Thanks, Elizabeth! The square footage on our listing is exact, and verifiable on the property appraiser's site. Our photos are certainly not embellishing but we understand perception is subjective. Our detailed inspection report from within the hour you arrived shows no evidence of insects, and this property is up to date on pest prevention. It is a rainy June in Florida, so it is not uncommon for insects to find their way into our homes. It is easily mitigated with a quick call or text from you to let us know. We checked in with you the morning after your arrival but you mentioned nothing about insects. We would have promptly remedied that problem, so we're sorry we weren't given the opportunity to handle it.
