Thats incorrect, the guest checked in 9/11/26 she had an early check in, at 830 pm igot a call from VRBO telling me my guest at 5120 checked out, the unit didnt have central air, and wanted a full refund. in my listing it states i have to portable window air conditioners, in pre check i told her tht sometimes when using both air conditioner and use hair dyer or iron , trigger the breaker fuse blow easy fix and explaine were breaker box was. i never recieved any messages, i stoped by the apt monday morning and the keys werent in the box, the guests were in the apt, i texted her and said i was told my VRBo that you checked out friday ? she texed me back and said they would check out at 11am then she said fire alarm at 1 am which again was my true. I called vrbo and saiid guest was still in apt and not give her a refund she stayed 5 days. vrbo went went in my listing said i was right never said i had central air. she wasnt entitled to refund,
