Perfetto per vacanze in famiglia, riunioni o siti aziendali! Tratta direttamente con il proprietario per questo nuovo di zecca per la stagione 2020 Splendida casa con vista sul lago di 3000 mq situata in una baia tranquilla nel lago Norris vicino al ponte di salto di Cedar Creek Road nelle famose tenute sul lago.
Questa casa sul lago a 2 piani è un sogno per vacanzieri di grandi gruppi con 6 camere da letto e 6 bagni (ogni camera ha il proprio bagno). 2 ponti larghi 48 piedi di lunghezza completa (ovvero 1000 mq aggiuntivi di spazio vitale per il tuo divertimento) Tutti con una splendida vista sul lago e sulle montagne. Grande cucina gourmet, lavanderia con lavatrice e 2 asciugatrici. Dock a 2 piani con slip coperto, mobili dock e scivolo! Un sacco di parcheggio. Internet gratuito e interurbana e CARRELLO GOLF gratuito!
Il piano principale dispone di camino, pavimento dimensionale, soffitti a volta, ripiani in granito, 2 lavastoviglie, 2 forni e 2 grandi frigoriferi inox e un fabbricatore di ghiaccio incorporato. Per mangiare avrai 2, grandi tavoli da pranzo e una grande isola / bar che può ospitare 6. Il grande ponte coperto a tutta lunghezza con vista sul lago ha mobili da giardino nuovissimi e una griglia a gas di grandi dimensioni. Ci sono 2 camere da letto su questo piano, ognuna con un letto king size che consente a chiunque abbia problemi di salire le scale per unirsi al divertimento.
Il secondo piano ospita una camera familiare con TV a grande schermo e divani. Una camera da letto ha una regina, due camere da letto a questo livello hanno letti matrimoniali e due letti a castello. La quarta camera ha 2 letti a castello full / full con uno con due rotelle gemelle. Cammina verso il grande ponte coperto completo con accesso alla vasca idromassaggio e al firepit. Un servizio di lavanderia è anche a questo livello.
Il ponte coperto su questo livello presenta una vasca idromassaggio illuminata e posti a sedere aggiuntivi. Questa è una casa per non fumatori. Età minima 27 anni per responsabilità del locatario.

This was a spacious home and in a great area. There were for sure some worn aspects of the home with the age of furniture and patches on the walls. It was great size wise and in a great central location for our large family coming and going. If any questions or issues came up the response was quick and they were right on it. Thank you for allowing us to visit

Getting to and from dock was a bit cumbersome with 10 people. The views from house are incredible. We had plenty of room for the family. Also appreciated the double dishwashers as we cooked breakfast and dinner. The dock was great fun for the kids. We did not use the hot tub but it was ready to go.

Wonderful home for our extended family reunion. We rented your home and another close by to accommodate us all. We came together for swimming at the other house and shared meals between the two houses. Getting to your deck would have been the biggest challenge with older folks and children.The golf cart was a grest help in shuttling between two houses. Parking in front of house to load and unload was risky.

We had a wonderful week staying at Skyfall. The house is as beautiful as advertised - spacious and comfortable for our family of 11 adults and children. The kids loved the dock with its slide and place for jumping into the water. We rented a pontoon boat one day which I highly recommend. The pool was also a big hit and an easy walk from the house. Parking at the house is a bit tricky but we figured out a system for parking 3 cars that worked well. Michael was a very responsive host and quick to answer questions that we had.

We loved this house and the view! The space with all the bedrooms having their own bathroom was perfect. As the one who did all the cooking for our group that kitchen was a dream and well stocked - I would only suggest a 9x13 dish. The owner was very helpful. The hills in the subdivision are not for the faint of heart and my husband and brother in law are the only 2 who dared drive the golf cart on those hills. We did have a little trouble finding the path down to the dock the first day so a little map of the subdivision would be helpful. My kids loved jumping off the bridge. Note: Oasis boat rental is no longer located close by but at a marina over an hour away so if renting a boat I’d pick a different company!

It was great to all have our own bathrooms. Plenty of room for our family of 14. Could use some casserole dishes and more cooking utensils. We cooked every night so that would've helped a lot. Loved having 2, Crock-Pots, ovens, dishwashers, fridges plus the ice maker was great!

