Al primo livello si trova una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi e ripiani in granito, sala da pranzo, soggiorno con smart TV Samsung a schermo piatto da 55 ", accogliente camera familiare con camino elettrico e divano letto estraibile con materasso memory foam. Una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale si trova anche al primo livello.

2126 West Kiowa si trova a pochi passi da Old Colorado City con negozi, ristoranti e bar locali. Si trova inoltre a pochi minuti in auto dal centro città con negozi, ristoranti e locali notturni. A 10 minuti d'auto si raggiungono le storiche Manitou Springs con la Manitou Incline e il penny arcade. Durante la visita a Colorado Springs si possono vedere Garden of the Gods, The Air Force Academy, il nostro famoso Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, il centro di addestramento olimpico degli Stati Uniti, Seven Falls e Red Rock Canyon Trail.

Great time

Commfort & clean house, with all the amenityes to have a great stay, very spacious, we also cook out & pass a grat time, overall is a nice place & a cheap price

Super Cute In Historic Neighborhood

This was a really cute house in Old Colorado City. It was clean and well stocked. With 2 bedrooms (1 private upstairs) and 1 bath, we were super comfy. Definitely recommend this one!

Well appointed property

We loved the full kitchen with all the things we expect from home. Nice beds. Good size kitchen table and couches. True to pictures with exception that everything got carpeted (even the kitchen). It was close to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. 6 minutes to downtown which was wonderful. Overall we had a great visit at this property.

The air of the whole apartment was FATID with stale tabaco and mold

The place smells like mold and cigarette smoking or vaping. If you have asthma or allergies, or expect a nice place DO NOT BOOK THERE. One friend had an asthma attack and we had to leave. The carpet is gross. Legal action will have to be taken. I tried several times to gay at least a discount, but they did not bother to respond. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Two level gem with up to date accommodations. Open floor plan on main level. Very centrally located for all our needs/attractions.

Good location. Excellent beds.

Great beds, good temperature control with fans AC and heating options.Could use some detail touch ups. Broken blinds in bedroom. Burn mark on ottoman. Smelled like smoke from previous Tenant's or from people smoking on porch with door open? Check in not great.. Unclear access.. Best to taker away lock box can't see the numbers for key code. No answer when calling but eventually got in contact with person sad resolved. Good place to stay

Comfortable Stay

The home aways comfortable and clean. Host was responsive with any questions asked. A couple of recommendations- garbage disposal did not work (I see it listed from previous visitor as well) - and please ensure that entrance is well lit for those that may be arriving at night. It may save another visitor frustration of believing that can’t get in because they didn’t/couldn’t see the keypad in the dark.

Needs some updating TLC

The description accurately describes the home and location. The kitchen was the most stocked we've encountered, beds truly comfortable and the back/front yard and BBQ a plus. The house just needs a bit of care, the battery was out in dial lock on one door, the draperies would benefit with tiebacks, the garbage disposal was broken and the upholstery needs cleaning and repair. With a little TLC we would be happy to stay again.

Excellent place to rest your bones

We moved from Ohio to Colorado with no home yet to call our own. We found this fantastic home on VRBO and booked Friday for a Saturday arrival which was very convenient as our driving schedule was flexible. And we were able to snag it for a month which was a relief while we settled into the area and searched for homes. It was the perfect spot! This place is darling - a great front porch which allows for views of the sunset; and a bonus sunroom off the porch to allow the sun in even when too chilly to be outside. This was perfect for our large plants that needed out of the trailer and to be in a warm area in which to recover. There is an electric heater for coziness on the first floor of the house. The kitchen area is LARGE and well stocked with enough dishes, pots, pans, utensils to make a grilled cheese or a gourmet meal. The beds both up and down are verrryyyy comfortable, plenty of hot water, washer and dryer access downstairs, a dining table for 6! The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to many restaurants within walking distance, and short driving distance to all the sites you want to see when visiting Colorado Springs. A few minutes drive gets you to the supermarket and liquor store as well. A note about the cleanliness. With a quick note to the owner that the spot was not as fresh as we'd hoped, he quickly remedied by sending out a cleaning person to freshen up which was appreciated. Glen also guided us through the process of resetting the WiFi. There is plenty of street parking and a space provided in the back of the house. Don't miss this place for a short (or long) stay! Thank you !

This property is absolutely beautiful! The photos of this property is exactly as they are listed. The home is near everything you need so many stores and attractions to visit nearby. Clean and comfy beds! I would rate our stay 10+ Stars! I am looking forward to staying here again when we are back in Colorado Springs. Fantastic Host!!!

Great location

Was everything we needed only a couple blocks from downtown Old Colorado City and all the activity there. Great shops, more eateries than we expected, so good choices. Several coffee/breakfast cafes. Fun town and close to Manitou Springs for more quaint downtown experience.

Stay with ease!

Everything here was SO easy. From walking to Old Colorado City, to relaxing quietly, to driving to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak, there was not a single moment I felt stress or discomfort here! Each room is well appointed and there's SO much privacy. I was alone, but it was easy to create separate spaces for myself, and to truly spread out after a long road trip with lots of small spaces along the way. The kitchen is divine with tons of a space, a full refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Parking in the back felt secure, and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. I spent many mornings and evenings on the front porch occasionally waving to a passerby, but mostly being alone with my thoughts. This is a home away from home, perfectly livable, and I'd be back.
