This was a great location. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get around to everything we needed. Walked to the lift and spent a day on top of the mountain. The only issue was it is on a bottom floor that is two flights down stairs. We managed of course. The view off the patio was beautiful. Hot tub and pool are close and washer and dryer were easy to access. Loved our stay in Steamboat Springs

Thank you for staying at The West 3205. Glad the location, cleanliness, and comfort met your expectations and that you could walk to the lift and enjoy the mountain. Sorry the unit was two flights down — glad you managed. Happy the patio view, hot tub, pool, and easy washer/dryer access added to your stay. Hope to host you again in Steamboat Springs.

Excellent location to walk to ski village. Easy close parking. Unit was comfortable and decorated very nicely. (Definitely a much nicer experience than your typical well worn ski unit). Being on the ground floor we did have to use caution with the abundance of wildlife this summer.

Thank you for staying at The West 3205. Glad the location, easy parking, and comfortable, nicely decorated unit met your expectations. Sorry that being on the ground floor meant extra caution with abundant wildlife this summer — we’ll share your feedback with the team and consider adding more seasonal guidance for ground-floor guests. We’d love to host you again.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo with gorgeous views of the mountain side. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Fantastic location against the mountain, is walking distance to the ski village, and a short, free public bus ride into town. Highly recommend!

Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in
The place was not ready until an hour after check in and they offered no apology or explanation. The remote for the fireplace was missing and that was the primary source of heat for the living room which we had someone sleeping in. It was difficult to keep the room warm enough without the fireplace working properly. Proximity to the ski lifts was great and the hot tub was very nice.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry the property wasn’t ready until an hour after check‑in and that you didn’t receive an apology or explanation — we should have communicated and will review our cleaning/scheduling and staff procedures to prevent this. I’m also sorry the fireplace remote was missing and that made the living room difficult to heat; I’ll have maintenance check the unit, replace the remote, and make sure spares and clear heating instructions are available. Glad the proximity to the ski lifts worked well and that you enjoyed the hot tub. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

Nice quiet stay in a beautiful area

I was very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet and serene location. Check in/out was a little different than I’m used to because it’s at a different location than the rental, but it wasn’t hard to figure out and there was great communication from Retreatia.
