So thankful for your review and happy you and your family enjoyed the toys, snorkel equipment and skim boards in the storage bin on the lanai. I hope they got to feed the many large koi we have in the ponds. I do agree about the location. We are close to all kinds of groceries and shopping, marina, golf and luau at the Beach Villas. You can easily get to the Northshore or Honolulu for some fantastic restaurants and to Waikiki to see the iconic skyline, the fireworks on Friday nights and the farmers market at KCC on Saturday morning. Thank you for taking the time to review our property and I sure appreciate the rating. I’m glad you found our lagoon to be way less crowded but sorry you feel that the value wasn’t there. I do have to respond about the value though. Neither of our neighboring properties at Disney nor Marriott Vacation Club have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They both charge for parking. We stayed at the Marriott Vacation club before becoming owners at the Beach Villas and it was always the same or more expensive than our unit and it was only a 2 bedroom/2 bath. Our kitchen is far superior with Wolf and SubZero appliances. Our condo is much more spacious with a huge lanai, ocean views and sliding doors that open the unit fully to the outdoors. Plus we are able to eat at any of their restaurants and return to our peaceful serenity. Marriott’s and Disney’s grounds, pools and lagoons are always significantly more crowded and busy. I’ve never stayed at Disney but friends have and said they found it very expensive for a hotel room. I have found the value just the opposite but I am partial and everyone is entitled to their opinion and I appreciate yours. Much Mahalo and I am so glad you enjoyed your stay, Michelle

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. It was a pleasure meeting you and your three girlfriends. Glad I was there the week prior to welcome you and I so wished you had the beautiful weather I had instead of the weather you encountered. I’m so glad you four childhood friends made the best of it and still celebrated your birthdays! It is nice to go and see the busyness of Waikiki and Honolulu and take advantage of their wonderful restaurants and shopping, especially if you haven't been there as it is only 40/45 minutes away. Personally I'm with you and prefer the quiet peaceful location of our condo in Ko Olina. Mahalo, Michelle
