A beautiful home and a wonderful host!

We had an incredible stay. Black Diamond is a gorgeous property with all the comforts of home and Becky was a wonderful host. We highly recommend this property and hope very much to have the opportunity to return.

Amazing house!

This was one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in! Everything was perfect! Spotless! Host was very communicative! The ski in ski out was so perfect and convenient. We hope to be welcomed back!

Consistently Wonderful

We have visited several times now and there has never been a drop off. A wonderful spot for all things. We continue to love this property and the management is top notch.

LOVE staying at Black Diamond!

This was our 2nd stay at Black Diamond, and again was an amazing place to spend a long winter weekend with family. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a luxurious home (modern layout, high-end home furnishings, spacious rooms, etc.) with one-of-a-kind location (nearest ski lift is literally a few steps away). Look forward to returning to Black Diamond next winter!

The home is unbelievable. Every detail is handled. The space is relaxing, special and architecturally amazing. You will have a wonderful stay and more importantly ever part of the house is clean and the owner is highly communicative.

We had a great time at this house and it was absolutely beautiful. Check in was really easy and we really appreciated the later check out we were given. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we missed was a hot tub. Will be back for sure!

Already dreaming of next year

This property is incredible. Our family enjoyed ourselves more than we even expected to over the long weekend at Black Diamond. The decor was so gorgeous, the kitchen was all the comforts of home, the beds were super cozy, the access to the slopes was wonderful. We cannot wait to return next season. Becky (owner) was fabulous with communication and we have nothing but positive things to say about this entire experience! Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous

I have stayed multiple times at this home. It is truly unique and has beautiful furniture, amenities and style. If your looking for an amazing home to ski or relax and entertain family or friends this is the home. The owners are highly organized with instructions and the home has all of the equipment you need to enjoy your time.

The most amazing property!

The pictures are great but the reality is even better. I could not find one thing wrong with this house. Every piece of furniture, the lighting, the host, location, view, cleanliness, layout, technology, it was all amazing! Very high end and very well done. I will be back as soon as I am able. Loved it.

Beautiful property

This property is exactly as advertised. It was immaculately clean. All of the amenities were high end and functioning properly. The property manager was very friendly. Check in and check out was very simple. The access to the slopes was amazing. Could not have asked for more. We had a relaxing, stress free visit! We will be going back!

The Perfect Ski Weekend House

If this home is in your price range, DO NOT HESITATE to rent it. After a perfect weekend in this home, I am happy to be the first to give it rave reviews. We were hesitant to rent this home because it had no reviews, however, the owner explained that it was a new home and had not yet been rented. The pictures cannot fully depict the beauty and elegence of this home. It is simply luxurious. The furnishings, linens, appliances, fixtures, cabinetry, really everything - are high end and well thought out. There are many TV's, board games, cozy fur throw blankets everywhere, a whole house Sonos system, and a great little workout room. There is an incredible office/work room that would be perfect for a working retreat. Every detail has been thought through and we felt like we were in the most beautiful home in a ski resort out west. Everyone in my group commented on how peaceful and relaxed they felt in the house. The views of the ski hills from the floor to ceiling windows are incredible and you can't get closer to a lift at Holiday Valley! I had seen all the pictures ahead of time, but still was suprised at how close and convenient the Tannenbaum lift was. Down a set of stairs and you are there. When you are done for the day, there is a large ski locker area just inside the back door that could not be more convenient. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, including pre-stocked beverages, a Keurig with many choices of brew complete with sugars and creamers so no need to run to the store upon arrival. There are endless dishes, glasses, mugs, serving pieces, flatware, etc. If you cook at home, there are already condiments, spices, and many other things one may need, and the owner invited us to use if needed. The owner was amazing to work with from the start - very easy to contact and always replied right away. The property manager was waiting for us upon arrival, very helpful and thorough when aclimating us to the home, and always immediately responded to my texts over the weekend as we had a few questions arise. If I had one wish for this property, it would be a hot tub. However, the large soaking tub in the master bath was very nice as a substitute. Our experience was seamless and we left relaxed, renewed, and wishing we could stay longer. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Ellicottville now that we have stayed at Black Diamond and we cannot wait to come back.

This place is insane. It is just the coolest house, in the best location. It is expensive but you get what you pay for and this house will not disappoint you. We used it for a corporate retreat and we will probably come back again next year!
