Vivi una vera vacanza al mare a Vero Beach - Beachcomber Escape!
Siamo situati in una tranquilla strada residenziale a 50 passi dalla spiaggia. La spiaggia è meravigliosa, pulita e tranquilla. Il nostro ampio giardino privato offre molto spazio per rilassarsi e socializzare con amici e familiari. La nostra casa è completamente attrezzata e pronta per essere goduta. La vicinanza alla spiaggia e i suoni del surf ti fanno passare gran parte del tempo in acqua!

Goditi la tradizionale architettura "Florida Cottage" degli anni '60:
- arredamento casual ma di classe sulla spiaggia
- Aprire il piano principale con una parete piena di finestre che si affacciano sull'ampio giardino privato
- 3 camere da letto, ognuna con bagno privato: una, facilmente accessibile al primo piano; due al secondo piano

This is the second time my family has stayed in this house! We love it. The location can't be beat - just a few steps off the beach. And the house is beautiful and clean. All of the "extras" are provided - soaps, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper etc. There are beach chairs and tons of beach (and bath) towels. You will not be disappointed staying here!

We had such an amazing stay! The location could not have been better being literally steps from the beach. This was incredibly convenient, especially traveling with kids. Being able to walk back and forth so easily made our trip that much more enjoyable.The house was absolutely spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. You can tell the hosts take great pride in their property and truly care about their guests. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish…welcoming, helpful, and very easy to communicate with.We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, family-friendly place right by the beach. We had an amazing time and will absolutely be back!

What a lovely stay we experienced on our family holiday with our sons and their wives! The bedroom/bathroom set-ups meant each couple had their own lovely space. Yet we so enjoyed coming together to cook/eat meals, play scrabble and enjoy the nearby beach together. The house was very clean and cool; a real retreat from the hot Florida sun. We thoroughly recommend this lovely Indian Rivers home.

The house was beautifully decorated and also very comfortable. It had 3 master suites which was perfect for my family. The proximity to a mostly private beach and good restaurants nearby made it a fabulous vacation.

This beach cottage is lovely. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need from beach chairs and towels to laundry detergent, soap, spices, paper products, bikes, coolers etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. And it's only a few steps to the beach. You can hear the waves crashing while you enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the patio or while napping in the hammock.

Second stay and this fantastic home that never disappoints. Spotless clean, it has anything you need and more. Steps to the beautiful beach. All rooms are on suite, which is great and hard to find. I could not recommend it enough. Also, great communication with the owner.

Great experience!

We stayed for 10 days as our family enjoys quiet time near the water. The location to the beach was perfect - close enough and just off the beach to walk back for lunch or to cool off. The beach chairs, towels, tent/umbrellas were the best we have ever had access to in our years of staying at beach homes. The home was as advertised and most comfortable for our family. Also, we loved learning about the Vero Beach area and enjoyed eating at local restaurants in the area. It was perfect. Thank you!!

Perfect beach house!

This is probably the best home we have ever rented. The home has everything you would need or want from beach towels&chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. The location is one block from a beautiful beach yet close to town, restaurants and shopping. The house has plenty of space indoors and out for a family gathering with grills, smoker and fire pit. And, though we had not expected to use it, a gas fireplace in the living area. Working with the owners was so easy and enjoyable. Our family enjoyed our visit very much and hope to rent again!

Nirvana!

This rental is perfection. 💗 The home is very clean, comfortable, updated and beautifully decorated (with lots of room and privacy). The second floor balconies with each bedroom are wonderful. Just steps from the beautiful, peaceful beach...sunrises are amazing! The back patio is exceptional...an oasis. Neighbors are very friendly :). Our stay was incredible but too short. Gordon and Annemarie are exceptional hosts!!

Amazing Home!

**A Hidden Gem!** This home exceeded all our expectations—it's even more impressive than the photos and description suggest! The proximity to the ocean is incredible; you can hear the soothing sound of waves crashing from inside the house, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the luxurious linens and high-quality soaps to the fun selection of board games available for guests. The house was pristine, filled with natural light, and exuded warmth and comfort. Our five-day stay was nothing short of amazing. Vero Beach is a delightful discovery, too—every meal we had was delicious, and we encountered nothing but friendly faces. We truly hope to return someday, and when we do, we know exactly where we'll stay!

What an incredible home. So much more than I was expecting. The artwork, the soft furnishings, the spaciousness, just wow. The fact that it was an older home only occurred to me when I really started to look around. It was then that both my partner and I felt a warm remembrance of our childhoods. The tiny spot where you can spy the old terrazzo floor, the wood framed windows with stained glass decoration, the color of the tiles in the bathrooms. Just a joy!If you love to cook, the kitchen is appointed with brand names such as le Cruesuet, Viking and All Clad. Because of the quality, everything is in top notch shape. There are even Yeti cups and coolers to use for your stay. Not a single thing has been overlooked. The organization of every single cabinet is something I aspire to. Everything from washing machine pods to parchment paper to smoked salt is exactly where you’d expect to find it. A huge amount of outdoor space makes it very easy to get some quiet time if wanted. When the listing says the beach is only 40 steps away, they truly mean it. Not only that, but the beach was not busy at all. It is public access, but there is no parking on the street, so I imagine that keeps a lot of people away. The host was just lovely. Communication was quick, friendly and helpful. Don’t miss a chance to stay at this home. You won’t be sorry. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Blissful and Opulent

This home is the most well appointed home we've ever stayed in. It is pure luxury on every level. Highly recommended. We enjoyed the beach at night watching the sea turtles come in to nest during a full moon cycle. Truly a magical experience and staying in this home made it such a wonderful experience with our college age kids. I was sorry to have missed the checkout time so we weren't able to restore it to its proper pristine condition before leaving. I really felt awful because this house is impeccable and deserved proper attention. Look no further. This is the place you should be renting when coming to Vero!

Our home is available to visitors who are looking for a casual, well kept and well equipped home right by the ocean. Josefa, our Concierge manages our home in our absence. She is available by 24/7 should any problems arise. And we are always only an email away.

As the saying goes: "location, location, location". We are 40 steps to the beach. You hear the surf as you drift off to sleep. The street is quiet. Our property is very private. And the beach is largely deserted!
Vero Beach is a well-kept secret on Florida's Treasure Coast. Come and see what we mean!

This is a traditional 60's "Key West" Florida cottage. Since 2020 we have upgraded the property - including grounds, furniture, electrical, plumbing, appliances and decor. All bedrooms are private suites with ensuite bathrooms. The home is well equipped with absolutely everything you will need.
CLEANLINESS: We are sticklers for cleanliness. Our home is cleaned and sanitized between visitors by our professional staff. We review their work constantly.
SUSTAINABILITY: Our exterior lights are low to minimize our impact on sea turtles and other wildlife. We discourage single-use products and recycle everything. We are transitioning to 100% LED lighting.
VALUE: We monitor the prices of comparable accommodations in our area and keep our prices competitive.
WE ARE PROUD THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED 5 STAR RATINGS FROM EVERY ONE OF OUR DOZENS OF GUESTS.
