We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Well stocked with games and movies. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, pots/pans, etc. Would stay here again.

Great place for a family getaway.

My family and I enjoyed our time here. There is plenty to do in Winter Park even in the summer and this is a great location to access it all.

This was listed as a "forest view" but it was actually a parking lot and pool view. That was fine overall for our stay but one of the reasons I had booked it originally was the forest view in the listing. The forests are on the other side of the building. The unit was clean. The pull out mattress was nice and comfy, which was a bonus. The beds were good overall, just softer than our families usually liking. Good amount of kitchen pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. Easy to get to and listen to music from the Rendezvous center as well. Easy access to other hikes and renting bikes. We hiked and/or biked daily. The only other part of feedback is that it would have been nice to have a fan in the unit somewhere. We were able to have the windows open most of the time, except when there was heavy rain one night and one day. So it was stuffy in there at those times.

Great spot in WP!

Our family stayed here for a long weekend in September. The property is in a fantastic location (walkable to restaurants, breweries, parks, etc.), was clean, and had everything we needed to have a great time. If we come back to WP, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Winter Park getaway

Beautiful property with Fraser Creek running behind--we even saw a moose in the creek! Very conveniently located by Hideaway Park and downtown restaurants etc. Pool was heated and hot tub was warm even when it was chilly! Cant wait to stay again-would absolutely recommend this location and this condo!!

Location, Location

This was the 1st time that I have used VRBO. We went for the jazz festival and the location was great! The property was nice and clean. We made sure to leave it the way we found it. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Location!

What a great place in a great location. This property was very nicely decorated and had a lot of amenities. There was even bowls for our dog. The location can't be beat. Walk to restaurants and trails. The only thing missing was the grill shown on the patio. We had a great stay and will be back again!

Excellent Location, Great Property

Location and the condo itself pretty were much perfect. There were only two of us this trip, but it would be ideal for a family trip. The common area is spacious and perfectly laid out for family dinners and fun. The gas fireplace was super cozy. My husband even commented that the property was so nice, he kind of wanted to just stay in and enjoy it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we are frequent visitors to Winter Park and we will be back.

Beautiful views

Loved everything about this little getaway! Warm pool, hot tub and clubhouse directly across from unit. Elevator too! Very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen so just needed groceries. In unit washer and dryer was great with a kindergarten who loved the pool! Quiet area and very well kept. Will stay again!!

This unit is very convenient to town and to the pool and mountain. Very spacious and well appointed. Lot's of supplies for cooking and entertaining. Laundry was a plus as was the deck. Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. Just an FYI, no hanging options for primary bedroom for any clothing. The bunk room mattresses could use an update....seems as if the lower bunk has been around for a while :). Probably fine for little ones, but older adults would not be too comfortable. Owners/managers probably don't know, so I don't blame, otherwise, very lovely! :)

Nice stay in busy condo complex

Great location and condo had everything we needed and was very cozy. Elevator was a great option as well! Only complaint is that we could hear EVERYTHING going on at the outdoor pool and hot tub, which made it kinda noisy at times. We were our and about during the day, but there was one night where people were yelling until around 11. Didn't ruin our stay at all, but something to consider when renting, especially in the summer when you want the windows open.
