Unità n. 1B - Abbiamo chiamato il nostro condominio "Beach Life" - "Playa Vida" ... Godetevi il nostro condominio di lusso, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni.
Situato al primo piano che è elevato per una vista migliore. È di nuova costruzione con ripiani in granito e pavimenti in marmo. L'unica cosa che ti separa dalla spettacolare spiaggia è la fantastica piscina a sfioro. Questo condominio ha un patio molto grande con 2 aree salotto. A / C è fornito, ma mai necessario a causa della brezza dell'oceano che è presente quando le porte del patio sono aperte. Queste porte si aprono al 100% per creare una zona giorno all'aperto completa. Puoi andare a dormire e svegliarti con il suono rilassante del surf.

Questo condominio è un 2 camere da letto - 2 bagni .... Quasi 1600 piedi quadrati.

Molto spazioso e aperto con un sacco di spazio nell'armadio.

Questa è una struttura adatta alle famiglie. Giocattoli da spiaggia e piscina, sono lì per il tuo divertimento. Viene fornita acqua potabile in bottiglia pulita, così come questo complesso ha il proprio sistema di purificazione dell'acqua.

Abbiamo 2 TV, tutte con lettori DVD, insieme a oltre 50 film per adulti e bambini.

Abbiamo accesso wifi gratuito nel nostro condominio.

Questo nuovo complesso ha anche un cancello di sicurezza, ascensori e l'unico centro fitness in loco a Bucerias.

È a pochi passi da tutto. Caffetteria con connessione Wi-Fi gratuita alla fine del vialetto. Oltre a uno dei ristoranti più famosi è proprio accanto.

Questo condominio si trova a Bucerias. Solo 20 min. a nord dell'aeroporto di Puerto Vallarta. Bucerias è un'alternativa meno costosa e più autentica alla grande città. Caratteristico, silenzioso e sicuro, Bucerias ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Molti ristoranti, negozi fantastici e persino alcuni centri benessere per un massaggio. Lo spagnolo è utile, ma non necessario. La maggior parte degli uomini d'affari della zona può conversare facilmente con te e gli altri visitatori di quest'area.

Il nostro responsabile della proprietà abita a Bucerias ed è solo una telefonata per eventuali dubbi o domande.

È richiesto un deposito del 50% per confermare e conservare le date.

Facility and location are top notch. Master suite could use a new king size mattress (instead of a very firm queen). Other than that very good overall. Good value.

A little late on our review buuuuttt, this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in and you cannot beat the price! Oceanfront beauty! It was so spacious and you don't even need the air conditioning with that great breeze! The lanai was huge. The grounds are super clean as was the pool! They provided all the necessities that you could ask for and right in the center of bucerias...you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful view and beautiful condo!

We just returned from Mexico where we spent part of our time at your lovely condo in Punta Arena with our two teenage boys. This was the perfect spot and our only regret was that we didn't stay here longer. It was so nice to sit on the deck and watch as our boys swam in the pool or played in the ocean. We loved walkign along the beach and even walked to the next town over on the beach! The management was wonderful. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend and hope to return!

Ticked all the Boxes!

We travel to Mexico every year and love it each time, but this time was by far the best!! From the moment you enter the condo, you feel the ocean breeze and see the incredible view. The deck is huge and we spent many hours lost in the view. Everything you need is in walking distance and loads of restaurants to try. The staff is lovely and they work so hard to keep the grounds clean. Endless beach to walk on with stunning marine life (Orcas, dolphins, eels, manarays). Thank you Lisa for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Piece of paradise

We travel frequently to Mexico, but had never been to Bucerias. We had a wonderful time in this ocean front condo. The property manager Jessica is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and dependable. The owner, Lisa helped answer questions and was very quick to respond. The condo superseded our expectations. We hope to be back soon! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!!

A dream come true!

We just returned from a week at "Beach Life" and can't wait to go back! The location and accomodations wer incredible. We fell in love with the Bucerias area and people. This was considered "low season" but we enjoyed all there was to offer ... the weather was perfect for us, warm enough each day to enjoy the water, poolside or oceanside. Best street tacos ever! The condo itself was so luxurious and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our entire family, and we loved being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. And it was great to be able to walk just 5 minutes to a fabulous $20/hr massage that straightened out any traveler's back issues. Thanks Todd and Lisa for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Time and money well spent in Bucerias!

