Ospite di noleggio giornaliero con esperienza con una nuova ed eccitante lista in un grande cottage nel bellissimo Point Clear che fa da supporto al campo di cavallo. Incastonato tra grandi tenute e casette. A meno di un miglio da un ottimo punto di accesso pubblico a Mobile Bay. Alloggiando presso Point Clear Cottage, ti trovi nel mezzo di tutte le grandi cose che questa zona ha da offrire. Sei a meno di dieci minuti dal centro di Fairhope, a 5 minuti dal Grand Hotel e a 3 boschi dal Lakewood Golf Course. Questa casa è stata costruita nei primi anni '80. Abbiamo messo molto amore e cura in esso. Smart TV in ogni stanza. Un grande schermo nel patio e un portico fresco. Molta privacy, spaziata tra due grandi recinti di privacy. Proprio dall'altra parte della strada è Char 32. Raffinato ristorante nel club Point Clear Tennis.

I have the personalty where I like helping people. During your stay, if you need anything or have any questions, please never feel like you are bothering me. I have done close to 600 short term rental stays(the highest in this area) and I cannot think of one experience where I felt bothered by a guest...I am pretty much always happy to help.

The value you are getting for your money is real good. Sleeps 5 people. This place is all yours. Great back porch and large screened in area overlooking a horse pasture.
At night sitting on the back porch, with the patio lights off, it is pitch black dark..great for star gazing. Even though you are only 7 minutes from downtown Fairhope, it feels like you are miles out in the country.

This is a modest house that was built in the early 80's. Some parts have been renovated, like the kitchen counters, but other parts are original, like the flooring. 1200 sq feet
Exactly one mile from the cottage is a public bay access point that starts a great walking trail that goes along the bay. Char 32 fine dinning restaurant is directly across the street within walking distance.
