Second time staying here and another exceptional experience. The home is very clean, the pool is warm and relaxing and the home had all the amenities for someone visiting from out of town. Loads of beach towels, beach toys and chairs. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are soft as can be. We will be back again and again. We also love the location right by everything you could ever need! The host also responds extremely fast!

Big house with great layout, VERY clean and beautifuly decorated rooms, we really enjoyed our stay! We loved spending time in the game room playing pool and ping pong or watching TV in the living room or being in the pool. Water was very clean and comfortable for swimming (we paid for water heat that's set at 85F) and there wasbunch of pool toys and noodles. Also provided pool towels, lots of bath towels, plenty of bed pillows and covers.Kitchen has all the dishes you might need if you plan on cooking (but you need to buy salt, sugar, etc.).Andrew was quick in responding twice I had questions, so 5 stars for everything. Thank you! :)

Amazing property!

Our family absolutely lovers this house. It was very spacious and clean, as well as being close to everything. We loved the space that it provided for our family, and really loved the pool area. Spoke to the host several times before and during the stay and they were incredibly responsive. We would certainly stay here again!

The only thing I didn't like was how close the surrounding houses are, the house does have some privacy in the pool area.

Thank you for the review Darby. I am glad you and your family had a good time staying at the villa. We appreciate the feedback and realize although we are located in a community of other houses, we have installed thick shrubbery along both sides of the pool area to provide as much privacy as possible. Great Location, Beautiful Property

Very pleased with the stay. The house was great and spacious, and the pool was a nice touch for our days in. The only complaint is the traffic on I-4 making the trip to Disney a bit longer than expected (25-35 mins daily). Andrew was great and always very responsive, would definitely stay again even with the longer drive to Disney.

Fantastic villa capped off our fantastic holiday

The villa was spacious and very well furnished. Everything and more was supplied, lots of pool towels, clean fresh white towels, a ninja blender, hair dryers, kettle, more than enough for our family of 9. Communication with our hosts was excellent especially when we had a power outage. Situated in a quiet residential area, there was perfect quiet after long days at the parks. We would definitely recommend a stay there.

Great House if going to Disney

The house was good but the location wasn’t great. It took about 1 to 11/2 hrs to get to SeaWorld and Universal There was so much traffic where it should’ve been 20 to 30 min. Would definitely recommend this house if going to Disney

The house is lovely and very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery etc, also a good supply of DVDs if needed.Communication with the owner was exceptional, his response time was very quick.Unfortunately we had an issue with the pool heat which we had paid for, it wasn’t working, despite the owner sending several people out to try and fix it, he did everything he could to try and rectify it and refunded us without a problem, when it could not be fixed. It was a very big disappointment not to be able to use the pool, as it was very cold due to a cold spell. However, I would not hesitate in recommending the property once this issue has been resolved.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you found the home well equipped and appreciated the communication. We apologize for the pool heating issue and understand how disappointing that would have been, particularly during cooler weather. The issue has since been resolved with the installation of a new pool heater. Thank you for being great guests and for the recommendation. We hope to host you and your family again in the future!

Great pool !

This house was perfect for our family’s stay in Orlando. This was our first experience using VRBO and it was a good one. The proximity of this home to Disney and Universal was great, and not a bad drive to Clearwater Beach for the day either ! House was clean and just as expected from the photos. The pool was our favorite part. There are Bluetooth speakers in the pool area which was great as well! Andrew was also very communicative prior to and at the end of our stay. We would stay here again !

Winter getaway

Very clean, and spacious for our family of 7. High chairs, pack n plays, and strollers were a big convenience for us. Kids loved the pool, got warm enough for them in February with the added heater. They also enjoyed the game room and character bedrooms. The neighborhood felt very safe and well kept. The pool guy was friendly and nice to talk to. Highly recommend and will definitely keep in mind for our next Disney/Florida trip.

Perfect family getaway

This was a birthday trip for my 2 year old son and my sister. The property was beautiful and looked exactly as listed in the photos. It was close to everything and very clean. All you need to do is bring your clothes! This house has all the amenities you need and was definitely a home away from home. On the second day of our stay we accidentally locked ourselves out of the home. Both the owner and property manager were quick with a response to help us get back in. We all absolutely enjoyed ourselves and didn’t want to leave.

From the moment we entered this beautiful house our family felt right at home. The home is exactly as described in the listing. The owner Andrew was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. We enjoyed many days and nights in the pool as well as game night and movie nights in the living room.
