Big rooms and beds so our family could spread out! Close to Old Town and the art museum, plus great restaurants! Loved the deck! And so great to have an iron and a board plus washer/dryer accessible!

House was as described. Fantastic location and easy walk to old town. We loved reading the family history of the property and our host, Earl, was super responsive.

Parking was easy and secure. 3 blocks walking distance from Old Town square for souvenir shopping. Delicious meals at Level 5 and Guardunos Mexican cantina. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

Wonderful stay. Easy access to Old Town. Loved the off street covered parking. It was a great weekend with a centrally located place to land between each activity.

Staying here was a great experience. The check in process was easy to follow, the home was very clean and organized. The location was fantastic for visiting anyplace in Albuquerque really, Old Town was basically a block away and within walking distance and the interstate was up the road so easy access to everything. There is off street parking which was wonderful as well. Overall great experience.

House is awesome. Location in Old Town is very nice. The beds were not very comfortable but overall a great house otherwise. It was quiet and private and I would give it 5 stars if they had better mattresses.

This is a big space with three bedrooms suitable for adults or couples. I was particularly happy with the wifi, which was fast enough for my days full of Zoom calls. The snacks were a nice touch too. It was a perfect home base for us while we were visiting!

Kitchen: - peeling teflon, loose handles & burnt. Utensils for cooking were sparse. Wouldn’t have used them for camping. Electric stove hard to cook on. Way past useful life.Pillows - old/stained, towels looked like from a public pool. silverware: had plenty of knives but only 3 reg. forks & a child fork in drawer. No extra paper towels or toilet paper, (even though stated in house binder) No Kleenex, or small Dixie cups for bathroom. No kitchen towels. Plenty of wine glasses but only cracked plastic glasses for drinking. Iron didn’t work & phone# (to contact provider) in house binder was incorrect. We needed to iron clothes for a wedding Wood for fire pit was fence materials & other construction scrap wood ( may have had creosote, etc…we bought pinion). Dishwashing detergent was “peppermint sage” & left a bad taste. Furniture in living room was for only 3 people & included broken down recliner. Lots of TVs but local channels only on living room tv. There were 4 bottles of water for 4 adults (ad stated room for six),The bathrooms were very clean as well as the tile floors. The location to the wedding venue was very close and convenient.The wood furniture in need of some TLC.

Great location & plenty of room. We were only 3 adults but definitely a complete family home away from home. A patio a 2nd floor deck, 2 bathrooms & a carport were great extras.

Was a very pleasant stay. The history of the home and the family that built it was truly a joy to read about. My family too has been in NM for generatioms and you could feel the warmth of family. We loved all the space and the work that was put in to add touches of modern style. This would definately be a place I would recommend for longer stays and we will most likely look to book again next year!
