Susan, We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your condo and our beautiful island! The owners have assured us the beds are queen and not full. They have even sent us a copy of the receipt. The beds are memory foam and that may make them appear smaller. Look forward to your return visit to our sand shores! Christine

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your review. Yes, Seabrook is a private, gated community. There are restaurants on the island, which are accessible if you choose to purchase the amenity card. With amenities, guests can enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. Seabrook is known for its relaxed, laid-back beach atmosphere. If you're seeking a more active, bustling environment, it may not be the ideal fit. Just half a mile from the island’s entrance is Freshfields Village, which offers a variety of shopping and dining options. Additionally, nearby Kiawah Island has several restaurants open to the public, including The Ryder Cup Bar, Cherrywood BBQ, and many others. If you ever return, I recommend researching the area in advance—there are definitely great places nearby to dine and explore! If the property was great not quite undersanding the 3 star review. Thank you John for the review. We do not see any notation of your reaching out while staying at the villa. We always recommend to the guest that they reach out with any problems while on property. Even though we are not the property manager we assist with any problems that may arise. The light bulb could of been replaced immediately. Thank you for making us aware of the front door issue. Tina, We are very disheartened to hear from you regarding your recent stay at one of our High Hammock Villas, actually at one of our more sought after High Hammock Villas. You booked your reservation last minute (the day before arrival) through VRBO and were sent a detailed Information Packet from our company, which appears you viewed. In there it lists all emergency phone numbers to contact once on island. I understand when using a third party booking site, like VRBO, it can be very confusing. This is why we explain the importance of reading the Information Packet. Your booked property was described as 1000 square foot 2 bedroom with pictures. The bathrooms show shower curtains. You were her for two nights and did not contact our office to voice any complaints about the villa or cleanliness. If you had, we could have rectified any issues while you were here instead of hearing of them after you left. Our rental company is on island and is staffed by 9, who are all island residents. We pride ourselves on customer service and the personal touch! We do hope you visit our beautiful island, in the future, contact us directly and let us redeem our reputation for you.
