It was nice to have a big house for 5 guests. We got food from the local grocery store and cooked a nice meal at the house. Very relaxing.

Our family had a good time and are so thankful for such gracious hosts. Our car broke down and was in the repair shop for 3 days of our time there. We needed a back up plan and the hosts made sure we could stay there if needed. So thankful! We will be back!

This is a beautiful home along Route 66. The hosts are friendly and quick to respond. It’s within walking distance of the town square. If you’re passing through town, I highly recommend!

The house it self was great! Great location, clean with decent size rooms. But the beds were too soft and didn’t provide neck or back support. And the bathroom in the closet isn’t very functional. Everyone in our family is tall and there was no leg room. The hosts were great with communication and gave clear instructions.

Sorry about the beds being uncomfortable for you all, we have never had a review stating beds were too soft before. As far as the bathroom you are referring to, it is only a toilet that was placed in a closet, (water closet) for lower-level convenience.

Perfect for us

This was a very relaxing VRBO, described nearly perfectly, it's super charming. Most importantly it's close to Whirl-a-whip! Seriously, we'll stay again when visiting the area, even in winter!

House was warm and toasty, even though it was below zero outside. I appreciate that the snow was cleared for parking and accessing the house, which is a treasure in itself. One of my favorite rentals.

Home away from Home

The house was very nice. It made a wonderful place for family from out of state to stay that was just a couple of blocks from us at a very reasonable price. The owners were very nice and we will definitely be renting again when our family visits
