17 miglia a nord di Ocean Shores, in una strada isolata con circa una dozzina di case, questa casa è disponibile per l'affitto in tre modi diversi: l'intera casa, il livello superiore o il livello inferiore. Questo elenco è solo per il livello superiore di 2 camere da letto.

La vista è incredibile! Puoi godertelo comodamente dal tuo mazzo, soggiorno o cucina. Cammina solo 60 gradini fino alla spiaggia sabbiosa utilizzando il sentiero di accesso alla spiaggia mantenuto direttamente di fronte a casa!

La splendida vista è disponibile a un piccolo prezzo ... ci sono scale ... circa 40 al livello superiore. Sono robusti e larghi. Questa proprietà non sarebbe adatta a qualcuno che ha difficoltà a salire o scendere le scale. Non è accessibile in sedia a rotelle.

All'interno troverai una cucina ben fornita con quasi tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti tra cui spezie, caffè e tè gratuiti, condimenti per bevande e prodotti per la pulizia. Abbiamo anche una varietà di giochi, libri e riviste! Sul ponte superiore è presente un barbecue a grandezza naturale. Ci sono anche due pistole a conchiglia e un secchio riposto nel recinto della vasca idromassaggio.

L'accesso WIFI gratuito è incluso. Assicurati di regolare le impostazioni del telefono per abilitare le chiamate WIFI prima di arrivare. Il servizio di telefonia cellulare è impreciso lungo la costa! Questa proprietà non ha un telefono fisso.

Nice stay right across from the beach, clean and comfortable stay. All the cooking supplies were there including spices. The deck overlooking the ocean was fantastic.

Lovely beach rental, you are a very short walk to the beach. I did not use the hot tub but saw that there was one. I watched one of the best moon settings ever over the water one morning.

The house was clean and check in process was smooth. Although our weather did not cooperate, it would be lovely to overlook the ocean and watch the sunset for our balcony. House is steps from the beach and we enjoyed hunting for sand dollars. Kitchen was well equipped, check in process was smooth, and a good location to explore other beach towns. We would recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The view of the ocean and the starts was amazing from the huge deck. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Ocean Stay

The property is nice and has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. It is well equipped for cooking and meal preparation. The Moclips area in general is one of my favorite places. It is beautiful and there is always something new whenever I visit.

We loved the penthouse. Especially the views from every window. We did enjoy our stay. My husband used the hot tub 3 times. Great hot tubs! Close access to the beach and places to eat. We would like to come back another time when the weather is better and do more exploring outside. Great base camp to go off and do hiking, beach combing, and tresure hunting.

Quiet getaway in your own private beach

The best experience we have had renting through VBRO yet! Janet was extremely understanding and communicative through the whole process. The rental was cozy and quiet. We got to experience a coastal storm. One day, we spotted a sea lion in the water directly in front of the rental!

Beautiful view

The view of the ocean was beautiful. There was a lovely path from the house to the beach which we used often. The beach was uncrowded and provided many treasures. The house was smaller than expected but nicely decorated. A few dirty pans were found which gave the cleanliness score only a three. We would book again.

What a view

The view from this property was amazing. Access to the beach was very easy. Pay attention to the listings mention of 40 steps. This could be an issue for some, but the result is the amazing view. There is a great deck and a fully stocked kitchen, pots and pans And spices.

You are correct! There ARE 30 steps to the lower and 40 to the upper! That's why it's at the beginning of the description and other places! I have learned to pack lightly when we go! But in the end, yes the view is worth it! Thanks for mentioning the supplies! We try to provide as much as possible so you don't have to bring your entire kitchen! Thanks for staying with us!

Amazing Views and Easy Beach Access

We had a wonderful stay in the upper unit of the Blue Pearl over Memorial Day weekend. From the moment you walk in and take in the amazing view, you know you’re on vacation. We took advantage of the easy access to the beach (literally a short path to the beach from the front of the unit) and walked miles in each direction enjoying the spectacular coastline. The location was perfect for us…we explored Olympic National Park and northern beaches, experiencing all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their special place. The overview of the property provided by the homeowners accurately captures all this rental offers. We were pleased with our stay!

Refrigerator on the fritz!

Just one of those things; refrigerator had an electrical issue. Cut power to half the apartment. Hosts were great though. Responded quickly & offered alternatives. Apartment has a beautiful view!

Good price for a great view.

The unit was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Janet was really great at promptly responding to any questions we had. The view of the water is spectacular which we expected but a nice surprise was that the Blue Pearl is located on a quiet dead end street. We were aware there are 40 stair steps from the street up to the unit. What we didn’t fully appreciate is that’s a lot of steps when loading and unloading all your gear like groceries, a cooler, suit cases etc. It won’t stop us from returning tho for as long as our old knees hang in there!

The beach access through the walking bath was great. We very much enjoyed the view of the beach from the unit and the deck. The unit was comfortable for our family of four.

Why visit this property? For us, it means peace, serenity, calm. An opportunity to enjoy the vast ocean, the crashing waves, the clean sandy beach. We love relaxing here and spending time alone as well as sharing with family and friends. Kick up your heels in the sand like a child or kick back with a beverage and enjoy the view. Life is just better at the beach!

During clamming seasons, the "Mocrocks" beach is open right in front of this home with Copalis Beach nearby! Check out the WDFW website for rules and dates! https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/shellfishing-regulations/razor-clams. There are two clamming guns available for your use in the broom closet be the front bedroom.
