Great location and view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at Kamaole Beach Royal 410 several times and always enjoy the location to beaches and restaurants. We love the front bedroom sleeping with slider open to hear ocean waves at night. Sunset views are great. Condo is clean and has all amenities. Living room couch and chair are old and worn if you spend any time in condo. TV set up and operation is too complicated and could be upgraded. King bed is comfortable. Rental office is very responsive if needed. We’ve been able to get early check in too, AC is sufficient.

Very beautiful place to stay!

Very clean and an excellent place to stay. Nice views and beach was only a short distance to the beach,shopping and food. Loved our stay. Would stay here again!

Great stay by the beach!

This place was a wonderful getaway. A block from the beach with a balcony facing the ocean for sunsets every night. Plenty of space for a family, with 2 bedrooms and a nice living area. Close to shops, restaurants, and anything else you might need. Can't wait to stay here again!

We had the best time staying her! We could walk everywhere, the beaches were amazing and it was a close drive for everything else!! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Kitchen supplied everything needed to prepare meals. Spacious with room to relax and move around in. Easy and fast response with host. Great beach supplies for hanging out on the beach.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. Our unit had absolutely everything we needed. When we arrived, we called to say we needed sheets for the sofa bed. Someone quickly responded and brought what we needed. The location was amazing. It was a 1 minute walk to beautiful Kihei beach.

Amazing

Great location and views from the balcony, walking distance to the beach, various local shops and dining options to choose from. Room had everyth8ng we needed for our family needs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone that wants to be walking distance to the beach.

Nice condo in a great Kihei lication

A friend and I cane for a dive trip. The condo is in a great location for access to Kihei dive shops. The place is in great shape and has a nice view. One block off of beach park.

Location and ocean view were great! Management was very responsive. The a/c did struggle to keep up in the main bedroom. Overall a great condo!

The view from the condo offers a 180 degrees of beautiful ocean and sunset views. Clean, upgraded and right on the beach. Its a perfect condo for an incredible Maui vacation.

Paradise

We LOVED this place! The beach is just steps away and there was so much local food available. The only thing I might change about this place is the timer on the air-conditioning. It got a little warm at times but you can't beat that view.

Beautiful Location

Loved everything about it. The only drawback is all the beach toys displayed in the pictures are all broken, aged and/or cracked so you have to bring or rent your own.

Amazing view!

This place is perfect! From drinking coffee on the lanai every morning listening to the waves, to the easy walk to the beach. We so enjoyed our stay here! Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet yet had everything you could need a walk away. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the apartment too. Thanks again for sharing such a great place!
