Costruito nel 2016, questo moderno condominio è la base perfetta per girovaghi solitari, coppie e piccole famiglie. Goditi tutto ciò che Crested Butte ha da offrire: la migliore mountain bike in Colorado, sci di classe mondiale, un centro nordico, pesca con la mosca, festival e incredibili sentieri escursionistici. Questa unità all'ultimo piano, ad angolo, affacciata sulle montagne, si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla base dell'area sciistica con ristoranti, bar e caffetteria. C'è una navetta gratuita che ti viene a prendere alla base dell'edificio per portarti dove devi andare, compresa la città di Crested Butte. Spring break

We had a great stay for spring break at the Timbers. First time in Crested Butte and the location did not disappoint. Comfy couches to relax on and cozy beds for sleeping. Views were amazing.

Lovely Condo in a great location!

Very nice top floor condo on Mt. Crested Butte. The condo was modern, nicely decorated, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Great views. There is an elevator at the opposite end of complex which was very handy. Ski locker in the basement. Walk outside and down some stairs and the bus stop for the regular Mountain Express bus to the ski lifts is right there (bus only takes a couple of minutes). You can walk to the lifts (5-10 mins?) but no need if you time it right. The bus service in general was excellent, with regular buses to Crested Butte town from the ski lift area.The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. The check-in instructions were clear, and very straight forward.We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The Timbers - Views and Comfort

This property merits its premier host rating: very clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated these small touches: easy to remember door code, detailed instructions for the coffee maker and TV, choices for bedding from thin blankets to quilts, rainfall shower head, kleenex! Lots of windows and new furniture.

Beautiful Views

Our timing for this visit was great for viewing the beautiful fall foliage. The condo was exactly as described - very clean, well equipped kitchen, bedding, comfortable beds, plush towels, etc. The location was excellent with an easy and short drive in to town and beautiful views of the mountains right from our balcony. Weekend getaway

Had a race to run in Crested Butte and this worked out to be a perfect location for a buddy and I to cone stay and rest up before the race. Would gladly use this condo again.

Very nice condo

This is a very clean, well stocked, top floor, end unit condo. Beds were very comfortable and entire unit was tastefully furnished. Also very quiet with easy parking. Balcony was a little small but being to open the door and let the cool mountain air in was wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and Comfortable Mountain Perch

Enjoyed our stay in this clean, modern, and nicely furnished 2-bedroom place with my brother and sister-in-law. On the top (third) floor of a building with an elevator, end unit, which was bright and surprisingly quiet. Nice view of Mt. Crested Butte. Would stay here again.

Ladies getaway

After hiking from Aspen to CB, we arrived at the condo which was a very comfy place to relax the rest of the weekend. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and a nice living room to hang out in. The shuttle stop is incredibly close and convenient as is the coffee shop around the corner.

This property was immaculate. It is an end unit condo. Nicely decorated, full kitchen, very small deck only the size for 3 people at the most, but with great views. The bedrooms and bed were very comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Convenient to outdoor hikes as well as in town shops and dining. The area was surprisingly quiet despite a good number of nearby condos. There is a cleaning fee. The grounds around are lacking a bit in landscape, but overall this is a great condo.

Worked well for our quick trip to Crested Butte

Spent 2 days in Crested Butte and the condo met our needs. Close to hikes and restaurants. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking.

Excellent Location

We stayed in this home for a spring break ski trip. The property was perfect for our family of four. We did not feel crowded and greatly appreciated the full kitchen, which included food storage containers! Most of the time I bring baggies, expecting not to have food storage containers available. This home is located right by the shuttle stop to Crested Butte ski area, saving us time and money! We were impressed with the ski locker area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay!

The property is incredible and as advertised. The view from the balcony is the best in town. The location is convenient and the owners are great to work with. Everything was seamless and made for a memorable family vacation.

We love the mountains! Our full time home is outside of Park City, UT, but we love getting to Crested Butte as often as we can!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love the amenities of The Timbers. The bike wash, ski lockers, bike storage area, and ski tuning bench are unique. The base of the resort area is just a short walk away and the shuttle goes there as well. Having a shuttle stop just outside the building that will take us down the mountain to Crested Butte is a great perk as well.

There is a paved multi use trail a short walk away and a short drive up Gothic Rd. takes you to some nice single track trails.
