Our stay was amazing! The place was exactly as described and plenty of room. We had everything we needed in the house. Very clean. We loved everything about this house and will stay again when we come back!

The house was very clean and perfect for us. We had 8 people staying there and it was very spacious! The house stayed cool on the HOT days! We had a pesky raccoon that loved the trash bins. They did pick our trash up everyday from the bins. We didn’t do much cooking, but the appliances were up to date. I wish there was a keurig…. But that was very minor. Movie room was perfect to watch the World Cup games!!! I did call maintenance to let them know about a few holes in the screen over the pool. They came out right away and fixed it. Very impressed!

Sorry about the pesky raccoon — I’m pleased the team was able to collect the trash each day. Thanks for the Keurig suggestion; we’ll consider adding one. Happy the movie room was perfect for the World Cup and that maintenance was able to repair the pool screen quickly. We’d love to welcome you back.

This house was a great and located close to everything that we needed. The house was exactly how it’s displayed in the pictures and my family had a great time !!

Lovely property absolutely massive you definitely need car hire but that's the best way to get around anyway

Booked through Vrbo and host executive villas this is the worst Vila we have ever stayed in. The villa had so many things broken in it. Day one we spent the morning visiting executive Vila’s to tell them a list of things not working 1. Pool had no light kids couldn’t use it in the evening when we came home from parks we were promised it would be fixed the next day had to email everyday after that to have it fixed were told one lie after another about when it would be fixed by pool maintenance we were there 16 nights when we left still not fixed!!!2. We had hundreds of ants coming in the kitchen window they were all the worktops now I know Orlando can have problems with ants but it took them 3 days to send someone to spray the area inside and outside by the time they came we had been at lows to purchase stuff to get rid of them ourselves3. Everything around the Vila so run down walls filthy4. All pool furniture falling apart tiles of hot tub5. The gate at the pool was broken when we asked to get it fixed for security for the kids not getting out the man that came out so rude said it meant to be like that he was fuming left it unfixed had to call again next day to have it fixed6. flushed the toilet in family bathroom it fell off in my hand7. In 4 of the bathrooms the fans didn’t work8. tabes under glass filthy I spent my holiday emailing executive villa and Vrbo I was always fobbed of with excuses they honestly couldn’t have cared lessruined our holiday

Convenient and nicely appointed

Any short term rental property can begin showing wear. This property displays minimal wear and tear. The property is conveniently located and serves as a great option for family vacations. Highly recommended.

Great Place close to Disney/Universal

Everything was as advertised. We had a great stay. We packed the items items that were recommended in other reviews and our nine family members were very comfortable and enjoyed our time in this beautiful space. We were glad we heated the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Close to shopping. Checkin/checkout easy and hosts responded promptly.

Place was clean and our family had a terrific time. The location is awesome and we love how drivable it is to Disney Springs and theme parks. Our second straight time booking it and we'll likely do it for a third. Very spacious and the theming in the rooms was a selling point too. Terrific layout that make this a wonderful spot for small or very large groups.Only knocks keeping a 4 from being a 5:- three pool sticks for the pool table, but we arrived with one broken. Didn't bother us, but I'd recommend replacing or removing the broken stick and having some cue chalk available.- unsure how to use the hottub after two visits and could only get it to bubble but no heat. Again not a dealbreaker in 95 degree heat- there was a finicky door that would randomly open on the TV stand in the movie room and become a tripping hazard/shin bruise waiting to happen. Would suggest securing it more or leaving a warning- no knock against this property, but the house guests at the neighboring house were pretty open with smoking weed and we were not thrilled with our young children smelling it while swimming. This could happen anywhere though, so just be aware if you have kids Again, all minor and we'd still book again.

Family vacation

We were happy but no towels for 13 ppl the lighting was bad and My daughter and her family was treated badly at the water park.

The house was amazing. Fantastic location. The gate keeping leaves a lot to be desired…almost always had issues getting them to open it, but this is not the fault if the owners. Couldn’t go outside the last 2 days of our stay and enjoy the pool due to neighbors smoking weed and didn’t want my kids breathing it in, again, not the owners fault. Other than that it was wonderful.

Disney vacation

Very pleased with this vacation rental . This house is excellent for families. The game rooms were so much fun. The heated pool was perfect for the colder days and evenings. Very close to everything . For the house to be so big and nice it needs more pots and pans to allow cooking for a family. We had read this in a previous review so we were prepared.. We will rent this home again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location easy access for everything only thing letting it down is the noise into the early hours parties when on till 4 am not good for family’s with young children but overall it’s great base for Disney

It was a great stay had trouble getting in and out of the resort due to the gate being broke. We had a issue someone walk into our house and they had the code to the house that was uncomfortable.

A full week in Orlando to do the Amusement Parks with 2 free days. Beautiful home. Perfect for us!

Our stay was wonderful. We gad only one exception to this. There were rental people who came in right beside us who stayed up screaming and playing very loud music till after 3 am most nights, even yelling at us. It was pretty awful.

House very good and as advertised (see comments below re games room) Security of The Cove, South site was non-existent Noisy & disruptive neighbours (large pool parties) Poor response from Customer Services Poor TV service (no connectivity) Games room. Pool table damaged and no balls for table football

Universal Week

The house is amazing. The location is perfect for Disney or Universal. You do need to buy garbage bags,toilet paper,paper towel and stuff like that. but you can just walk to target and get everything you need.Everything else was perfect for 10 of us 3 couples 3 teens & a 9 year old…Definitely spend the extra money get the pool heated. We all enjoyed the game room and the pool. Our only complaint was that we felt like the bedding and pillows needed to be updated. They’re getting a little worn and did not seem that clean, but we just washed them and everything was fine. Also the security gates with the QR Scanner did not work but usually there was someone else going in so we just followed them through or during the day hours you could contact the office and they would buzz you in other than that. It was excellent. We had a great time and we would definitely stay there again.

Spacious place for family trip to Disney

8 of us (2 families) stayed for 2 weeks. The place is spacious and comfortable with enough beds, and cute themed kids rooms. During our stay, email communication with the property management was swift. Prior to the stay we found them difficult to get in touch via email - I recommend calling. The listing is clear about items you need to bring, and Target is a short walk away for essentials. There were plenty of towels for our stay without needing to do several laundry loads. Everything was tidy and in good condition. May benefit from a deeper clean with some dust bunnies in corners and hand marks on walls, but was not uncomfortable. The pool was well maintained and the heat option made it a great asset - we never even ended up venturing to the other pools at the complex because we were so happy with the one we had available. Multiple TVs, games room was well set up and the arcade table was a huge hit. Sound didn’t carry through the house, when kids woke up others could still sleep in. Unlike other reviews, we had little issue with noise. Only one noisy night from a neighbouring rental. If going to the parks, it was a 20-30 minute ride each day. It would have been nice to have a gate code, however security wasn’t concerned with any of our ride shares coming and going. Plenty of parking if you rent a vehicle. Overall - would definitely stay again. Any concerns above were minor compared to the overall comfort and convenience of a home base away from the parks

Family Vacation

Very pleasant stay for a family vacation. 3 adult children with their small children and grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Excellent pool, worth it to heat the pool.. couldn’t keep kids out! Would definitely stay again if in the Orlando area. Could use a few more cooking pans, utensils, hot pads.. but we made do just fine. Add essentials like garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc to your shopping list as the check in directions suggest. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!
