Il nostro spazio è un ottimo punto di approdo per i viaggiatori felici che vogliono godersi le nostre meravigliose montagne Wasatch. Questa casa è immersa in una baia tranquilla e comprende un ingresso sotterraneo privato fuori terra, con parcheggio fuori strada, una vasca idromassaggio isolata, un gazebo e un barbecue privato. Questo spazio separato di 1.500 piedi quadrati ha un angolo cottura completamente attrezzato, 2 ampie camere da letto con vista (pensa passando cervi e un tramonto fantastico), e l'altra è una camera da letto per bambini con letti a castello. Una camera da letto include un letto per dormire e l'altra ha un meraviglioso cuscino. La terza camera ha letti a castello e 2 letti estraibili.
C'è un locale per asciugare gli attrezzi da sci / snowboard, un bar in granito e un frigorifero, 2 T.V, spazio per uffici e wifi. Il bagno ha una vasca per bambini, una doppia toeletta con lavandini in vetro e corrimano per anziani. Il soggiorno ha un camino e un fantastico massaggiatore per i piedi dopo quelle divertenti ed estenuanti giornate sugli sci. Quindi, rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio, guardando le stelle e guardando i nostri cervi residenti vagare. Ci sono anche servizi di lavanderia disponibili su richiesta con una lavatrice e asciugatrice di grande capacità, con sapone per bucato e fogli asciugatrice disponibili. C'è anche un asse da stiro e ferro da stiro. Necessità e articoli da toeletta gratuiti sono inclusi asciugamani puliti, morbidi, asciugamani per vasca idromassaggio, shampoo, balsamo, sapone, salviette, lozione e asciugacapelli.
L'angolo cottura è completamente fornito di macchinetta del caffè, Keurig, bollitore per tè, frullatore, pentole, padelle, tostapane, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, forno Kitchenaid di piccola capacità, fornello a induzione smart-touch singolo, piccolo frigorifero, gelatiera, macchina per tostare, cuociriso automatico e speriamo che sia necessario qualsiasi altra cosa. CUCITURE DA CUCINA: Forniamo caffè, tè, cioccolata calda con farina, olio d'oliva, aceto, sale e pepe, zucchero, ketchup, senape, maionese e sciroppo d'acero. Ci piace cucinare e probabilmente abbiamo quello che stai cercando.
Lo spazio è spazioso per 6 persone, buono per 8 persone, e può ospitare un massimo di 10 persone (utilizzando 2 letti estraibili). C'è un'entrata da tastiera in modo da poter effettuare il check-in quasi ogni volta che è necessario senza dover contattarci.

The location is great. Nice quiet area in a beautiful area. Grocery stores are close which is a huge plus when staying at a VRBO. There were games and other details that made the stay even better!

wonderful property, excellent location for skiing

Emma's place was perfect for our family ski trip with 18 and 22 year olds, the pool table got tons of use from our 22 year old and the location close to the mouth of Little Cottonwood was terrific for skiing. The appliances, fixtures, and furnishings all felt high end, decor was fun and eclectic, the hot tub was great, and Emma was very helpful and communicative. We liked the quiet setting in a neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped (counter top over was fine), and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Lovely basement accommodation in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all the main areas south of Salt Lake City. Great hosts - perfect instructions for check-in and everything was catered for within the Unit. Anybody staying here will not be disappointed! Thank you.

Perfect Spot!

Great neighborhood and location for our ski trip to to Alta and Snowbird! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family loved the hot tub, fireplace and all the games! Only wish there was a full stove- but the cooktop worked out just fine! Had a wonderful time and would love to return!

Very Nice and Quiet

Very nice daylight basement lodging in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The parking spot was a bit tricky to navigate out of and the wireless internet strength was somewhat inconsistent, but overall we are very happy with our stay.

Such A Cute Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun playing pool and loved the big hot tub. The yard was beautiful and felt private with all the trees. The owners are great to work with. Close to town and all the other things we were doing. Our only wish was for another bathroom. I assumed it had two but there is only one, so sharing one bathroom with 8 people was a bit tricky but we managed.

Amazing family ski trip!

Our family (2 boys ages 12 and 14) had the best time visiting Alta/Snowbird and staying at this property. Emma the host was extremely responsive, kind and attentive. She even mailed me items we forgot to pack up at check out! My kids loved the pool and air hockey table and we also used the hot tub right out the door a couple of times. Highly recommend this property if you are planning on visiting Sandy and the nearby mountains!!

Perfect for snowbird/alta getaway

Good for short quick ski trip to alta/snowbird. Bit of a unique property but definitely doesn't take away from its charm. Aprox 20 min drive to ski resorts, private hot tub with very nice backyard and grill. Only downside is 1 bathroom and mattresses need updates but those are all negligible when you come to ski. Other huge plus is wild deer just roam the property and they get so close to you!!! So thats always fun.

Perfect location and amenities fo a ski trip

Emma and Ken have a wonderful piece of property. It’s 22 minutes from Snowbird, 6 minutes to Walmart and no more than 15 minutes to other great restaurants and shopping. Emma and Ken were very helpful with anything we needed. That could be reminding me of the door code or coming down and setting the TV up so we could watch football after a day of skiing. The Hot Tub was perfect, private and had a bunch of deer that loved to watch you relax after a hard day skiing. We had 2 20 year olds and a 17 year old with us The pool table and dart board were a huge hit as well as the fireplace and ping pong table. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Amazing place to stay for a ski week!