You are in good hands staying in Lisa and Todd's condo; from the beginning of my research to finding the perfect spot, Lisa was there for me. She was so responsive and full of great information that it made making our decision very easy. First off, the condo is great; very spacious and with a spectacular view of the ocean, pool, and beach. The pool is the BEST! My kids, ages 7 & 5, lived in the pool. The pool isn't too deep, and yet, is long enough to get away from the action if needed or do laps. I loved sitting by the pool because it was so close to the beach that I felt like I was almost on the beach, but without the sand:). The town is very easy to get around with fun art galleries and nice restaurants. We rented a car (Gecko -$60 for the day) and drove to Sayulita; very nice and easy. Bucerias was definitely a trip to remember! Thanks for everything Lisa and Todd!

Wonderful place!!

My husband and I stayed at this property, along with two teenagers, ages 14 & 16. We all had a great time! The pool is beautiful and right next to the beach. The sunsets were absolutely stunning! We rode horseback on the beach, and also went to downtown Puerto Vallarta to rent ATV's and wave runners. It is not a long taxi ride to get downtown, yet the property is far enough away to avoid all the traffic and noise of the city. It had a small town feel, and was within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this place based upon the amenities, location, and property management. It is a great place for a family vacation.

Great condo ! Has everything you need. The place was clean and beautiful. Excellent location on beach and near many great restaurants. Check in was slick , as was check out. Lisa was very helpful and so was her gal that did the check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

A week in paradise!

Perfect! We had a wonderful week in Bucerias. The condo had everything we needed and more. We spent many relaxing hours on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves and the amazing view. The complex was very well maintained and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We are still daydreaming about our week. Jesica, the property manager, was friendly and professional. She was always available to answer any questions. We would love to spend more time at Lisa and Todd's beautiful place by the sea.

Fantastic Vacation

Great location, several restaurants and coffee places walking distance. Supermarket near by. The condominium is very clean and secure. Not crowded, you can enjoy your own space at the pool and the beach. Looking at the sunset from the balcony or the infinity pool is such an experience. The photos on the listing don’t do justice, it is way better than it looks.

Very Disappointed

Todd and Lisa, I thought I would let you know my overall disappointment in the property and your property manager, Jessica. I have stayed in other units in the complex in the past and was extremely pleased with the accommodations and property manager. I’ll start with Jessica, your property manager. She gave us very little information about the condominium and the process of checking out on the day of departure. She didn’t show up on the Saturday we departed to collect the keys. I placed them on the kitchen counter. Then later while at the airport waiting to depart, I received a text from Jessica asking when I was leaving. I told her we had already vacated the property and where the keys could be found. On Sunday, the day after we arrived, I texted her about a few issues— the air conditioner in the front bedroom wasn’t working; a light was out in the bathroom; and, we believed the propane tank for the grill needed to be filled. On Tuesday, workers came to fix the light and air conditioner. She was not with them and we were leaving for a show in town. The workers informed us that Jessica gave them the key to the condominium unit. I have a problem with this. We weren’t going to be present while they were fixing things and she had not arranged her schedule to oversee them. This is a security risk. On Wednesday, Jessica picked up the propane tank and said it was full but took it anyway indicating that she was going to have it checked out and would bring it back. Well, we never got it back. In her text on Saturday, the day we departed, she said she was sick and was instructed by her physician to stay at home; the tank was in her husband’s car but he didn’t want to drop it off because he was scared of the Coronavirus. Therefore, we were without a grill for the entire week and your property manager failed to handle the situation in a professional manner. Here is a list of issues requiring attention: • There should be a safe to secure personal property, ie. passports, extra money, jewelry, etc. • There should be a combination key box at the outside door to secure unit keys while out of the unit. I didn’t feel comfortable carrying keys in my pocket when leaving the complex. • The loveseat on the patio is rusting and needs to be painted. Also, paint is peeling off the chairs that go with the patio table. These should be repainted or replaced. • The beds in the front bedroom were extremely uncomfortable and should

We have owned & rented this property for almost 12 years & we have NEVER had a bad rating or complaint about our property manager. ALL of our other reviews speak highly of our place and compliment our property manager. All 37 reviews all give us 4 or 5 stars.

Bucerias Vacay

Outstanding location. Ridiculous sunsets. Easy access to restaurants. Awesome pool & exercise room. Yeah, I’d live here.

We had been vacationing in the Bucerias area for 10 years. When we saw an opportunity to own
a brand new, beautiful, luxury condo right on the beach, we could not pass it up.

Bucerias is a small, quaint, family oriented town. We feel safe & welcome everywhere we go.
Bucerias offers everything that you need: supermarket, pharmacy, shopping, art galleries, restaurants, salons & even massage therapists. It is a slower paced & less exspensive alternative to the busy Puerto Vallarta.
