La nostra casa è una casa a due piani in stile Adobe; casa molto grande con cucina completa, sala da pranzo, soggiorno studio al piano superiore, 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi. La camera da letto principale ha un bellissimo ampio balcone con vista sulle montagne. Parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà, patio privato con luci notturne, pozzo del fuoco all'aperto. Barbecue e mobili da giardino. Lavanderia completa con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La casa dispone di aria condizionata e riscaldamento. La casa si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Albuquerque !! A pochi minuti da tutti i tipi di attrazioni turistiche; Old Town Plaza, casinò, musei, parchi biologici ,. Accesso rapido all'autostrada, ottimo sistema di transito. Il locale mangia e si tuffa per bere un drink e rilassarsi. Walgreens a pochi passi. Bel quartiere tranquillo e pacifico.

Close to Old Town

Great location, close to old town. We walked to old town and the Sawmill market almost every night. Don't miss the Sawmill Market as we ate there almost every night, pizza is insane. The host is great and takes care of any issues promptly.We would gladly say here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was just a few blocks from Old Town, therefore we did not have to use our vehicle very much to get around. The owner’s response to our questions, were swift and the instructions for the house were left right inside of the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return again.

Great place to stay and close to lots of fun places to shop and eat!

Check in and check out process was easy and the home was clean and comfortable. Old Town shopping and local places to eat are so close. On a personal note I got to visit the Candy Lady and get some of the rock candy they used for Breaking Bad! WiFi works great and we really enjoyed our stay with two teenage girls. Highly recommended!

Great location for Christmas activities. Old Town and the River of Lights were both pretty cool. The House is good sized and comfortable to stay at.

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We all felt safe and secure in the property. Access to Old Town via walking was super convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Alberquerque. A suggestion...adding another couch or a couple of chairs in the living room would be nice.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Earl was a great host for this lovely property! We had a wonderful stay. He was responsive and helpful the entire time. We loved our trip in ABQ, and a huge part was staying in this home. It was clean, warm, and welcoming.

The house is nice. Really big for a family. The beds are older with box spring and plastic covers making it somewhat difficult to sleep. Other than that it was a really nice stay

Wonderful location comfortable for group of 7 to 8!

The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk to “Old Town” Albuquerque. We felt safe walking.

Another Stay at La Casa de mis Abuelos

This was our third stay. Clearly, we love the house! It's convenient to everything we need to do, it's very private and secure, and Earl is an incredibly responsive host! The only downside during our stay was learning that Monica's El Portal restaurant, at the corner with Rio Grande Boulevard, has closed.

Cool House, Great Location

It's a great house. The living room and the dining room are large, the kitchen is large and pretty well stocked, and the bedrooms are quiet. The second-floor deck, and the patio with grill and fire pit, are really nice assets, and the parking is fantastic.

Old Town with mountain views

Just a couple blocks from Old Town in a quiet safe neighborhood. Clean & comfortable. The downstairs is adobe and was built around 1948 which gives it a great western feel. Ample parking for our big pickup.

Hi my name is Earl Baca, I actually grew up in this very same neighborhood. I love the outdoors and communicating with lots of folks and meeting new people from around the world. I am bilingual and have lived in Alb. all my life. I am also proud dad of 3 beautiful children and love spending time with my family.

This Property is suited for folks who would like to get away from the busy streets of Albuquerque, but is just minutes away from mostly everything. Including the transit system, I - 40 interstate. Old Town Plaza, etc. I grew up on this very same street and know most of the families in our neighborhood. You will love the nice peaceful area. Plenty of parking on the property. Lots of lighting for security. AC and Heating with all of the amenities available to you.

This an Adobe Style home the four base wall are made with thick mud bricks. So the place stays nice and cool in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter. Private cozy patio where you and your friends and family can enjoy the fire pit or BBQ grill.
