We enjoyed our stay @The Boonie house very much. It was very clean, comfortable and well organized. Our family was there for the salmon run, so the house was nearby to all the perfect fishing spots. Wayne was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and then some. All we had to bring was our clothes and food. There were plenty of beds for all 7 of us and next time maybe we can bring a couple more friends. Unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the lighted outdoor firepit due to the rain but they provided several games movies and books we could enjoy instead. Thanks for making our mini vacay so enjoyable. We hope to stay here again next year. Your Ohio friends.

Perfect stay! The cabin is well-taken care of and accommodates many people. Perfect getaway for the family or a group of friends. Owner was responsive and kind. Definitely coming here again!

Overall the property was great. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of them. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, storage containers, and dishes. The host communicated well, and the check-in and check-out procedures were clear and thorough. The appliances seemed relatively new, were very clean, and we were so happy to have a gas stove/oven (most rentals have electric). Two suggestions for improvement would be to provide WiFi and some additional cutlery. Cell signals are very spotty in the area, so a hotspot is not a good option. WiFi is nice to have just to be able to stay in touch with others, work on a laptop with decent connectivity, or use your own TV app on a smart TV. There's no need to go into the expense of providing TV apps with the WiFi, as most people can use their own accounts. Just the infrastructure to do so is all that is needed.

We were in town with our family for a wedding and the property was great. Clean, cozy vibes, beautiful private property. The owner was very friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay again!

This was amazing property. We had a large group ranging from 5 years old to 50 years old and everyone was happy. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. I would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful cabin

This was one of our best VRBO stays by far!! The cabin is clean and well stocked with essentials. The cabin is nestled in a woods that was quiet and beautiful. You won't be sorry if you stay here when visiting the Cadillac area.

Excellent Cabin

Our family had a wonderful stay!! The cabin was clean and had everything and more we needed. We went Up North to do some four wheeling and this was perfectly located between Baldwin’s trails and Twisted Trails off road park. We also truly appreciated this dog friendly cabin.

Lots of room and kitchen with lots of essentials.

We went skiing right after Christmas for a couple of days at Caberfae Peaks. The house has lots of room and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The mattresses could use an update and it would have been better if there was another 1/2 bath, but we enjoyed our stay.

Family weekend

Had a great time. The only downside was there’s no air conditioning and it was in the 90’s. We enjoyed the fire pit and the surrounding woods. The house was well equipped and met our needs.

Fantastic

We had a great time! The house was clean, had plenty of room, and was very comfortable. Communication was fast and we had all the info we needed to be prepared for our stay. There were even menus and local guides available. There were 9 of us and we all loved it! Would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area.