Great location!

Even though there were only two of us, the house had everything you could need for a larger group: 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 dining tables - and it was immaculate!

Great view.

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of room for our large group. The view from the deck was gorgeous. It was a little difficult getting to and from the dock but once you got there it was great. We had a great week.

Awesome Place!!!

Great place for large family gatherings. Lots of room and extra's like two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Views of the lake were amazing. The host graciously allowed us to check-out later as well. Will definitely come again. Thanks!!

A Very Merry Lakeside Christmas!

My family really enjoyed our stay. Michael was very communicative and attentive. The property is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and the added touch of a Christmas tree was the icing on the cake. We would definitely return.

The home is lovely with much more room than I expected. The kitchen is to die for! We had lots of folks together, but with the size of the house we never felt crowded or cramped. Everything was delightful, including the host.

The host was great and the views were STUNNING. I'd recommend staying here, and I'd also recommend the owners get better maintenance.Unfortunately, the house itself had some issues. Not bad enough to ruin the stay, but enough to knock off a star. Most of the outdoor chairs were broken, there were cans littered outside, both of the showers upstairs didn't drain properly, and the railing on the lower deck was loose enough to be concerning. It was fine, but a little TLC on this place could go a long way.

Thanksgiving at Skyfall

SkyFall was a fantastic place for our 2 families to get together. Plenty of space, everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need, and more than enough beds. Michael was a wonderful host and the communication was top notch. The road to the house is a little tight but can be navigated safely. We used the over flow parking to only have a truck at the house that could serve as a shuttle van for guests.

Great house for large group

This is a great house for a large group, there is plenty of space to spread out and plenty of bedrooms. The house was well equipped for cooking, having multiple fridges, ovens and dishwashers was very nice. The water pressure was an issue when there were multiple people using the showers in the 6 bathrooms. The 2 dryers were nice for keeping towels dry. Overall, it was a great trip, only wish the house was on the water, as getting everyone to and from the dock was time consuming. Otherwise, it has a beautiful view of the lake and jumping bridge.

Beautiful

The overall stay at the lake was amazing. The view from the house was gorgeous day or night. Roads getting to the house are a bit extreme for the unprepared, but we got used to them quickly. The double decker dock was amazing and our family spent hours there every day floating in the lake, jumping off the top level, and going down the slide. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the water especially for my mother who struggled with the incline on the roads and trails. The host was very attentive and other than a few small issues that were taken care of things were just fine. The previous party that stayed at the house appear to have been a bit wild (road hard and put away wet typed) Again not the hosts fault. We would definitely stay hear again.

Very clean, well stocked and beautiful home/views

Overall very happy. Kitchen and linens well stocked. Everything was very clean and in working order. The subdivision where the house is located is under developement. The majority of the drive to the house is paved with the exception of the last road (about a half mile). We went in late March, the road had not yet been graded for spring and, with the winter rain, the road directly in front of the house was pretty washed out. Also, when they say there is only parking for about 4 cars, that is 100% accurate. The views are beautiful. The dock is very nice. We had a great time!

Lake home with a beautiful view

We loved our stay in this home! Everything in the house was nice and equipped for a big group like ours. It’s got a gorgeous view from that high—Looking from the lake, it seems like the highest home in that area! The dock was fun and worked well with the boat we rented for the week. The owner was responsive and took care of a problem from the previous renters before we even got there to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I will say, there’s only one golf cart and it’s necessary to get down to the dock- several minute cart ride and cars can’t get to it. With our size group, it took several trips back and forth to transport everyone, so be prepared for that. Most neighbors said they had 2, which I think would be a great upgrade to make this house hard to beat.

Lakeside Estates is a gated community with boat launching ramp, swimming pool and walking trails help make your stay convenient and enjoyable. It is located less than 15 minutes from a large grocery and restaurants. Located about 1 1/2 hours from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg you can also enjoy a fun day trip seeing the sites, shopping, going to shows and other attractions that are popular to that area. There are several golf courses in the area which provide opportunities for a great fall/spring getaway when the weather is cooler and the mountain scenery is putting on its own display. Lakeside Estates is also close to many popular marinas on the lake.
