Great house

We have stayed here before and love this house and the location. dock in back and gulf in front is a big plus. House has great amenities - kitchen has everything you need! We will be back. The only negative this time was the weather was uncharacteristically cool and overcast. Nothing you can do about that!!! But we still enjoyed ourselves.

Beachfront Paradise

This house is an amazing beachfront rental. The home itself is well equipped and well furnished. Direct access to the beautiful beachfront. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning!

Perfect location

Perfectly located to the beach with direct access to your boat only feet away. This house was beautiful inside and out

A Boaters Paradise

This house is in a perfect location, Bay in the front beach in the back. The house was extremely clean! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very nicely remodeled! The kitchen is well equipped with anything and everything you would need. We loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room but to be honest we spent most of out time in the screened in porch enjoying the breeze and the sounds of the waves.

Great Clean property, great beach and screamed in porch!

We really enjoyed property! Bay is about 200 feet behind house with a place to tie up a boat. Beach is about 400ft. We all loved the outdoor shower and there is a gopher tortoise that lives under deck, he came out every morning to great us. Great place to relax

Perfect location for a boater

We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again. The island is only accessible by boat. The boat dock for this rental is literally in the back yard (or the water taxi can drop you there). Such quick access to the intercostal or gulf. We enjoyed days full of fishing and quick access to explore other islands. Back at the rental, we could sit on that screened in porch all day long with that peaceful view of the ocean. The sunset from this property is amazing. Short walk down the pier leads you to the quiet beach. Bonus, the gopher tortoise burrow right off the deck kept us entertained everyday . It appears the owners are in the process of renovating. The kitchen layout is different than pictured. Way more open and updated. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need for cooking (even had a crock pot in addition to bakeware). New outdoor shower house with hot water. A few people enjoyed their shower out there. The rest of the rental is older, but we were plenty comfortable. Plenty of space for 6 adults to spread out. Older beds, but each had a foam topper. People slept okay. The rental agency is pleasant and very easy to work with. We appreciated our stay and were very grateful it is a dog friendly rental and island.

Amazing time in Little Gasparilla

I feel like we won the lottery with this. Just before we arrived, they had fully renovated the kitchen and living room and did a beautiful job! This place had more than enough space for our family if 4 and it was steps from the beach. We even had a gopher tortoise right out our door. The house was very clean, and the management company was awesome. We did rent a boat while we were there, and I loved how close we were from our door to the dock. This was a 5 star vacation. I highly recommend!

Truthful Description of House and Amenities!

We’ve stayed out on LGI in around 6 different houses over the past 10 years and by far, this was the best house to date! The listing was accurate and all the amenities stated were as described; clean, operating gas grill, clean operating beach chairs, AC worked great, screens on the porch intact, etc. (The storm door on the screened porch does need repairing at the bottom.) It’s so great to arrive and find a house as it should be! Loved the two King Beds and separate bathrooms (we took another couple with us). The additional fridge downstairs came in handy for extra drinks and ice storage. We also loved having a dock for our boat less than 50 feet from the house and enjoyed watching the manatees every morning! An added bonus! Thank you for a great, relaxing break from the current crisis! We’ll always remember where we were in March of 2020! We had a fabulous three days soaking up sun and chilling out from the media overload! We will definitely refer folks to your comfortable beach home! Cynthia Fisher
