leasing agent had excellent and professional communication. We had a couple of issues with the house at first and they were resolved quickly and courteously which we very much appreciated. If you arrive after dark, listen to me: When you go down Hilton, there is no street sign for Siesta. The listing says to look for the mailbox with the numbers and “Siesta” on it, but it’s on the left-hand side of the street and isn’t easily visible at night in the headlights since you’re driving on the right side of the street. It is rust colored. So hear me: as soon as you turn on Hilton, immediately start looking for the mailbox on the left and swing your car headlights that way.Take heed: there is some kind of pvc pipe (maybe in concrete?) possibly for irrigation or something which sticks up 2-3 inches above ground in the smooth rocks they have placed in the driveway. This can be in your tires so look for it when going in/out of garage. Overall I would totally stay here again and they have good management to oversee it all.
