This was our second time staying, and Amanda was a wonderful host once again! The bed is super comfy and the house has everything you need. The views and the breeze on the porch are wonderful.

Everything was great. So close to Coral Bay and many other bays and places you will want to visit while in St. John. Place had everything you need or want. Host answered all questions about food, things to do, etc. It was our first trip to St. John and was the favorite place we’ve ever visited.

Close to restaurants and town but still tucked away

We really enjoyed our stay here. We really liked that there was a less than 5 minute drive to so many restaurants and the town but was still private and quiet.

Amanda was so helpful, especially during an island power outage that lasted for many hours over approximately 2 ½ days. She supplied water, battery fans, and a large battery backup that enabled us to stay internet connected throughout. We’ve stayed here before: The property is very clean , well and comfortably furnished on the quiet side of the island. In short, don’t come here ‘cuz we want it all to ourselves!

Absolutely loved our stay. Amanda was a text away for anything that popped up. Location was also great as we were minutes away from some of the best hikes and beaches!

Lovely accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at Amanda's apartment. It is attractively furnished and the terrace is so enjoyable with fresh breezes. We really loved our St. John experience and hope to be back!

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!

This was a beautiful, relaxing place to be! We loved the deck, it was the perfect place to relax after a busy day of hiking and snorkeling. The location was wonderful, away from busy Cruz Bay and close to the quieter Coral Bay. We will recommend this property to anyone we know. It was altogether a lovely place and we would stay there again!

Absolutely loved this house! The attention to detail in this home was wonderful! Very clean and everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing! The location was also very accessible. The owner Amanda was very helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely be back!

Great location! Excellent hospitality!

The villa is roomy, very comfortable, and is very well stocked with everything you need at home or the beach. It was perfect for the two of us for 10 days. The location is also excellent if you like to split time at Coral Bay beaches or north shore beaches. Amanda is an excellent and very attentive host. Would definitely stay again.

Very Convenient to Coral Bay

This is a lovely rental, with a fantastic covered porch that has an excellent view of Coral Bay. Amanda is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Perfect home for 2. Very well equipped kitchen - I cooked more than I had planned to on vacation. Great location, clean and easy communication with owner. Hope to stay again.

Great vacation hideaway!

Owen and Amanda are excellent hosts who have created a beautiful, clean, and inviting retreat for couples to enjoy. The home is beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and is thoughtfully designed/organized for a great vacation. We would definitely stay here again. Best spot on the Coral Bay side of the island.

Amanda’s Coral. Bay spot is perfect. It’s clean, well taken care of and in a beautiful spot. You can get to many beaches with just a short drive.

Quiet days in Coral Bay

First time here and a good choice to stay away from the hustle of the Cruz area. Easy drive up to the North Shore beaches and close to amenities. The property was exactly what we were looking for and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Looking forward to our return trip to St John.
