Loved staying at this property. Beautiful and well appointed. Couldn’t ask for better hosts- very responsive and kind. So close to Hot Springs but on the beautiful lake. Check-in easy, and check-out a breeze, too! You will not be disappointed with Sunset Bay; we could have stayed forever….

Great house! Very comfortable and clean with plenty of space and we appreciated the little details like garbage bags, dish soaps, shampoo even had coffee available to get us started. Swimming around the private dock was a favorite place to be!

The entire place very clean and well maintained. Couple of neighbors stopped out front and visited shirt time while on their walk. Very quite road..evening visits of geese enjoyed by the littlest as well as the oldest of us.Shops close by traffic in area very low especially for holiday. If only a way to regulate the weather!!

Our whole family of 8 adults and 6 kids under 5 stayed very comfortably! We loved that all the adults got king sized beds. The deck is fully gated as well as a fence all along the lake shore which was great for our family with small children. Kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Spot!

This house is perfect in every way. Lots of space, clean, comfortable- well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The inlet is perfect for grabbing a couple of rafts and floating the day away. You’ll not regret staying here for a long weekend or a few weeks!

Our stay was fantastic. We were celebrating my besties and I’s 40th birthdays with our families. All 13 of us loved the property, there was so much space for us. The bunk room is large and tucked away so we could have fun playing games without fear of waking the kids after they went to bed. The views are beautiful and it’s located within a few minutes of town so we weren’t far from stores. Only 15 mins from the science museum and the gardens, and 30 mins from a quartz dig site! Joey & Brian were so very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 recommend staying here.

Great house for large groups

This house was perfect for our team get together. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, check in was easy, the lake views are awesome, and its proximity to town you just can't beat. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home.

Amazing Stay

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Sunset Bay. The owners were very accommodating and their communication was fantastic. The house is in a perfect spot on the lake and the layout with multiple bedrooms works really well for multiple families. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to return again.

Relaxing vacation with the kids and grandkids.

A very nice property located on a quiet cove. Very nicely decorated yet comfortable and homey. There was more than enough room for eight of us. Everyone really enjoyed the time we were there
