Casa recentemente ristrutturata con accesso al lago.

Ho comprato questa casa per un posto divertente per la mia famiglia per riunirsi. Voglio condividere questa esperienza sul lungolago.

Sawmill Creek Resort, Isole Laker Erie, Cedar Point Park e Sports Center, Thunderbird Hills Golf Course nelle vicinanze. Un parco e due piccole spiagge raggiungibili a piedi.

Una spiaggia per il nuoto e una per la raccolta del vetro marino.
Un sacco di giochi da tavolo per la famiglia.

It was easy to check in good communication with everyone we had a excellent time the view of the lake was breathtaking at sunset we all set out by the lake at night and it was always nice and cool neighbors was awesome I would recommend this house

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property had plenty of room for the extended family and a great view. Chris was also very responsive and helpful.

This was a great place for our family vacation. Would highly recommend as it’s very convenient to Cedar point and the Ferry for the islands

The view is great! The home is spacious, clean, and in great working order for a nice getaway. The propery manager and host were both available during the stay to assist with any questions or concerns.

Family Vacation

Hosts were amazing and accommodated us in every way! We had 3 families staying and the house was a perfect fit! Relaxing listening to the waves at night. Convenient location for great activities.

Fun stay on the lake

We enjoyed our stay in huron. The proximity to cedar point was perfect and a short 15 minute drive. The house is as pictured and was very clean and welled taken care of. I appreciated the shampoo and conditioner that was provided in each bathroom along with shower gel. The view from the deck was beautiful and we saw many bald eagles and fish from the deck. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful!

The property was perfect for us. The location was convenient. Loved the 2 close beaches. They were small but weren't crowded and were great for all of us. The home was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well appointed. There were lots of little amenities that made our stay perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay at the lake

The kids enjoyed the space of the house. There were six of us and me and my husband even got our own beds lol. View is beautiful. Lots of games, garage to store bikes, smaller vehicles. Wish we had got to spent more time there but that’s life:)

Perfect home base!

We were two families staying in town for a baseball tournament. The house was a perfect location - less than 10 minutes from Sports Force. The owner was so accommodating of our game schedule with check in and check out. The place was really clean and very comfortable. All the staples were available for us to use. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the water to drink coffee in the mornings. Thank you so much for having us!

Erie Lakeside

This property was very well maintained and extremely clean. A big family room and dining area made it handy for a big group. Kitchen was extremely well stocked as well as bathrooms. Nice big pantry for storage. There was a very handy two car garage. Beach chairs and float boards were handy. Big deck with table and chairs.The owners were very receptive to everything being used.

Long weekend getaway

Large, comfortable home right on Lake Erie. The kitchen was well appointed, and had condiments and spices available to use. The cable connection is only for local channels, but there was a Roku there to use. It's a good location with one beach a 2 minute walk, and another a 5 minute drive away. There is no direct lake access from the property even though it is waterfront, which was disappointing, but the owner was up front about it prior to rental. Overall, it was a great experience. Did i mention that it has central air?

Property was clean and spacious.

Property was clean and spacious. The first floor has been recently renovated. The back room now has tables and seating with a generous view of the lake. When we weren't eating outside, we ate here. I also used the space when I needed to work on my laptop. There are plenty of games, puzzles, and other things to do. There is a huge flat screen TV with local channels, streaming options, and a Wii. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There are nightlights built in to the bedroom light switches as well as plug in nightlights through out the house. We found the cleaning and paper products for the guests to be of good quality. I also loved the towels in the downstairs bathroom. We did have an issue that the owner and the property manager addressed immediately. They were both very responsive and answered our questions promptly. We only had a party of four, but this property can easily and comfortably fit a much larger group. It is not only great for families, but would be fantastic for a girls' trip.

Nice place on the lake

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was very nice. Could see Cedar Point in the distance and it was nice to sit out on the nice table and chairs and watch the water. Was a bit disappointed there wasn't a fire pit. The home is older and in some areas, it showed its age but not enough to deter us from having an enjoyable time. The house didn't allow pets but the garage smelled of cat litter and there was a couple pieces of cat food in the bedroom upstairs when we arrived. Cleaning service could've been better - I don't think the floors had been mopped in a while. The kitchen was well stocked - Keurig coffee maker and a one cup traditional coffee maker plus other small appliances to make cooking convenient. It was nice to have ketchup and other condiments in the fridge too. Those are things that are a pain to have to purchase. Not sure if those were stocked by the owner or if they were left behind by the last guests. It was just our family of 5 so everyone had their own bedroom and it was nice to have such a big wrap around couch to sit and watch movies on at night. Nice spaces to play games - and they had stocked the games too! Communication with the owner and the neighbor who gave us the house code was great. We didn't need anything while we were there so we didn't need to have much communication with the owner.

House is nice, but overall, much to be desired

The house was nice. There was still laundry and dishes from a previous rental being done after check in but the house was otherwise clean. The add says lake front property but doesn't make it clear that there isn't water access. This would have made me think twice since we had planned to spend our evenings bank fishing with our handicapped mother. I guess I should have asked. The patio itself was broke and had exposed screws, assuming from the storm the week before. Still usable but made sure to wear shoes. Property manager lives 6 feet away from the rental so if you are looking for privacy, this is not the house for you. Seemed like everytime we were outside a window or door would get cracked. Also, the neighbor on the other side had let us down to the water line, from their side and it wasn't 5 minutes before the property manager came out saying the owner doesn't want us over the wall. We told her that we went down from the neighbors side and all was fine....but this reinforced the feeling of constantly being watched. It met our needs and was clean but between the water access issue and lack of privacy, I can't give it 5 stars.

Nice house on the lake

We stayed on the lake for 5 days, the property was nice and well maintained. It was great to sit on the back deck and look out over the lake for meals. We went to cedar point and the beach while in town. The road getting to the house are a bit narrow but having the garage to park in was great.

First week of summer

We were quite happy with our accommodations. The sleeping arrangements worked out well for our 11 person party. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of extra linens and towels. Plenty of seating for eating. Very comfortable living room furniture . Enjoyed the use of the gas grill. Beautiful seating outdoors for the wonderful sunsets we observed every night. Garage a little cluttered and the fridge could use a cleaning. Great time had by all.