We 4 guys (late 50’s/early 60’s) stayed here feb 25-mar 4. Perfect location to access most of the amazing ski resorts within 30-40 mins. Very clean, comfy beds, great evening games with pool, air hockey, darts etc etc. hot tub out back perfect apres ski recovery with a cold beer or 2. We were spoiled with amazing snow conditions, powder almost every day. All resorts are great, snowbird outstanding but go early, parking fills up and canyon rd to get there was closed on a couple of big snow days for avalanche control and road clearing until about 8:30 or 9 am. We cooked in and ate out. There are a few good restaurants 10 to 15 mins away, grocery stores too and kitchen well equipped for all kinds of cooking including gas bbq out the back door. The host Emma is excellent, kind, attentive and helpful. Don’t hesitate to ask her about anything. She happily gets back to you immediately. She even brought us yummy leftover breakfast that she made one morning. 10 star. You can’t go wrong here! I’m sure it’s equally good as a summer destination for hiking, biking, climbing etc. we’d highly recommend this property and host!

Okay, but had some issues

Typically any minor issues I ignore and just let the Owner know privately. But when, for the first time you get a damage Bill, and you do not feel is fair , and Host ignores you, and just charges the card. In fairness, Emma was very friendly and helpful in every other respect, fixes all the small issues as they came upProperty Pro'srelatively cheap, especially if you have more than 4, okay location, quiet, the 2 bedrooms with queens are nicely decked out, the Pool table is great.Consthe bunk room beds are blow up mattress, so are the trundles, The kitchen is really smalll to cater for 7, the fridges are too small for 7, you basically have to shop every day. Concerns.No Instruction Book could be found, normally it's on the countertop, (we found it on the last day under a bench of other paperwork in a draw, Not checkout instructions.There is no egress in the Bunkroom, so if there a fire in the hall, no escape we could see. BBQ gas bottle empty, no rubbish bags, No checkout instructions. Camera on Porch looking straight into living room.DamageSo we didn't tie down the Hot Tub Lid, Why. because we never have anywhere we've stayed, there was an extremely strong storm, the lid blew off. The owner referred to the very, very small sign at the base of the steps that nobody saw, 7 adults did not see it. All 7 of us including 3 engineers, 1 Doctor, 1 architect, did not see the sign located at ur feet, not where you would look as you got out.

Listing not as described!

This would have been a wonderful place to stay, but the listing for this rental property is misleading and did not fully disclose all the dome cameras they have around the property, which we believe violates VRBO's privacy policies. First, this is an owner-occupied rental, where the rental space is their basement that has a private entrance around the house in the backyard. You DO NOT get the entire house despite them posting pictures of the entire house. This was advertised as being “secluded” and “PRIVATE space NO SHARING” however, there was a man that walked by through the rented space in the backyard to get to his garden which made all of us uncomfortable. They played music on their outside speakers which impeded our desire for quiet nature, let alone private space.The kicker though, is that they have cameras all over the outside which were not identified in the listing, in writing, verbally, or any form of posting on the property and made our stay feel extremely uncomfortable, exposed and violated. Not only are there undisclosed cameras on the property, there are three large windows to the rental facing the backyard and one camera that could look directly into the main room, which also contained a bed to use - however, there were absolutely NO window coverings/blinds/shutters for privacy!Again, it would have been a really nice place to stay, but the creepiness of the cameras, no privacy, and misleading posting not saying it was owner-occupied ruined it.

Serenity and beyond

The property is tucked away with a beautiful wooded atmosphere right on the Wasatch front with picturesque Mountains. It truly is a gem. Saw fun and friendly wildlife, a mommy and baby deer, frolicking squirrels that seemed domesticated actually. The home is rustically but also elegantly decorated with all the entertainment for adults, our 9 and 17 year old grandkids too - Pool table, air-hockey, private hot tub and a quiet gazebo to take in the outdoors and more The kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking and meal prep needs too! The kids room is so fun, with a light show projector… (picture below)Our host Emma, was delightful and always quick to respond. I Will definitely definitely stay again when visiting the area, we loved this stay and property. The James Family.

Not as expected.

Pros:The home and area were beautiful and clean.The pool table, ice hockey, dart board were fun.Cons:The property is actually the basement of a house where people live. The only separation between the basement and the living areas upstairs was a folding room divider that was held in place by a bar stool and some sort of padlock which was a little shocking upon first sight. Definitely not shown in the pictures. The kitchen was not a full kitchen. There is an electric hot plate for cooking and a toaster oven. The fridge is not full size. There was food leftover in the fridge and there were dishes in the dishwasher. The book said there were portable heaters in the closets of the 3 bedrooms. There was only one portable heater and the 3rd bedroom did not have a closet. Communication was a little slow. All in all, the place was nice and while pictures were mostly accurate, the above details seem to be specifically left out of the listing. We would not have rented it had we known all the details but it was fine.
