We're happy you found the property beautiful and in a great location, a few steps from the old town. We're sorry your arrival on 9 September didn't go as smoothly as it should have. We have since reviewed the check-in with our local team and are tightening our arrival process, so that future guests have a clear, confirmed meeting time and key handover before they travel. Our caretaker has advised that he was experiencing IT and Wi-Fi issues during check-in, which is why the call was cut off, and he did try to call you back.
