The initial process was easy, it was a nice home and close by to where I needed to be on a daily basis. We dealt with the host telling us we could not touch the AC despite us being uncomfortable and that if we continued to do so that they would charge us (which they mentioned nothing about in the listing).

The AC was set at 70 degrees. You had turned it down to 66 degrees during the heat advisory stating you were athlete who needed healing. You were then able to set your own temp. The problem was that you trashed the house ruining table and chairs, shelves, blinds and decor. Trash everywhere. Rotten flowers everywhere. Neighbor complaints. We had painting and our new carpet done to get it back to its Glory. Everything was replaced or fixed to make it beautiful again!!! We had discounted the rate for summer and that won’t ever happen again due to the kind of guest that invited. This house is on the golf Course with top of the line furnishing and art. We invite anyone who appreciates that to come and Stay!

The house had everything you could possibly need. We fell in love with the reclining chairs in the living room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and even pool toys/floaties. Everything was well maintained and beds/pillows were very comfy. The host was great and had excellent communication. The pool was comfortably heated and the spa was perfect and would heat to 104. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Avondale area.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

Property was exactly as shown in pictures, many extras to make your stay comfortable (throw blankets, coolers, beach towels, k-cups). Everything was of good quality, clean, and well kept which made the stay extremely comfortable, we will be back!

House was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Large spaces, great amenities and everything was very clean. It really felt like you were staying in a “home” and not just some rental, the best cozy vibes! Of course the pool/backyard/grill/putt area was the star of the show. We will definitely be back in the future!

This really was the perfect house for our family to stay! It was spacious, modern and up-to-date, and our favorite area was the backyard! We used the pool and hot tub every day and the putting green was a bonus. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Perfect house for relaxing

We spent a week here and had a nice, relaxing time. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard with the fabulous, and warm, spa and pool! Even on the few days where the weather was a little cooler, we could still enjoy time outside and in the pool. House was well maintained and worked perfectly for our family.

Well kept, managed very well. Quality in all the places where it counts if you want to enjoy yoursel

Very relaxed loved the outdoor living in the private backyard. Cant hardly imagine a more private but elegant steak dinner under the lights and patio heater.
