Pulito, comodo e conveniente!

Questa residenza cittadina ben arredata in rovere bianco, all'interno della gated community di Wintergreen Resort, è un'unità PULITA, NON FUMATORI, SENZA ANIMALI che può ospitare fino a sei persone, dotata di nuovi set di materassi (peluche e cuscino). Tutti hanno anche delle belle coperture protettive.

Questa è anche la nostra seconda casa, quindi ci prendiamo molta cura di avere un posto pulito e confortevole per i nostri ospiti e noi stessi. Tuttavia, non è pieno di oggetti personali. Vogliamo farti sentire a casa!

Situato sulla cima di una montagna nel Wintergreen Resort. Questa unità su tre livelli offre molta privacy a te e ai tuoi compagni di viaggio.

WINTERGREEN RESORT è un resort per 4 stagioni. La casa è adiacente sia ai sentieri escursionistici che alle piste da sci.

A pochi passi da sentieri, piste da sci, Mountain Inn, eventi speciali, ristoranti, bar e minimarket. Goditi la vicinanza delle piste senza il rumore delle macchine per la neve! C'è un deposito sci esterno sicuro.

In inverno, dopo una giornata sulle piste, rilassati davanti al camino. In estate, goditi il lago Monocan per nuotare e andare in barca (domenica-venerdì).

La legna per camino GRATUITA si trova di fronte all'unità.

Per vostra comodità, c'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size nell'unità, nonché un asse da stiro e un ferro da stiro. Tutte le lenzuola sono incluse e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con attrezzature, stoviglie, pentole e utensili.

Gli affittuari dovrebbero portare con sé oggetti di consumo.

Ci sono una varietà di attività: escursionismo, sci, spa, pattinaggio su ghiaccio, nuoto, pedalò, canoa nelle acque locali, lezioni di pesca a mosca nel resort, tennis (Stoney Creek), snow tubing, paint ball, videogiochi, mini -golf, skateboard e altro!

Beautiful views/location

Great place was spectacular views, and close to all the brewery/wineries. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Amazing place

It was a Amazing stay. The place was very roomy and felt like home. Had everything you needed and more to make it feel like home. Very close walking distance from the slopes also. I Highly recommend this place and will definitely will be back next year.

cozy retreat

This is the third time staying here and will be back. It is very quiet, clean, and has everything you would need. Owners are very quick to respond and very easy to work with! High recommend!!!

Great weekend

This townhome was very clean and perfect for our family weekend at Wintergreen. Walking distance to the main lodge. Several hiking trails we could walk to from the property.

Cozy condo close to slopes

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. It was spacious for our family, and the kitchen was well equipped. I'm not sure I would want to walk to the slopes from it, but the drive is just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Ski Trip

Cozy place at Wintergreen. Very clean and well stocked. Has a bed in the upstairs loft which was perfect for my youngest. Very communicative owners. It's a bit of a walk along a walkway to the slopes but much better then trying park there and walking. Great place for a small family.

Beautiful Spot

This is a well-stocked, beautiful condo. The beds are extremely comfortable and the living area is open and inviting. There is a great deck off the living room with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back.

This is the second time using this property. It is very clean has everything you need to feel at home. It is very close to lift and rentals. Looking forward to using it again next year!

Wonderful Mountain Getwaway

A very nice 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in Wintergreen close to everything you need. Restaurants and hiking trails within a short walk. Kitchen is equipped wonderfully. Over a hundred DVD's to watch and many books to read while you relax. Gas Station and Marketplace close by. Really a gem!

Fourth Of July Getaway!

This property was a perfect fit for our family of five. The property was very clean and accurately described in the listing. Perfect location for walking to the lodge to view the fireworks on the 4th of July. Very private location and comfortable furnishings! Owners were extremely prompt in answering questions before our trip and during our stay. Absolutely, NO problems with this listing at all! We would definitely book this property again.

Great weekend

Had a great weekend with some friends. The place was perfect and fit us perfectly. It was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Would be great to have 2 more regular chairs for the table but we made the stools work. Thank you for the prompt response to any questions.

Quaint little spot.

Cute little spot. There were issues with electricity on a couple nights which were out of everyone's control. The owners handled the situation very quickly and kept us in the loop as much as they could. The home had everything we needed for our stay and there were plenty of places to go nearby for entertainment. We enjoyed our time and would definitely come back. So far, one of the best VRBO we've ever stayed at okay.

Great Condo close to the slopes

We visited for a long weekend. The condo was nicely appointed and just a few blocks from the ski slopes. Location was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was awesome! We loved the multiple levels and the kids especially loved the loft. The absence of wi-fi allowed us to unplug and enjoy family time. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Nice, comfortable place. We will be back!

Great condo in good location

The property was as promised and the owner/manager responded quickly to any questions. It states no wi-fi but we noticed almost all the surrounding properties had it. That would be a nice addition as well as, perhaps, a better TV. It would also be nice to have some kind of drawers (in the closet?) in the first floor bedroom. But otherwise it was well equipped and maintained. We loved the back deck w/table. A great place to visit, eat, and enjoy nature.

Amazing!!

WOW! We could have not been more pleased with our stay in this beautify and cozy mountain retreat. The experience began with the warm welcome from the owner Christie, she ensured we were having a great time and informed us of activities in the area we could take advantage of. We literally said WOW when we walked in to this beautify appointed home. No detail was left out. The home was clean, the beds were so comfy it was hard to get everyone up and moving in the mornings. We will definitely be back. I would love to be here in the fall too.

Nice getaway

Overall a lovely place to stay. Would return. A problem with the deck door automatically locking. Should be a notice stating that. One night was a tad bit warm indoors, so decided to turn AC on but it would not stay on. Should have a repair person look into. Again, would return. Owner & management very prompt with communication(s). Thanks, Deb Wanner

Beautiful setting, very clean, no internet/wifi

The townhouse is in a beautiful setting, and is very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the back deck was a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the fall leaves changing colors. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of cookware and dishes. There are board games and DVDs for people to enjoy as well. It is a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway for leaf viewing. Two considerations - there is not central heat/air, only baseboard heat and through-the-wall A/C units, so you have to control each space individually instead of having a thermostat. Also, there is no internet service, which was sorely missed by my teenagers.

The key locker at the door was extremely difficult to open. There was only one key in the locker. I suggest a new locker. The apartment is sized for 6 adults, but there was not 6 chairs for the dining table. I could have used a contact phone number when we couldn´t open the door.

Wintergreen has been a vacation spot for our family since 2001, because it is an amazing location with much to do for an active family that enjoys the outdoors. We live in southern VA and Wintergreen is a quick trip to the mountains to escape the summer heat!

The slopes and other activities are a short walk from the home. This particular neighborhood has very few rentals, offering quiet and privacy. The White Oak townhomes at Wintergreen Resort are the ONLY condos/townhomes at the resort without shared floors/ceilings, allowing you to vacation without noise interruptions from neighbors. With living space on 3 levels, it offers a lot of privacy for guests traveling together.

Walking distance to ski slopes, 30 miles of hiking trails for all ability levels within the resort, and it is adjacent to the Appalachian Trail and Blueridge Parkway. Area attractions include Crabtree Falls, Paul's Creek natural stone waterslide, Sherando Lake, and many local breweries, cideries, and wineries along Nelson 151.
